I called this place to see if they had a couple parts for my car. The guy on the phone was very helpful and looked up the items. They were in stock. I came into the store; he went and got the items and within 5 minutes I was back in my car on the road.

They have things others don't always have. Just browsed around that day to see if I needed anything, and found a few things I didn't plan on, I'll always be coming back

Self serve repair while 3 people did nothing. Expected better service for seniors. Prices higher than other auto supplies that help.

This store does not honor the commitment they have to customers. I bought a clean spray and it was not the shine I was looking for and I went to return it and the manager told me that I could not receive it so I used it and where is the commitment. And I am not going to buy more at NAPA.

The lady was very helpful. The three guys standing around not helpful when the next customer came in all three guys head to back at same time but lady did take care of us both without a problem

Friendly staff ! Clean facility, That store is the only one in Ocala.The technician tested my Napa battery for free and all is good !

My first time coming here and my last. Came to pick up 3 oil filters that their website said they were on sale. I placed my order online with a total of $30.they tried to charge me regular price after I showed them my receipt from the order and told me that this items weren't included on the sale. The person didn't even apologized for the inconvenience and walked away to talk to another customer. Very rude. No wonder their store was empty, lol..

Ordered part showing available on line at 8am. Drove 40 minutes to pick it IP, only to find out they didn't really have the part in stock. One assistant said he worked the online orders that morning and they didn't have on hand, so he ordered for me to come back again the next day. 3 issues, why did I not get an email in the 5 hours between order and my arrival? Why did I not get a phone call in the five hours? Why didn't this NAPA store ship to me?

I buy tons of parts from these guys, They are pretty amazing to say the least. Matt the sales guy is one of a kind, Mike the store Manager is always willing to help and the delivery people are always willing to take returns and help out!! 5 stars!

The Ocala location has More parts than all others in 100 miles radius. The staff at the Ocala location go above & beyond. The only part store that has about everything in stock during the brandon economy :/

Counter person friendly, knowledgeable , knew exactly the part I needed before he looked on the computer. Made suggestions on substitute part due to part on back order. Highly recommend the store and employee.

Good store. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great selection. As with all NAPA stores, somewhat pricey, but quality parts in stock.
