The service department is very slow and seemingly understaffed.Be warned you may spend 40 minutes simply picking up your car from being serviced. Also be warned, there is an additional charge if you pay with a credit card, which is not posted but you are informed as you go to pay. If you're like me and didn't bring your debit card with you they give you a "tough luck" response and you are expected to just be cool with the added cost of the simply average service.This was once a well run place of business.... Now it appears that customer service is not a priority. Bad show, Jenkins

5 star service. My husband and I were growing extremely frustrated trying to a reasonably priced vehicle.On a whim, we stopped in to look at their inventory. We told salespeople Victor and Miguel what we wanted. They immediately went to work finding a vehicle that would work for us. It's very reassuring to find someone who will listen to the customer. Definitely, ask for Victor and Miguel if you want knowledgeable service. Manager Reagan was top notch too.

What a wonderful change of pace. After hitting about every Kia dealer within sixty miles of Homosassa, we decided to give Jenkins of Ocala a shot.Immediately on arrival we were greeted by Miguel and Victor. We told them what we were looking for and what we wanted to pay. They listened to what we wanted and went to work. Shortly afterwards they found the perfect vehicle for us. It had just been traded in and was way better than we ever hoped for.The initial price was much better than any other dealership had offered us, but still more than we were wanting to pay.They brought the sales manager Reagan in he and he gave us a heck of a deal.I sure wish we knew about these folks before we ran all over the country.Save yourself the time, go to Ocala and just ask for Miguel and Victor.

When signing my original contract for my 2023 Kia soul signed free maintenance for 60,000 miles was called back in to resign paperwork due to interest rate lowering one half percent asked if all paperwork was exact same and was told yes upon trying to get my vehicle serviced was told we did not have the service plan Jenkins managers were given the original contract with service plan included signed and said there was nothing they could do about it that they were not going to honor the service plan because it was not included in the second set of paperwork through no fault of mine but all fault lies on Jenkins Kia trust me go somewhere else

We came in for an oil change on our 3yr. Old Soul, as thorough as their inspection is, we left with a brand new one. Great Staff, (especially Aieda) Great deal.

I regret buying my car from this dealership and wish my hard earn money went to Leesburg Kia. The service department is just as bad. I'll never recommend this dealership to anyone. Luckily, I absolutely love my 2023 Kia K5 GT, so it made this process slightly better. I'm also not writing a novel of what my issues were, and if Jenkins Kia want to know, they can call me. I will never walk into that dealership again as it's not worth the aggravation.

This place is terrible for the way they treated my uncle Scott. Physically threatened my uncle because he didn t bow down to them. Travis is the one threatened a elderly man who is almost 70. I wish he would ve done that while I was there. They emptied out his bank account, forged his signature on documents, was extremely rude. Making all kinds rude statements. Don t ever buy a car from any of the Jenkins Family, Kia locations.

The one star is over rated. I walked into this dealership not to buy anything and ended up doing so anyway. I bought a 2018 Ford diesel F250. As I was being sold the service contracts, I specifically asked if this service would be done at this location. The answer was yes. I was told the truck had been maintenanced or it wouldn t be on the lot. I checked the car fax and on paper it appeared Kia had done the maintenance. I drive off the lot and within the next 12 hours the engine light came on. I returned to the service department very mad. They give me a loaner and tell me they will look at it. The next phone call I receive is Kia. They are unable to fix the truck and they drive it to Crystal River, because Jenkins does not have a diesel capacity mechanic or equipment. (This is the second problem) When I receive the phone call the truck has been returned to Jenkins and I am driving the loaner car back to the lot, the batteries die enroute at a cross section in Ocala. The service team sends two men to jump the car. Within a week, I leave my truck at Orlando airport for four days while I travel. Upon returning to the airport, the truck is dead. After a grueling two hours of waiting for service to get the truck running, I call Jenkins and tell them the situation. I drive directly to service and they 1) told me to go to Autozone??? 2) put a charge tester on the batteries and tell me they are charged. (Of course they are charged. I just drove from Orlando). I wasn t given any consideration for the above forementioned problems. No one seemed the little bit concerned about the position they put me in. I was handed a business card to call if any further problems occur. I had an appointment at a diesel garage for an elective transfer of fifth wheel hitches and when I arrived and told them about this situation with Kia they inspected the truck for me. Kia had not maintenanced the Ford. The batteries were originals and the truck was dead when NE AUTO went to pull the truck in their bay. The oil and filters were filthy. I attempted to use my service contracts I purchased and the batteries were not covered and the oil change compensation was less than half the bill. (I did ask Jenkins to replace the batteries and parts dept stated they did not have the batteries needed and would have to order them). Needless to say I cancelled the service contracts and will never do business with Jenkins Kia ever again.

