Absolutely outstanding service and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately my car was totaled but JJ kept me up to date during every step of the assessment process and advocated for a faster turnaround with my insurance company. I am not local to Ocala but the staff did everything to ensure the process went smoothly - even from hours away. They took a genuine human approach to one of the worst experiences of my life and made it significantly less painful. I hope you don't have to visit them, but if you do, you're in good hands.

No questions at all about the repairs to my car. They did a good job. They failed to get the last two stars because when I went to pick up my car, the back cover to my key was missing. Even though I turned in a whole key when I dropped off my car, the back cover to my key was mysteriously missing. I ve had that key for 3 years and that back cover has never come off. Maybe somebody else s key was missing a back cover? I ve gotten no response on this from the collision center. I either need a back to my key or a new key guys. It wasn t like this when I gave it to you. This key issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I was given 2 new programed keys.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my car towed to Jenkins collision center. They guided me through the process every step of the way. Unfortunately, my car was declared a total loss, but I felt confident with the Jenkins team.

2014 Ford F150 stx was in a wreck and we took our truck in March we finally got it back in 5 or 6 weeks later when it was suppose to be done in a week. Every time we would call they would say there tec Jason called in sick. Then we had to take it back a couple times and it still isn't fixed and some of the parts they put on is fallen off. They won't return your phone calls and Scott the shop foreman won't make it right after being paid. Save your self a big headache and go some where else that stands by there work. Bunch of Crooks!

I had an accident with my car and I sent it to Jenkins and they never would update me on the status of the car . I would have to call multiple times to get a status and they had my car for over a month (going on 2 months) and I still have no update after I was told I would get a call back last week. When you call it's long holds and u get sent to voicemail bc your person is not available. This is my worst experience ever working with a car repair shop. I will write another review hopefully better once i get my car back on the work. This review was strictly about the customer service .Service: Body & Trim

So. I am doing two stars because I did get my car back. The Jenkins commercials on how they treat you like family are just not the truth. Well, maybe a dysfunctional family. Anyway. I m grateful to have my car back. Never again.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

It s not in me to rate somewhere poorly. I feel that Jenkins s Collision center needs to improve their communication with customers as far as updating us on what s going on, there were hiccups due to insurance reasons. If the collision center calls customers and informs them I feel that the process could ve been a lot faster than what it was, I got right on the phone and called my insurance multiple times because of ME calling the center and asking for an update, if I would ve never known what went on, my car would probably still be there. BUT I will say, they did a fantastic job on the repairs overall. Just need to improve on communication is all.

I unfortunately brought my car here after hitting a boulder and they kept my car for over 3 months without updating me. Every time I called to find updates, I was told they couldn t help me because Christine was in charge of my situation. They connected me to her line but she never answered. When I asked them to make a note so I could be updated, they said I will make a note but I can t guarantee she will respond . When I got my car back, the battery was corroded and barely worked and my car squeals. They also told me after 2 months that they had no clue when my car would be done because my parts are on national backorder. Thankfully my boyfriend knew enough to tell them that they can get it from a regular auto shop any day.I was nice to all of these people through all of this and still received the worst customer service I ve ever experienced. Go to any other place. Don t end up like me! Your car is super important to your life especially if it s the only one you have. They definitely don t care about that at Jenkins.

I had hit a deer, my car was brought to this shop. I dont live in the area. They don't keep you informed about any time frame, or whats going on with your car. They don't tell you anything, and get mad and yell at you when you ask. When i got my car back almost 3 months later, not happy with the work at all, sensors going off for no reason. They killed my battery. I had white headlights, they replaced with yellow, all my other lights are still white. Lights are not even set the same. Rubber trim isn't even. Tires all of them were flat. They knew I live 2 1/2 hrs away, had me pick up day after Christmas, so it took 3 hrs each way. My car was not given to me, in safe condition to drive home, extremely upset over this.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

The front desk personal was not very attentive. No good morning. She was doing something on computer. She's finally asked may I help you. As I was stated stating my situation she was doing something on computer. So I had to State my situation again to her.Boy times have changed. No good customer service anymore. To me it felt like she didn't want to be there I told her. She stated back to me it's to early. Maybe she is having a bad day, not sure.

We took two cars here for repairs. One, they repaired the other we decided to repair ourselves. The one they repaired looks great. The new bumper and such cost the insurance $1800. They had to replace the front bumper from an animal strike. It looks brand new. The other one, they wanted $3k for but on the estimate they had a ton of stuff it didn't need. (It was involved in a collision where most of the damage was on the front)They put in for a new windshield but the other one didn't even have a chip in it. They added a front fender which it also didn't need. After reviewing their estimate, we repaired it ourselves. They wanted $3k and it ended up costing us about $500. If you are going through insurance, they do a good job but if you have to pay for it cash, they are way over priced.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Amazing customer service was offered by the ladies up front Rose and one other whose name escapes me. They made me feel assured that my car was in excellent hands. My technician was Chris French and he made my car look like it just came from the lot!! Would definitely recommend this facility to fix your car.

I hated having to part from my Nismo Z for the time that was required in order to have my rear bumper repaired; but Mike French was as particular and demanding as I was in maximizing the outcome.Ms Rose Johnson also was helpful in alleviating the anxiety.Getting the Z back shiny, bright and spotless sealed it for me. If anyone has to go through the pain of a collision and its corresponding repair this is the team to handle it!

