I went in on Saturday night and was really surprised with the great service I got. I just needed new bulbs for my plate lights but Chuck and Reilly went above and beyond to help me. This store is going to be my new go to spot for parts thanks to these guys that were so nice and helpful to me. I appreciate them and I hope that the owners do to too because they are the best asset to this company!

Mike at O'Reilly auto parts has amazing knowledge and customer service. He was a tremendous help with our auto part needs! I would recommend him and this store! Great job to management for hiring him!!!

Still no refund after two weeks and it's not "my bank" it was 60 bucks and now I'm taking it on the chin ,stupid.i called telling them it hadn't gone through after a week and they just said it's my banks fault but when I went to get my refund I never had to insert my card he just printed a receipt and two weeks later still nothing pretty pissed but never again

This place was severely short staffed. Went in for batteries for our key fobs...I felt sorry for the Manager

10/10 Customer service experience with Jordan. He came to the rescue when I was turned away from AutoZone for a battery change due to a plastic battery cover. He did not hesitate to help me get a new battery and got it installed with little to no issue. Not only was he extremely helpful but him and the other associate were very caring in making sure I had everything I needed and was taken care of before I left. I will be coming back to this location in the future, thank you!

Helpful staff and they have always had the auto parts I need in stock to get me back up and running, staff is always willing to step out on the floor and help you find what you need.

Absolutely the most helpful auto part experience I ve ever had, David and Jordan were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable with my issues without it feeling like I was dumb for not knowing much about cars because of how friendly the staff is.Jordan went above and beyond to make sure my issue was solved and my car would be good to drive before leaving the store. Definitely should be looked at for advancement with this company.

One of the nicest parts stores that I been to... They had a wide variety of parts... It's seems as though there's a lot smaller list of parts that would need to be ordered because their shelves are more extensively stocked

Very helpful, we went to the wrong one that we thought our part was at so the boy actually called the other store to make sure it was there and then let us pay for it and all we had to do at the other store was pick it up

The Manager, Larry was very kind and assisted me promptly. I had an issue with my battery, and he took a quick look and also tightened the screws, and also gave me future advice for if I were to get a new battery.This same place helped me when I needed a turn signal light, and led me in the right direction in contrast to other auto parts stores in Ocala...Exemplary service from all employees...

Called while traveling on I-75 on an early Sunday morning for help with wheel bearing on our boat trailer. Pulled in and the manager, Tim, walked out with the part in hand, perfect fit! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Thankful for the good customer service the manager and company provided us travelers.

Purchase stock from the store again never had any problems that really nice to they communicate with you and they're really good about getting your orders on time never had any mistakes from this store off of College Road I would definitely come back again

The store has great prices great customer service specialty deal to manager Larry he's really good and works with you if you need it I don't really return Parts with them unless I really have to but didn't they understand the reasons on why are you go back and bicep in them again like I always do

My son and his girlfriend broke down on the way to meet us at the beach. We had to drive back 2 hours to get to them and fix her car. Tim, the Manager, went above and beyond to help us find out what was wrong with it and we fixed it right there. We would ve been in a mess if he hadn t helped us! Thank you so much!!

I go to the one on College Road across from Hobby Lobby easy to get in and out of two entrances people they're very knowledgeable about automobiles don't let the woman women full you they are super knowledgeable as well, well-stocked, thanks Erin for all your help! KAT
