They were so easy to work with! Fast service and were patient, checking in with me every couple days giving updates. (We were working on a repossessed truck banks aren't quick to answer or spend money but they decided to go ahead and these guys at freightliner got them up and running in no time!)

As I was preparing my RV to pick up new tires for my Easter family road trip my diesel Pusher wouldn t move. I had the rig towed to Ocala Freightliner. I met with Brittany late Friday afternoon and explained my situation. She said she would have the technicians evaluate the RV first thing Monday and let me know what they found. The air system Purge valve was defective, they replaced it and I was back on the road Monday afternoon. I can t thank Brittany for her constant communication keeping me abreast of the situation and for the technicians for repairing the RV and getting me back on the road.

This Service Center was super busy but were able to fit me in with my multiple check engine and malfunction lights. Noelle was my Diesel Tech. First off all, I was delighted to see a young lady in this line of work. Noelle crawled under, over, and all around my motorhome for 7 hours. It's fixed, she's awesome. Brittany (hopefully spelled correctly) was fantastic as was Felton. Thank you

Hill's Van Service/Wheaton Van lines, took in a 2012 Freightliner M2 for transmission problem. Beau communicated daily with updates. Highly recommend you go in and see Beau. Truck runs great. Thank you!

I took my NPR to them telling them I just bought it used. The transmission light was on and then went off. I checked the trans fluid and it looked dark. I took it to them asking them to flush the trans fluid, check the brakes, if worn replace and while they have it do an oil change.I was told they don't do it that way, they will instead look it over and give me a quote. The next day I get an email explaining how I owe almost $1400 and if I want the work completed here is each bid. That would total 4k.So apparently they say they took the tires off to look at the brakes and then put them back on which cost $192 per hour for double work when they could have just replaced the parts right then. They checked the trans dip stick and agreed with me that yes it is dark, it should be replaced and then changed the oil, apparently an air filter and greased it which wasn't asked for.So they felt bad that I didn't know they would charge me like that and only charged me $1300 for my oil change and I picked my truck back up.I live an hour away and had my wife drive a separate vehicle both times to get this done. So I have 8 hours of wasted time and fuel only to get a $1300 oil change and I still have to do the brake work and trans flush.Such a ripoff!

It's a pleasure working with Brittany Suber, our service advisor. She listens to the issues that you're having & makes sure you understand what's going on. Brittany keeps you informed with the status of your unit. If your having an issue with your freightliner chassis I recommend Ocala Freightliner, or at least Brittany takes care of you.

In and outI had spent 2 days at the loves service center with a faulty brake sensor.Ocala frieghtliner checked me in, diagnosed and repaired it, and had me out within 4 hoursVery satisfied

While traveling through Florida stopped at Ocala Freightliner to diagnose an overheating issue with our Fleetwood class A Cummins engine. The service group was able fix the problem that day so that we did not have to find a hotel for the night. Great service that is very much appreciated!

Terrible service...I came for a simple replacement of the ABS module.� When asked how long it would take, they replied that they did not know anything and could not even answer when someone would come and take care of this breakdown.� But they immediately said that you need to leave the truck and go to the hotel and they will call you back.

Great experience here and no appointment needed, just drop off the rv and the service manager kept us informed throughout process, fixed the rv chassis in reasonable time frame.

Very busy truck service location. Over a couple days they diagnosed the problem, ordered the part (with expedited shipping) installed the part and tested the repair. Very knowledgeable staff and technicians.

Had truck in for a week ), they replaced a bunch of sensors and said it was fixed. Went to pick up and same issue still with warning lights. Took it back in and sat another hour, this time they said fixed some wires that were rubbed. 2 days later all lights back on including eng light. Had to take to another dealer and get a new harness. Problem solved. Service desk guys were nice and kept me informed, but this dealer did not fix my truck and cost me a week of downtime .

It's not a bad place. Unlike the place where my FL was bought. Got 4k miles on it, and it broke down. Took it to FL Ocala, come to find out, the place where my FL was bought from, they forgot to take out bolts from my differential, transport bolts i guess those are, before selling it, which caused a lot of damage. What an idiots. How would you gonna put a PDI sticker on the windshield and forget to remove bolts? Unbelievable. They need to be fired. Thanks to FL Ocala, to at least be able to show me the exact reason for the breakdown, they could've said or pointed to something else and made it look like a drivers fault.

Parts are good and quick here. Had 1 service job done, the experience was fair, the service manager is an honest guy, he'll make sure they do you right. I'd rate it 3.5 stars.

Expensive labor rate, not exactly willing to help the new guy get to know their equipment even when charging full labor rate. $450 fuse with no education on how to help myself next time. At least we all got to laugh at my expense

Service is meh. I sent my wife by to pick up a part for OUR COMPANY TRUCK they basically belittled her . But she stood her own and snapped back in a respectful way. Only reason for coming was she was in the area . That will be the last, we will go to Orlando or Jax Freightliner or even online. Any way she got the part and all is well.

