Use them for regular oil changes and have had to use them for 2 bigger mechanical issues. Each time they took very good care of our family car. Definitely recommend and will continue to support this family owned business!!!!

Jeff did an exceptional job fixing my car. The bill was a bit high but the expected work and parts were appropriately priced. After the work was completed I paid my bill thankfully having a fixed car. I shortly received a call back saying that I was charged $331 more than I should ve for parts and work that wasn t needed to fix my car and was giving an immediate refund. I appreciate that so so so much! Also was greeted with a pleasant smile. Thank you Jeff and Ana! I m so glad to finally have a mechanic I can rely on doing great work trustworthy and honest. Yall rock!

I was referred here by a neighbor and I'm glad they did. I called because my SUV wasn't starting and despite being very busy, they worked me in. I just picked up the SUV up and it started right up and sounds great. Very happy with their service and will be back when needed.

Probably the best mechanic shop I've been to. Other places prioritize payments, this place prioritizes safety. They are very detailed in their explanations and don't try to sell you on new stuff you don't need. Great pricing and amazing customer service, highly highly recommend!

Had my brakes done here and was pleasantly surprised with how quick they were done. Comparable pricing, very nice people - will be using them again!Update - used Krystal again for another car that wouldn't start. They assessed the car, no mechanical reason found and car started up after being towed. (Go figure) Anyways, they looked at it for free even checked fuel lines etc. Didn't charge me a dime! These people seem honest and reliable. We will be using them again.Service: Auto brake repair

Krystals automotive really took care of me! Despite being extremely busy they made fixing my van a priority and got me in and out within an hour. Not saying this will always happen but its a testament to their kindness and care for people because i was really in a bind. Anna at the front desk as well helped set everything up perfectly and was kind and welcoming to all the customers that came in. Thank you Krystals for taking care of me.- Rel

Great place. Honest and let you know what needs to be done before doing it, not pushy. They seem more about people's overall safety other than making a buck. Much much better than literally every other mechanic I've taken vehicles too, will definitely go back!

Can't say enough about these guys! From the moment I set up to see them, to them accommodating me dropping my car off after hrs, to their extremely fair assessment and pricing. Anna and her team were a joy to work with. I am walking away feeling so appreciative and even happier than I went in knowing I have a very safe car that will last me a long time, just can't thank them enough.

I got a flat while running around in Ocala and I called Crystal automotive in less than an hour. I had a tow truck that picked up my truck. They did all the repairs and I was back up and running and a very reasonable cost and they did not try to sell me any add-ons they will be getting all of my business

They're always reliable and will go out of their way to consistently give you great, affordable, and fast service. Very trustworthy neighborhood shop where you can be sure they'll take good care of you. I'm so glad we have them in our area

A huge shot out to this local automotive shop! From start to finish was less than 45 minutes! A brake job and a plugged tire. These guys are the best. Thank you Steve and Scott for doing such a great job on my car. I will be coming back for other car repairs. 5 minutes from my house and this experience couldn't be any more golden as it was! I have used Krystal Automotive a few times. They are reasonable with cost of services and provide excellent work. Plus, they get the job done as soon as possible. Discount Tire wanted me to sign a waiver so if they couldn t patch my tire I would be forced to buy a tire from them because they wouldn t remount a dangerous tire. I left and went to Krystal Automotive and they were able to plug my tire within 15 mins for super cheap! Anna in the office was super helpful. She quoted me prices for different scenarios and was super transparent about the process. I m glad I tried this place out and plan on having them do a check up on another vehicle I have.

I don t know where all the 5 star reviews are coming from because these people are dishonest. DO NOT RECOMMEND. My son s car has a leak, this place supposedly fixed the issue and charged $130 but the leak is still there. Took the car back and now it s another issue that s supposedly causing the leak. What happened to the $130 that was paid? They just took the money and did nothing. So hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays.

I have used Krystal Automotive and the car wash.Everyone there is awesome! My wife got tires there, she has had other work to her car done there. I have had tires patched and tires replaced. They even worked on my trailer!!

I went to Keystal Automotive thinking I needed brakes all around and to address a major problem with power steering. My honest mechanic told me the brakes were in good condition, addressed the power steering, and showed me an alternator belt that was literally shredded. Honest work done by mechanics who care, and reasonable prices.
