Love s Truck Stop at Ocala, FL/USA is situated at very prominent place. This stop is very helpful for Truckers and auto drivers. Very open space and lots of parking spaces.Very clean, organised and beautifully.Love s Truck Stop Store is packed with useful and necessary stuff. Soft drinks, hot drinks and food stuff is available in abundance.Very lovely and beautiful place. I loved this place and will try to visit again.

Service is really bad waited for 13 hours to get my tire changed, and every time I come in to get update to when they gonna start they always tell 1-2 hours to wait and after the day shift night shift just left and never showed up. And the place advertised as 24/7 shop. Unless you need to waste time do not come here. And people that work here are just trash, no customer service what so ever. Would not even talk to you unless you chase them down. A really really bad place to get any type of service. I would drive to hell and back in reverse then come here again. And all the five star review they got here is a complete lie. Probably from trash loves members .

We took our truck to a love's to have the mud flap bar securely attached since we noticed it was hanging down. They charge us $110 and within 2 hours of my drive, I look back and I see the mud flap flopping all over the place hanging down once againIt was a simple attachment of a screw that we didn't have or we would have fixed it ourselves but since we're company drivers the company insisted we go to the loves.I'm so disappointed because Loves happens to be one of my favorite places to stop for fuel and to shower. However to have something fixed on your truck especially if it's a company truck, you could be SOL

Day shift at this place are lazy and unprofessional. Arrived at 1:40 pm, was told 1 hr, 90 minutes, tops, to get 1 tire changed. At 4:10 pm I went back inside, only to be informed by night shift that it would be another 1-2 hrs. Night shift then informed me that day shift was supposed to have taken payment info, which they never did. During the time i was waiting, they got 3 trucks and a motorhome through. For several 20-30 minute periods, their employees were standing around with no one in 2 of the bays. At 5:20, I was finally called to back in. This is my second time here, and both times were with day shift. Do not recommend!!!!

Great customer service Great friendly mechanics and the man at the front desk. Very welcoming and they communicate through the entire process. They made sure they pulled me right in shop. I really appreciated their service. Only worked on my truck for an hour. I told them they reveiws was bad but if they handle the job I will write one especially because they attitude was great when I walked in. Thank you again.Service: Electrical

Don't come for service in this location, please guys, they waste your time. They don't do nothing for I come here to change my teller Tire. They told me they take 3 hours. I stay here 6 hours and not finish up right now. e don't know how to talk with a customer

Service manager Sonya needs to be educated on oil and changing it. She advised me it will ruin my motor to switch from full synthetic to semi synthetic oil. Basically trying to run Mr away and go elsewhere. After reviewing the facts of switching there is no proof at all it is bad or will hurt my motor.Funny how the "Service Manager" at the Mechanics side of the business gave me completely wrong information.Semi synthetic is only a blend anyways and going from full ti conventional is a no no.

Today i came in to do a pm service the lady at the counter really needs to be retrained in customer service or be fired her name is SONYA very ruff lady with everyone, .. 2 young men came in for interviews at shop they where interview in front of customers after these young men left the person that interview started saying one will not pass back ground n the other the drug test that wasn t nice of her . Very disappointed with the service

Terrible people loves is the worst place and a waste of time to get anything done to a truck and be careful they will over tighten your oil plug that will cost you $2500 for a new oil pan stay away, took Me 6 hours for a tire change and 8 hours for a inspection so stay away

I am trying to breathe air into my truck tires on several occasions in tirepass and the lady in the workshop always tells me that the system is broken and the treatment is not pleasant

Customer care was good, but the shop was not able to fix my problem....as many truck come through there...it REALLY should be a FULL SERVICE shop...

There is a tremendous whale here who I believe is the manager of the place in the repair area. What a racist and filthy person he is, he is scum and seems to be well hated. How do they have this kind of crap serving the public.Aqu� hay una tremenda ballena que creo es la manager del lugar en el �rea de reparaciones.