I m a Company Driver, and the crew were very patient with me checking on the unit, and they took the time to thoroughly find and fix everything concerning the issue, and the truck is functioning incredibly and I m very grateful to the entire team!!! Thank you to you all.

Poor customer service. I called and twice was told "Just show up and we will work you in!" Twice in two weeks. Got same answer. Got there on a Monday 9:15 am. Was told that want happen this week or maybe not the following week. Then WHY tell people that ??

They won't accept an RV unless you drop it off and leave it with them and RVers cannot stay in their RV even if it is their full-time HOME. Take it to Freightliner Orlando instead... a top-notch Freightliner dealer.

Had the worst experience with a dealership here. Had a warranty coverage on a bad fuel injector on 2015 freightliner cascadia was only sposta pay deductible and wind up paying 2600$ pretty much. Worst part is being told they except NTP Nation Truck Protection then Service Manager yells out from the back we stopped talking it after process was started. It's like being lied to in your own face and then I was told it will cost about 800$ to put my truck back together. With no repairs at all just take it and leave. Friends listen, I'm not sure about racism, and hate but me taking down talk and pure disrespect didn't get them to see I'm any honest guy with a family to support. They ran me over and Monday the Service manager sent a email saying he'd gladly help me get reimbursed Monday morning so i called and a young lady answered the phone and disrespecting me while saying he busy , im the guy that wrote a bad review without even telling her my name she says loudly im calling about my review, talk about lies in your face smh and hung up on me is as low as a business can get to me. I still don't know how she not being aware who i was yells out im calling about a review. I called because the service manager said he wanted to help me in an email. I was afraid to call because how can u trust people that lie in your face, i said to myself , you called it. Beware the said its a 500$ process fee for paperwork being sent to NTP and a 2 to 3 hour diagnostic fee for a warranty coverage. About 1200$ to 1300$ . And even though I agreed to pay and wait days, the service manager yells out we don't take it anymore. I thought it was a con, I was scammed I believe and found out though my Warranty company it happened to many people with their warranty before me. I had same issue different fuel injector and only paid deductible 280$ or so. But the main warning is the complete disrespect towards truck drivers, owner operators, people who serve and love our country from a very spiritually bankrupt discriminate shop . The service manager here is corrupt and leads the good mechanic's there into a shadow of bigotry, prejudice bios, and a evil out look over those that love America and service to America . However, the mechanic that worked on my truck was very professional helpful. Also the higher up folks In management are trying to help me in anyway they can. But there is no 500$ processing fee at the freightliner dealership * they are scamming hard working women and men that need there help. Friends listen if u decide to go to Ocala Freightliner Dealership when in need take heed, and call Orlando shop for approval and a witness to the possible process they about to lay on the table before u. And if you don't listen to one of the people under the Manager telling you don't use your warranty just pay out of pocket. Then the situation I was in u will be in it too. Everyone there will act like they didn't tell you their waiting to send information to your warranty company while trying to coherse you into paying out of pocket and if you say no use the warranty the Shop manager will say we don't take it and u have to pay for what the mechanic did . Attention Driver's, Owner Operators, Trucking Companies and friends!

Brought out Freightliner in for shift issues, we are a FedEx team so time is critical!! They got us in and out by Friday which we asked so we would not miss our load, thanks to the entire service team, professional, honest, and good communications and prices very fair. Took my truck there for clutch slipping they said the transmission guy be in at 10 am waited he check truck say oil on clutch have to replace it and then say need this and that refused to let them work on truck for 6800 took to another place find out it was my flywheel housing,3 hr job back on the road saved 5600 $$$ this place is a joke and had to pay 900$$ for them to look at truck Ocala freightliner is a

Dropped truck off 7/31 I said clutch is gone, it has 460k miles on it how can a clutch go out that soon, oh we ll have to look at it. 3 hours later they call asking permission to inspect the transmission. DOH asked about warranty, they said warranty ended at 300k I explained nothing on this truck is warranty at 300k it s all 550k 650k and 750k on the transmission oh we ll have to check. Next morning I call, still hadn t dropped the transmission!!! However warranty was confirmed!!! Parts were ordered, was told Friday afternoon it would be done, there closed over the weekend, Friday I call, still not done, Monday still not done, Tuesday IGet an explanation that made it sound like they were just dropping the transmission this is day 7 in there shop while shop is open and day 9 counting the weekend !!! come Thursday day 9 truck in shop while shop is open, I get the call it s done. Book time on a clutch is 12 hours !!!! They knew the clutch was bad/gone 3 hours after it was in there shop !!!! Why did we wait 4 days to order parts ? Why didn t we work on Saturday ? When I d call, if the young lady answered the phone, you couldn t ask her a question, she would act like I offended her and pass me to the shop manager almost in tears !! This was a 12 hour job, I waited 12 days to get done. There s no acceptable explanation !!! Your shop failed !!! You missed ever mark set in front of you !!! I ll never recommend or return as a customer again !!!
