In this era it is hard to find an automotive shop that will do a good job and it doesn t cost you a fortune. Well, Jerry s is simply the best!!! Great fun people and an amazing job on the vehicle. Each and every crew is dedicated to provide a great customer service. I highly recommend them for all your auto needs.

I have had terrible experiences so far at other automotive shops and I can honestly say not only did Jerry fix my car issues, he went above and beyond to help make my experience wonderful!! I will NEVER use another automotive place as long as he is open and running!! He is honest and provides quality work!! He did not disappoint but warmed my heart with the care he places into the quality of work he provides. I am so thankful to finally find an honest business to help keep my car up and running!! Thank you so much for all you have done for me with my cars!! If you have not yet tried him you are missing out on quality automotive work!!!

I've been searching for a "Go to" repair shop in Ocala for the past year that was honest, fairly priced and reliable. Well, Jerry's is it. Both our vehicles needed work and Jerry got us in quickly. Did one the first day, picked that up and dropped off the other which was back in a couple days due to the work and parts needed. Work was done right and he mentioned a couple recommeded fixes that would be needed down the road with no pressure of having it done "Now" and they were very fairly priced. I'm very glad to have found Jerry's Automotive. Don't go anywhere else without checking out Jerry and his amazing crew first.Service: Suspension/lowering & lift kits

I used Jerry s Automotive today for the first time. I was impressed very much. He is very professional, made me feel at ease from the time I walked in the door. He had one of his staff get right to my car and I was out the door in no time. I will definitely use his service the next time I need car repairs. I give this business My alternator in my SUV went out. I was referred to Jerry s automotive by a coworker and I have to say it was a true blessing! Jerry is an extremely polite, honest and professional man. Before calling Jerry, I called a few other shops in the area and they were way too expensive. If you are looking for a great mechanic with outstanding prices and great customer service go to Jerry s automotive. He never made me feel like he was over charging me for things I didn t need. I can t thank Jerry and his crew enough.. my car broke down and engine went out while traveling through central Florida and Jerry s place was the closest shop I could get it towed to. AAA was going to take way too long as they didn t have any one to dispatch for a few hours. I called him up and he said he d come get me asap. The crew looked at my car and said the engine was a goner, but that it might be under warranty. Jerry called up Hyundai for me and found that the engine was in fact under warranty for my year and mileage (barely on the mileage). His crew is towing it to Hyundai for me after the weekend to get it all set. He only made a profit for two tows, but didn t hesitate to get me the help I needed. All this on a Saturday afternoon too. Thank you guys!

Took my truck to Jerry's two years ago for a paint job they did a great job. Also have taken my vehicle to him for repairs very satisfied highly recommend this garage!

Just started coming here. I know the mechanic personally, he is honest and very thorough. Does not try to sell me something I don't need and can explain to me or show me what I do need. Extremely knowledgeable. Jerry is personally involved through the whole process and cares deeply about the integrity of his business. Very hard working guys! Highly recommend.

Sent my classic to have the body restored. Was told he would start working on my car after 3 weeks but actually didn t start work until months later. Only then was it worked on because the owner outsourced the metal work to be done at another persons shop. Then my vehicle was taken back to Jerry s after the metal work was finished. Once my car was back at Jerry s is where bad finishing work and paint work happened. I payed an additional $1500 for a wet sand and buff to the paint that was not shiny but dull(never wet sanded/buffed). Stated I should take it to a detailer because they weren t able to get it polished enough. Found out the windows to my car were media blasted which were ruined. The owner never reimbursed for the damages to my windows. Painted parts on my car that needed to be repainted was never worked on and work on my hood was never completed. I finally got tired of being taken advantage of and got the rest of my vehicle out his shop. $12,000 later and will have to have the car s body worked on and repainted by someone else. If you have a classic take it somewhere else. Reels you in with low price, but will cost you more later.

Some of the best mechanics you'll find in Ocala. Also the paint and body guys are top notch. If you want anyting custom including motorcycle stereo installation custom paint jobs or just routine maintenance on stop in and see Jerry and his crew they have the best prices in town and some of the best work to come out of the shop anywhere in Ocala

Jerrys truck driver Jacob came to take my car back to the dealership I got it from 19 days ago since the starter went out. I freaked out when he got there to get my car because I didn't know what to do or how to come up with the money. Being a single mom is rough and Jacob calmly took control and asked if he could call his boss. I said sure not thinking anything of it. He came back and said "we can do it for $140 for the part and $180 labor" turns out they were serious. It was the cheapest quote I could get and they even helped with my battery. I may not live in ocala but they both went above and beyond. They're even bringing me my car back. Jerrys automotive are amazing and kind and honest people. And Jacob is a Rockstar gem they have!

We are new to the Ocala area and we needed to get my husband's interlock system calibration performed. We had a hard time finding it only because Google Maps put it on the wrong side of the street. We stopped in and Jerry greeted us with a friendly smile. While we waited Jerry told us about his business and Ocala in general.Once the calibration was completed we reinstalled the box but it wouldn't work. Interlock systems constantly cause issues with vehicle's. He called interlock ordered a new box right away to be over nighted to his shop. He gave us a ride home, which was approximately 20 mins away from his shop.People like Jerry are why we moved to the country. Tampa and Lakeland have become places where no one helps each other and people a rude.Jerry will be our new mechanic!Services: Electrical repair, Vehicle maintenance

I took my car for collision repair to Jerry's and he did fantastic job!! My 8 year old Cadillac looked new! Job was completed very quickly, only in FIVE days, whereas a dealership will take one months to do the same job. I highly recommend Jerry's automotive for all your car needs. I live in Gainesville, but will drive to Ocala for a quick and a high quality service.

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and will NOT try to take advantage you. I bring my vehicles there and my friends and family vehicles there. They are also well versed in all makes and models. Not going any place else.