Purchased a New 2021 K-5 GT line from them in 2021, the car is not opening the doors and left my wife and daughter stuck in a hot car for 20 minutes, told them that the batteries on the fob were changed several times and the car is not responding to key, I would think this is an emergency but the earliest date to fix is August 24th. So I call the assistant manager and he tells me, what I'm I supposed do squeeze everyone in when they call,. I wish they would have said this when I was buying the car, bad customer service....period o and when I asked for his name he hung up the phone, way to go Assistant manager!

I won t give a one star. So the Service manager told me the update my car needs is 4 hours. I called another Kia dealership and they said that isn t true. Clearly, I m not family. I get it. Thanks.

Stopped to look at a suv was told by sales rep price was $54k. The sales rep should us how to type in stock number to bring the suv up on line . When we pulled up the suv it was listed for $45k. I asked what the discrepancy in pricing . Was told to read the fine print, which only stated $995 dealer fee then was told there was reconditioning fees . The suv only had 5000 miles and the fee could exceed $3000. Then was told some service was completed , looking at the car fax only service showed an oil change and cabin filter replaced. Not a good experience

Pretty nice place. Most of the staff is nice but, be mindful of all the work that is done to your car and the proper payment has been made. In my opinion I've over paid on certain jobs. But, overall it's a pretty nice place.

I love my Kia. The guys there are pretty good for the service end which is where I go but as a woman it's important to understand a bit about my car. I am one of the working poor so I watch every penny and I have to be somewhat aggressive about what really needs to be done vs. what can wait. Sales people always try to get you worried about things that may or may not be expedient. So, ladies try to learn and do what basics you can do, (I have to because no one here to help .) Get the stuff you can't do at the dealer.

They did good. Did what i asked for my 16K mile scheduled service. Recommended things but didnt try to pressure me. Got my car in early and out early. Offered me a shuttle ride to wherever. Good job peeps!

My husband and I bought our daughter a brand new Telluride, the sales people were super nice and helpful 4 months later, the GPS navigation was fading in and out and maintenence light came on. We called for an appointment for service explaining her problem ( My daughter travels alot and was driving across the state on business) we wanted to make sure the car was safe for her to drive . The service department could have cared less, no friendly service, they said the GPS was fine no problem but it needed an oil change. That would be $65.00. Outrageous!!My husband left without the oil change. They did not check anything else out on the car. When we bought the car they said she could have a loner car while her car was being serviced.They said there were no loner cars available. My daughter lives in Miami and frequently drives to Central Florida to see us . We tried to get service appointments in Miami Perrine Kia , no luck , nobody answers the phone And your lucky if they speak English. Something needs to be done a bout the customer Service .

Be ware of any price provided by internet sales department over the phone. The price I was provided by internet sales department increased by $11k once I drove 2hrs to the dealership. Then was made to feel it was my fault by management when asked if I had received the price in writing prior to making the trip.

Awesome service. The maintenance team got my radio working again. When another Kia place told us it was unfixable and would be the cost of a new radio. Turns out it was a fuse that was blown. Thank you so so much Jenkins Kia.
