Tresa and Todd were amazing in handling every aspect of our repair work. Their trained eyes and experience found issues that neither my insurance estimate nor I saw resulting from our accident and took care of it all. Their estimate was also better then a couple of other major body shops in Ocala near SR200. Whether having work done through insurance or out of pocket . MAACO has my recommendation! Thank you Tresa and Todd at MAACO!

These folks did an amazing job on my Classic Mustang! Tresa kept me up on everything and helped in lots of ways, even tips for aftercare! Recommend them for your painting needs!!!

These guys are my heroes! My garage door caught the very tip of my front bumper and separated it from the grill. I wanted to get it fixed quickly but the other body shops in town said they were two weeks out just to do an estimate. On the Macco website I was able to book an estimate on the same day. When I arrived, the friendly young lady at the reception desk pulled someone out to help me right away named Tommy. The two of them were actually able to reattach my front bumper on the spot! I know most body shops probably would have charged an arm and a leg and exaggerated the issue. I'm extremely impressed! I own several vehicles, and I'll definitely be coming back.

An auto body repair is always something you dread having to take care of, but thanks to Theresa and the MAACO crew- those days are over.We have had two situations that required repair jobs over the last year or so and both times we were beyond thrilled with the results.The final product was perfect.So fast, so professional, and reasonable,too.But the best part is the customer service- always upbeat and welcoming and respectful of each customers valuable time.I used to spend a day searching around town for estimates (try to even schedule an appointment for an estimate at some places and your day will be ruined) but those days are over for me.MAACO cares about the work they do. And it shows.

I brought my 1996 Dodge Ram in to get painted, Tresa was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. They did an amazing job. I felt like I was picking up a brand new truck! I highly recommend them and will definitely go back if I need anything done.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I visited Maaco in Ocala Florida the 3rd week in January 2024. We agreed on a price which I deemed reasonable and was told to bring my car in early Monday morning of Feb 5th. I did ask at the initial visit if there were any discounts for Seniors or Veterans and even joked about being ugly and thereby getting a discount for that. But was told they charge extra for those circumstances.On Feb 5th I dropped the car off just after 9AM and was told it may take 2 weeks but it may be less and they would rather have good (early) news for me rather than more time needed. Not hearing anything by the following Thursday (Feb 15th) I called. No answer after 9 rings! Waited 15 minutes and recalled. Spoke with Tresa who informed me that they had a problem with the shop that needed fixing on their end and also that lack of help was the cause of the delay. Hopefully next week.Since I had an appointment with Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala for a recall on my other vehicle I stopped in Maaco on South Pine ave only to find it closed with a sign in the window apologizing due to sickness. I called again on Friday the 23rd and was again told my car was ready for painting most probably by Monday the 4th of March. No date as to when it would be ready.Not once did anyone ever call me to apologize for delays and keep me informed. I understand that things go awry in business but Not a happy customer.FINALLY got my car on the 6th of March 30 days later. No apologies of any sort for the time it took them. I must say that I am happy with the paint job though. Would I use them again? That is for you to decide.

MAACO Auto Body shop & painting painted three of my vehicles, and can t brag enough of how well they left my vehicles thank you Tresa and staff. Shop was very accommodating explained the process in its entirety and I am very happy! I Will be returning to have my Mercedes painted

I am in the process of doing my due diligence. I am so impressed with the number of outstanding positive reviews that I will definitely bring my car in for a complete paint job. I want showroom condition and I believe Macco can live up to my expectations. I will write a follow-up review.

These people are the greatest. Work with you to get the job done & in a timely fashion. Love the joking around but still business like. Would have all my body work done here & brag all the time about how good my car looks again after a dump truck hit my front side. They go above & beyond what the need to do. Thanks guys.

I am coming up short on words on how absolutely awesome this Maaco Body Shop and Tresa (one of the managers) is! Todd and his crew are amazing. Restored a 20 year old truck and they did an awesome paint job to bring her back to life. They went above and beyond and I've had nothing but compliments since I drove off the lot.

I always take my vehicles to MAACO for repairs for the excellent service and work. This time, they really out did themself. Look how beautiful this car is!!!! Todd & Tresa, who run the shop, were so nice and helpful in choosing the right option for my car. I would highly recommend MAACO in Ocala, Fl for body work, painting, and even repairing dents. I was told I couldn't get my car painted because I couldn't start it up an that her Boys are to lazy to be pushing a car inside to paint it, even though I told her I could have a tow truck to drop it off there

Tried to get my vehicle painted. The general manager refused to paint classic vehicles. Even though he painted it redin the past. He was very rude. He had nothing good to say about Macco customer service. " He was hired to make the owner money". Don't waist your time with Macco.
