Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment around 2:15. They not only did the work, inspected the car, but also washed the car, which I didn't even ask for. The car was ready two hours before it was promised.

I already left a review on their other listing explaining how they overcharged my 80 y/o mother on a fixed income who can barely walk.Per their usual canned response toward negative reviews I followed their instructions and called the service department to inquire (again) as to why she was charged a diagnostic fee of $169.95 "which would go toward any repairs such as the alignment she needed" yet it was not credited toward her bill, and why she was also charged a "use of the shop fee" of $22.82. (I suppose we should be grateful for not being charged a fee for use of electricity?)When she didn't have enough money to pay the enormous bill of $513.33 for her oil change, alignment and tire fix, she had to use a credit card which she was charged an ADDITIONAL $15.40 to do.When I spoke with Dan, he stated that I needed to speak with Adam. I just called again and waited on hold > UNTIL SOMEONE PICKED UP THE PHONE WITHOUT SPEAKING AND HUNG UP.I do not recommend Jenkins for any vehicle services.While they do respond to negative reviews, they don't appear to actually have any intention of correcting anything.I'm assuming that these employees; Adam and Dan, are likely doing what they're told to do by upper management.You see, I used to know someone whose relative worked here. They used to jokingly tell me, "The owners make so much money you wouldn't believe the stunts they pull, and they do it because they have no problem taking their own grandmother's last nickel, I've heard the stories." I was hoping they'd have changed their ways over the decades. Well, I suppose they can add this story to their list.

Usually get good service there. Recent visit was poor. Took them 2 hours to advise me that my "ordered" tires weren't in stock. Also was approached by 2 different sales people trying to sell me a new car while waiting for service.

Avoid servicing your vehicle here. Brought my Sonata Sport for service in December 2023, used the drop off service after explaining the car's issues thoroughly, which are related to the cheap parts in those particular Hyundai engines. No loaners available either, they got me an Uber ride home. I was told to expect a call the next day to let me know what the status of the car was, 10 days later I had to call them, was told what the issues were. Why did it take 10 days to call me back? They apologized for being "busy", they let my car sit and just never called me to let me know what the issue was. Almost 1,000 dollars and 2 months later, my car's exact same issues have reappeared. Avoid this place like the plague, I've bought my last 3 cars from them, and will never get another from them again.

I would have given them a five star rating but when we took our Hyundai in for it's 5000 mile service ( the service now light was on) they told us it didn't need servicing until 7500 miles. Great, I just spent 3 hours of my time going to their dealership because they didn't upgrade the software when they sold it to us.A little blame goes to me because I didn't cross my t"s and dot my I"s, but they dropped the ball by not doing ALL of the after sale flollow up.Ok, maybe 3 1/2 stars if given a choice.

Wait to get service too long. Sales people lie to get the sale and may sell you a broken car if it is used. Customer service at Service is good nice people.

Service advisors are always welcoming and never push work you didn t intend on having done which was a huge relief. Once in a while they will try and get you while waiting on your car to be serviced to try and trade in your vehicle for an upgrade at a comparable payment.

Always fast & friendly service and but always trying to talk us into a new car. The blonde haired sales lady with an accent Nina is flat out annoying. Trying to poach sales. But we ended up going for service and chatting with a salesman named Ishmael. Ended up getting a new car from the nice gentleman from Chicago there. He was new, but he was very respectful, and really related to us. He has had 20 years experience at a Honda dealership. He definitely earned our respect and business!!! Kudos Ish~

Have been sitting here in their service department waiting room for over two hours for a simple oil change. Made an appointment last week for 11:00 am. They can not tell me when the car will be ready. All they can say is that they are really backed up. Please check out the reviews before you decide to buy a vehicle from here.

We bought the 2021 Palisade with the help of BRAD, whom I highly recommend! His manager worked with my daughter and I till IT WORKED FOR US!THANKS GUYS! ( Or girls..if that's how you identify today )

So far, ALL my experiences with Jenkins Hyundai have been nothing less than pleasurable! Everyone has been very kind, courteous and professional during all my visits! Great dealership with a phenomenal Service Department and I highly recommend them!!

Brought our 2021 car for oil change and radio problem. We drive approx 1-1/2 hours to get there (one way). Our oil change is usually done locally (takes 1-4 hours at Jenkins). However the radio...Over 3 weeks ago, we were told radio needed to be replaced since they do not repair them. They would order and it would take approx 2 week. 2 calls later we were informed it was NOT ordered. They placed order yesterday. Confirmed today and it will take 2 weeks. Hence, had we Not called we would still be waiting. Obviously not happy.Note: Follow up yourself!!!

Consistently the best service around, makes me to never buy another car make and we have two, a Palasade and a Sonata, no complaints since 2020. The waiting area is pristine as is the male restroom, the service staff are helpful and knowledgeable and seem to be smiling all the time. And if that wasn t enough they have free coffee and snack bar. I want my Hyundai to have problems so I can spend time here, but it won t cooperate, Darn!!

We decided downsize to one car, but I wanted a car, my husband wanted a truck. The Santa Cruz met both of our needs, so the new name is a caruck.If you want an honest sales person see Kelly. We had a hiccup, but between her and Salina the hiccup was resolved.Buying any car is stressful but not with this team. So ask for Kelly you won't be disappointed!!!!!!

We recently bought our forth vehicle from Jenkins Hyundai. One of the major factors in our continuing loyalty to Jenkins is the high level of service they provide before, during and after the sale! This is overall the best dealership I have ever been associated with, and the only one I've bought as many as four cars from!

We never had service done there. We were looking at new vehicles. The first salesman was a jackass. We were introduced to Jada and she was pleasant to deal with. Product knowledge is her thing. Recommend her to anyone.

The experience was REALLY good. Our salesman Rocky was patient and knowledgeable and friendly and efficient, as was the rest of the staff. There was a big selection to choose from. It was altogether pretty quick once we chose our vehicle. I VERY much recommend them!

We went here to get a towing package installed on our Santa Cruz. They have building renovations underway which could make things difficult for everyone, but they handled everything great for us. Extra credit to Darrell for meeting us at check-in, keeping us informed and going over the vehicle again with us when the work was finished.

Oil change is more affordable than other places. But a new battery will cost you $308 and AutoZone installs them for free if you buy it from them. Wish I knew that before
