Been going there and ordering parts for many many years.Love going to the show room and looking in the scratch and blemish room.Sometimes you find great deals.Just ordered from there and had it the next day! They have pretty much anything you need there and that's not even exaggerating one bit.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff makes the experience easy and painless . I always enjoy going there and looking at the classic cars they keep on display. And I find the location very convenient as I leave in Tampa .

Stopped in on 12/12 on a trip to Florida to pickup a ford front bed panel. They had it in stock and were some of the nicest salespeople I ve met. Thanks again

We stopped in to pick up some needed items. The service was excellent and fast. The showroom was very clean and they have a room with clearance items. There are about 6 cars in the showroom also.

What incredible customer service! I purchased door panels 2 years ago. Sadly, the car they went to got destroyed before I had the opportunity to complete the build and install the new panels. I thought I was stuck trying to sell them online. On a whim, I reached out to NPD and asked that since they were never installed and were still in the box, if they would exchange them for panels I need for my other car. To my surprise, they were fine with that after two whole years. They only requested I bring them to the store for an inspection, which was fine with me. I got there, and they swapped them out without issue. I just paid the difference in the panels, as the price has gone up significantly recently. They have earned a customer for life! Every other parts provider I contacted for the same request denied me. NPD was the only one who saw the value in building a satisfied customer who will now spend all his restoration dollars there. Amazing team!

They always have the parts I need. Many times, no other autoparts store in town will have parts for my 1969 Mustang. An absolute blessing to be able to buy from them at the counter. Great, knowledgeable, and prompt service and an INCREDIBLE collection of classics. I recommend National Parts Depot to all my friends who own classic cars.

After always ordering parts on line, I decided to take a drive to their warehouse in Ocala. It was 60 miles away and was worth the trip.Salesperson Justin Beachem was very helpful. He got several speedometer cables out and match the one I needed for my 1954 Ford F100. I recommend taking a trip to their warehouse. Their customer service was very professional an helpful. Will make the drive again. Thanks Justin.

This place is a gearheads dtream they have every part under the sun you that can imagine. Specifically Andrew is one of the standout employees and is always polite, professional, courteous and takes great care of me. Highly recommend going here for all your classic parts restoration out of motive needs.

The first man was extremely rude and told my husband they didn't carry parts for our truck, then just walked away.The second man came over with a newer employee and asked a few questions. Nobody would come outside like they should have to actually look at the truck a little bit, however they did eventually manage to figure out the parts needed ( hopefully) to repair the door windows.

Ordered three larger parts online. Shipping notification received within an hour or two of order confirmation and package arrived two days later. Excellent customer service when I called to make sure the parts I was looking at would fit my application. 5/5

We came in and the staff was very accommodating and nice as could be. I don't want to mention the favor they did because I don't want to get anything started but we asked and they came thru in a big wayWe didn't spend any money this day but will be ordering parts soon for a GTO.

My husband ordered parts over $4,000 in October of 2021 and we are still waiting on 2 parts to arrive. No communication at all. We have had to call several times to check on the order. We don t want a refund at this point as half the truck parts are here ave we ve been waiting on the rest to finish it for almost a year now. I can understand back order but a year?!?
