I recently purchased a pre-owned Kia from Carl and I was so happy with the experience. From start to finish, the staff was super friendly and professional. What stood out the most was their transparency throughout the process. They provided clear expectations without any undue pressure or attempts to upsell additional warranties or financing add-ons. Highly recommended!

I'm 6hrs away from home and the low tire pressure comes up on the dash. I pull in to Jenkins volvo in ocala and received top notch service. After Nicholas got my car checked out, we discovered that I picked up some nails on my trip. He contacted my warranty hazard company and then ordered my tires. I was able to get a loaner until my car was ready.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the service. I am new to Volvo and both Nicki and Calli have been a great help and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I am so happy they will be a little closer to hwy 200 where I live, but if they weren't I would absolutely make the trip to get my car service done by them.

Every single worker was so very helpful & positive. A unique team of colleagues for certain, and competent as well. Excellent experience. I was in for several minor recalls on my volvo and I was provided a courtesy car. It was so pleasant shopping & enjoying lunch at a restaurant rather than waiting at the very nice facility.

First time service at this location. Very pleased with the service, promptness, and professionalism with everyone we encountered. Last service was performed at Tampa Volvo. We were not happy there and are so happy we went to Ocala. They are our choice for all future service.

I couldn't have asked for a better car-buying experience. We went in looking for a newer car and the salesman went out of his way to get us in to it. At first we couldn't afford the payments but after we came back home he called me telling me that they found a bank that would work within our budget.The next day we went back and picked up our new car. They went above and beyond to make it work for us.If you need a new or used car I highly recommend Jinkins Volvo/Subaru of Ocala

I purchased a vehicle from here and it was a great experience! a very quick, fast and professinal process that I would recommend anyone too, especially with the help from Masae! From the start Masae helped guide me to a vehicle that suited me perfectly, and fit my needs! He was very easy to deal with and talk too!

If you make the mistake of giving these "people" your phone number, they will harass you through the end of time. I asked repeatedly not to be contacted and they don't seem to care at all. I am sure they will write a reply to this saying it was an error. That would make sense if it were tow or three calls, but I am talking about dozens of calls over many months. Beware.

Clean, staff willing to help but not pushy. Loved Emory in parts dept. He helped us get exactly what we wanted, explained things that I needed, and even gave us some really great local advice. His service was exceptional.Matt in service is amazing. He gave me answers for my older Volvo, even if it meant I had to use an outside vendor. Jenkins really DID and does, treat me like family.

I have never been happier making a car purchase than with the experience I had with Colby as my car salesman! So big Kudos to Jenkins hiring team you definitely got a keeper and a GREAT addition to your staff when you brought him aboard.Making a large purchase such as a vehicle can be exhausting & stressful but Colby was wonderful from the first phone call to the last! I gave him a few details & he went to work found a vehicle, I loved it within 2 hrs had the car brought to his place in Ocala from Crystal River, handled all the financial stuff of getting approved showing me pictures and answering all my questions thru text messaging didn t waste a minute of my time. His love for the job genuinely comes from making his customers happy! His knowledge of the vehicle & attention to detail was exceptional! If he did not know the answer, you can be surehe found it and got right back to me with the answer.You will be my go to guy for all my future car purchases thank you for your help, honesty and being overall the best car salesman I have ever dealt with.I will be referring you to all my friends in need of a vehicle! Again thank you so much Colby! I Love my new car!

Everyone here at Jenkins Volvo was great starting off with a simple call from Segourney about a 23 Volvo S60 Recharge Black Edition that catch my eye while browsing local dealerships. She was nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all the questions I had. I was in a decision mode on which vehicle I wanted since I ordered a Tesla but wanted to search other options cause I didn t get a good time frame on when I would get my car. So I decided to go there to check it out which I was greeted by her and Mr Jeavaun. Jeavaun was also very knowledgeable about the Volvos which was very impressing since he just started there. He walked me through everything on what this car had to offer. Even when we went on a test drive he continued to educate me on the car which once again express me. So once we got back from the test drive we discuss my trade valve which yes I could of sold it outright but people don t realize your saving on sales tax if you trade your vehicle in so in my opinion they were fair on my trade. The sales Manager Wayne with the cute hat approached us which and we both agreed on the final numbers. So now it s time to speak to the finance manager Shevon which me being in the auto business for over 20yrs Iam like oh this should be interesting. Well he also was great to deal with and made us laugh. I don t want to forget to mention Ron Neal in sales cause he also help in the purchase and made it a great buying experience. This place works as a team and I highly recommend Jenkins Volvo. Thank you for a great experience and for my Volvo S60 Recharge Black Edition. You all are amazing.

Stopped in the service department w/o appointment for service rep to have a look at my sunglass compartment that had gotten jamed and came out of holder. Manager, Tony, helped me right away and was able to replace it. I was out in 15 min, no charge, just good will!

I made a deposit of $1000 towards a 2023 S90 Recharge and found out months later that Volvo wouldn't take any customer builds. That was August 4th--I still have not been refunded my money. They don't seem to care when or if I ever get my deposit back. I beginning to think they're very dishonest.

"WARNING"...This place blatantly ripped me off sold me a vehicle with a leaky head gasket and a leaking transmission for over $5,000 and now the motor"1 month later" has to be replaced thanks Volvo do not go to this dealership they will rip you off! Just look at all they bad reviews with no responses, this place doesn't care about their customers, just getting the money out of your pocket. Warning this place will rip you off stay away!
