The Liles Service team was extremely nice and very professional. Gene, Lonnie, and Tammy went over and beyond to ensure that our son s car was repaired in a timely manner. They did a great job replacing, repairing, and matching the paint. We are very satisfied.

We brought my wife s car here after it was vandalized. They had the car done in less than 2 weeks. The paint match was perfect. There were a couple spots that needed to touched up when we went to pick it up and they fixed it no questions asked. They also fixed a few spots that we were not charged for. Their professionalism and quality customer service is top notch. Not many places of this caliber left anymore. Definitely would recommend to all. Ps they even vacuumed the car for my wife. Great place great staff. Thank you so very much for making my wife happy

OMG. what a blessing these people are. It wasn't a big collision service but they treated me with respect and very courteous for the small work done on my car. Big or Small accidents this company will get my referral. Thanks again for the awesome care.

Response to owners comment: This was not miscommunicated damage from the insurance company. This was damage caused by this shop.I do not recommend this place at all.My turn signal marker light was bent somehow; my sideview mirror looked like it was scraped against a wall and the chrome trim all around the car had rust specks which it 100% did not have prior.What mostly surprised me was one of the workers there claimed that I immediately went to look at the damage on the side view mirror as if I was trying to pull a fast one on them and knew it was there prior. He was not there when I was doing a general look over of my car so there is no way he would have known I went straight to the damage even if I did; it made no sense.He then started pointing out different imperfections on my car asking why it has all of these stating "did we do that? and that? and that?" and said I would have to take it up with my insurance company because they don't do free work. I was asking them to fix the damage they had caused, not for free work.If you prefer and appreciate attention to detail and having your car cared for in someone elses possession then this is not the place for you. It was mostly the lack of professionalism that upset me.

This place went over and above what I expected The owner took the extra time and checked everything that was fixed on my truck even helped me with some extra stuff at no charge The whole process was quick, and well done!! I highly recommend Thank you for a great experience

Insurance preferred them so we took our equinox there. Very minor damage to front grill. Went to pick it up and paid our deductible, but after looking at paperwork and inspection of car, I found they had not replaced the lower air dam. Even though it was listed as damaged and was charged for on parts list and said it was replaced. The owner apologized and ordered a new one, and we took it back on a later date and they made it right. Car looks great.

I highly recommend Liles Collison Service, and particularly Gene Liles. First off, their work is extremely professional and high quality. I had some major body work and front passenger suspension and control arm damage to my Cadillac SUV after being sideswiped by a truck and trailer that blew through a stop light. The situation was extremely stressful after driving a total of 17 hours on our way to start our vacation from Canada. The local Cadillac dealership service manager recommended Liles Collison Service as the place to go to in the Ocala area. Gene personally followed up with me knowing our situation and being from Canada just starting our vacation, made an accommodation for us to take our vehicle in the next day. This type of customer service for stranded travelers from another country goes above and beyond normal business practices. It shows a business owner with compassion, someone you can fully trust and bring your business to, knowing that the work will be done honestly and professionally.The work itself was explementary and very professional. The body work and paint (perfectly color matched to the rest of the body) was expertly done. The workmanship of the employees at Liles are top notch. After picking up the vehicle I immediately started my 1,220-mile drive back home, verifying that the mechanical work was perfect.If you re in the Ocala, FL area and are in need of Collision Service, Liles Collision Service should be your first call. I d like to thank Gene and all the employees at Liles Collison Service for making a stressful situation less so by knowing our vehicle would be taken care of and repaired to a high standard.

I have the highest regard for Liles staff and owner. We had a complicated repair on our Porsche that required both body and mechanical repairs, and they managed both beautifully. There was one item that went undetected, and once we found it and discussed it with the shop, they immediately addressed it to our total satisfaction. The quality of the fit and finish, and the honest straight forward nature of the owner made this a most pleasant experience. I had to bring my 2020 Tacoma in for 2 separate claims.They handled both claims at once and had my truck back to me in about two weeks. They also detailed the inside of the truck. Everything about my experience was was 5+++ stars. The people there think beyond the work itself everyone was amazingly nice and compassionate, they obviously think about what thier customers are going through not just the almighty dollar. Their work is good, but like every body shop, short on good workers. Unfortunately it is only going to get harder for all of us to get cars fixed going forward. That said their quality of work is great. I recommend

On a road trip and stopped in for a quick fix. Gentleman named Lewis was right there to lend a hand. Above and beyond and ive been in the auto industry for 10 years. Super helpful and friendly. So many great things to say about this facility. I called around to different collision repair shops that couldn't even get me in till the end of the month and not even start ordering parts to get fixed for another couple weeks. There are so many parts on backorder right now which is the same across the board. Liles ordered my parts right away and got me in a couple days after I called. They kept me well informed throughout the entirety of the process. Tracy is awesome to work with and the whole place did a great job!

My momma had an escalade come in and out of this place. She baja'd off the road in the forest avoiding wildlife It was a bit rocky in the beginning dealing with these folks. They were professional the whole time. A couple things were missed in the first visit. Mainly because my momma couldn't articulate all the issues correctly. They stepped up and made it all right in the end. I heard of these folks from from the mechanic at the 4 way in fort mccoy. We're happy with the works yall provided

Great place to get your vehicle fixed. The owner, Gene is great to work with, very professional & will talk with you in person. They are very busy, so Don't expect your vehicle back in a couple of days. Very satisfied with their work.

Don't Go Here!!!!They had my car and left it sitting there for a month an a half outside in the heat and By the time I got it back The battery was drained due to leaving it sit and not driving it at all..my battery was working perfectly fine and my ac was blowing cold cold air, my ac is blowing hot air now and they make all the excuses in the book on why leaving it sit there in the heat without driving it wouldn't mess up either one. Which is a lie. I had to buy a brand new battery and they are trying to charge me to check my ac, This company tries to get you to pay for problems that occurred while being in their hands that was NOT a problem when they got it. Who wants to wait that long to get their car back just to get it back with new problems that you have to pay for. And the staff is unprofessional as well.

Liles Collision exceeded my expectations! By far the best collision repair shop in Florida. The owner Gene Liles is personally involved with every repair. I highly recommend Liles Collision for all your repair needs. Thanks Gene for getting my car back on the road!!!

They "forgot" my truck was on their lot from November to January waiting for a turn to be repaired. When we called to check the status we had to call several times to get a call back.. comunication was horrible.Then when we finally got the truck back it was the minimum possible done. They didn't sand down the rough edges before painting over it. They didn't even attach the radiator hose completely. Several things didn't line up properly or had large gaps or were very loose and not attached properly. The owner is a really nice guy but that only goes so far if the company is falling short. We will not be back..Edit to add he must recognize something because he called my boyfriend today. Hmm.
