Best people ever! Sending my kids to Florida for vacation and check engine light goes on -- found Mullins online and had kids stop in to have them check the car out --- they made sure they were ok to drive on - got them in and out right away - for free!! who does that these days! God bless you guys!

Best shop around! I took my truck there b/c it was making noises. They were so helpful and nice, told me the only thing wrong was some parts were loose on my lift. They tightened them. And didn t charge me. I definitely will be bringing my truck back and telling family and friends

We've been going to Mullin's for over 20 years, back when Doug turned some wrenches! When you find good customer service combined with fair pricing and someone who stands behind their work, why would you go anywhere else? They've got our business always! Never disappointed when we go to Mullins. If your car isn't under warranty anymore and you are looking for a reputable and reliable mechanic, look no further. Go to Mullins!! Ask them about their Family & Friends discount too!

They installed Airlift airbags onto my 2019 Superduty with onboard compressor and remote. These guys do a great job and I'm hoping they can do more upgrades for my truck. It's the only place Ill go to.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Great place to take your vehicle if you need any repairs done, they will call you and inform you of the problem as well as how much would it cost to be repaired before they fix it

It is always a pleasure dealing with the employees. The service manager makes sure I get the right repairs done and the techs are nice. The techs explain things in terms I can understand. Chris and his crew are absolutely the best! Mullin's Automotive was recommended to us by multiple people but, I usually do the repairs on our vehicles.My daughter broke down and I was over 20 miles away. She had it towed to Mullin's, they diagnosed the issue, gave me multiple options to fix it (repair or replace), and had her back on the road by the time she got out of work!They are very honest and upfront: I had a random misfire that I couldn't figure out, so they figured it out and advised me on how to do the repairs to save me labor costs.I have a great mechanic that I have used for many years and I will still use Chris and the crew at Mullin's Automotive!!!

My choice for repairs and service on my truck. They do outstanding work, and I like working with Chris Atkins. He knows his stuff!Got my Roll & Lock installed on my new truck today (Aug 30 2022). Toby did a great job. I had one of these covers years ago, and they're the best!

They found and fixed the problem in my 1996 f250 7.3 Turbo Diesel. Very fair pricing and I am a satisfied customer. The turnaround time was more than anticipated, and that's the only thing holding back 5 stars. Otherwise GREAT JOB!

This place is amazing. My husband's truck broke down on they way to Siesta key and we couldn't have broke down in a better spot. Chris and Dwayne were exceptionally helpful in getting us back on the road, and very timely as they had to replace the entire engine. Thanks guys, you are awesome!

As a General Manager for FedEx ground we only trust a few shops to work on our vehicles. Mullins automotive is reliable to get the issue resolved the first time.

I haven't actually visited the shop yet, but the gentleman i spoke to on the phone was very courteous and took time out to help me with a problem. If anyone is thinking about having their vehicle serviced at a dealership, I would highly advise you to not do that. They only care about profits. Mullins on the other hand seem to really care about servicing your vehicle and are honest about the repairs.

We've been taking our 2005 F350 to them for years, and without hesitation, they get 5 stars from us. Yes, they are always busy, but that's because they are the best garage in Marion CO.. They do great work at a great price, but it is almost *impossible* to get an appointment for service with them. I really wish they d fix their staffing shortage or expand or something. In the meantime I am forced to bring my business to other shops or the dealership

Mullins saved my Vacation. We were on our way to Orlando via Ocala and my 2004 F350 Super Duty started having power issues. I had called several shops but they were booked up. When I called Mullins they were happy to work me in. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had me back on the road in 4 hours. Fair pricing and quality service. I recommend them highly.

Have only been there once. Chris treated me well and fair. He made me aware of unknown issues, showing them to me and corrected them. Mullins came highly recommended to me and so far completely satisfied with Chris and the repair staff.

The 4.9 avg rating they currently have is well deserved!Honest and up front, did the work BELOW the quoted price and got it done in a timely manner. Where other tire shops in Ocala hemmed and hawed and delayed some work by two weeks before cancelling, Mullins stepped up and had the work done in days.If you need any work done to your vehicle this is the place to bring it. Chris is a pleasure to deal with and will take care of you.

Take my truck here for anything. Very friendly employees (Chris at the counter especially). The prices are very reasonable & the mechanics know their stuff. If you have questions, Chris doesn't hesitate to answer them.

Mullins Automotive saved our Christmas!!! We were traveling from NJ to Fl to spend Christmas with family and the radiator in our RV gave out. I reached out at 6am via fb messenger and Chris quickly replied with bring it over!! They got to work as soon as we got there(8am) the radiator was in and we were on our way by 9:30am!!!!!! And price was good amount less than originally quoted... great team of professionals. MERRY CHRISTMAS

Mullings always do my repairs very well, Chris the manager, really cares about his customers, if something else happen to the vehicle he let the customer knows so that the customer can make a choice of repairing the additional problem or not till later if possible. I've never had to return to them to rectify anything that they repair,Mulling is awesome :-)

Mullins is honest and fair. Staff treats customers with respect. Probably why they are always busy and don't have to advertise, much better than trying to deal with the Ford dealer s joke of a service department.

I bought a 08 F450, in 2016, that a friend used and put gas in. They've been taking care of my truck ever since. One of the Best shops I've delt with.

I have had work done on 2 trucks and a 1 car in the past year. Quality work good price and done when they say or before, the staff are easy to work with.