An unpleasant experience with a collision and the other drivers insurance was made very good by the staff at Jenkins Collision. Their staff, especially Jimmy Tucker, was great to work with, professional, and they fixed my older vehicle correctly despite the age. Can't say enough positive about them, other than they are highly recommended! Nice work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

HORRIBLE , HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE !! I will never come back there again. I wrecked my car and my Geico agent game me a week - 2 week estimate for my car to be fixed. Waiting over a month in a half to get my car back. No one would ever answer the phone nor did I receive any phone calls. I was told multiple times that my car would be done on several dates and it was not. I have 3 jobs and the holidays I had to figure out my self to get back in forth with. My rental was only covered for 30 days, and they wouldn t help me cover the rental for the remainder my car was there. I ve called at least 15 times to find out information went in person 3 times and only received 2-3 updates. Just very disappointed. My first ever accident and was shocked at the stress and time I had to deal with them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. LIKE THEY DID ON ME !!!

This is a good collision center, and the staff is helpful. Unfortunately, my car was a total loss so I cannot share any repair work updates.

If you care about how your car comes out, don't use this company. Terrible quality control and poor workmanship. The first time I went to pick up the car and started it up, dash was lit up like a Christmas tree and no door controls worked. Did anyone check their work before calling me to drive and hour to pick it up? After picking it up for a second time I had to return the car because the clear coat was riddled with particles, it looks terrible. I brought it back for them to fix a third time, they kept the car for an extra week and literally no change, it doesn't look like they did anything at all. On top of all of this they lied about the issues. They said something popped loose in the door, well I called Mazda where they took the car to get the dash lights checked and they told me that there was a severed wire, not a wire that popped loose.

Unfortunately,I needed the service of a repair shop this month....My car had been hit in a parking lot and of course,no one admitted to it so it came out of my pocket. My insurance deductible was more than self pay.I went to get an estimate to see how much it costs to replace the tail light. It was cracked and I had to fix it before any water seeped inside.Got my estimate here and at a dealership. The dealership wanted to charge me the same amount ,just for the part alone and charge me 2 hours labor. So I went with Jenkins Collision and glad I did. Chris French(body shop advisor) was very helpful ,as was the receptionist(sorry I did not get her name)...Anyway,all very friendly people. The work was done in a matter of minutes,NOT hours.Very professional.Knock on wood,I won't need their services again ,anytime soon BUT if I did,I would NOT hesitate to use them again.

These people are incompetent. My Acura RDX was involved in a rear end collision Jenkins repaired the bumper cover but did not repair the bent metal underneath. Nothing fit correctly Mike French the b/s director said it's 100%. Took pictures of bent metal and show Mike French he said that it came from the factory that way. Acura/Honda don't deliver damaged vehicles to their customers. Run don't walk from doing busines here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

One of the most frustrating experiences in my life. I was mandated that I had to go there because if my insurance. I had a one inch scratch on my car where someone had backed into me on my way down south last winter. Originally I was told by the insurance person it would be three days which was fine. However when I got an hour later I received an email from Jenkins saying it would be 14 days! I called to ask about this and was told there wasn't anything else that could be done as they had to get parts...also said that since I had signed the firm with the insurance agent stating that the car would stay there until finished, there wasn't anything I could do. I told them that I didn't want them fixing the car and wanted it back...I was then told that they alreast had the fenset off and there wasn't anything I could do. This all within an hour of me leaving the car! I told them I needed the car in five days as I was leaving on a trip. They said they could drop it off at the airport for me and I told them this wasn't acceptable because how c would I drive that car as well as the rental home? Anyeay long story even longer, and after many phone calls I was told it would be ready on Friday. I called three times that day and was told to pick it up at 5 as it would take that long for paint to dry. I got there at 4:45 and was told I couldn't get the car as the insurance agent left at 4 and he needed to sign off on it. Well after much discussion and me calling the insurance general manager I got the car. It was five days and I will never return to this facility.

Jenkins had my vehicle for 2 weeks. The work was completed, the car was sent to another dealership to be checked out because Jenkins could not clear error codes (really?) and the work there was completed today. I spoke to the other dealership around noon today. They told me that they had called to have the car picked up. At 4:30, I still had not heard anything, so I called Jenkins. My car was still at the other dealership because no one "got the message". Now, on a Friday at 4:30, an hour before they close, on a 3 day weekend, I'm told that it will be Tuesday before I get my car back, because there will not be time to detail it today, and the office isn't working this weekend. Who's paying for the rental car? Take a guess!

Took my car to get a estimate and the guy was really rude just because of a insurance discussion. I had to ask him to calm down because he was being really rude. Was trying to tell me what I needed to do and I told him that I didnt come there to be treated like that I just wanted a estimate, that he could either do it or I could leave..before he even started he stated to me that he promised the estimate would be way more than what my insurance told me. The damage was only to the front door and back door, both on passenger side but yet he added alot of things that didnt need to be included like the head light and the spray nozzles for the windshield. Gave me a estimate for over $5000. Right on the paper it stated like 42 hours of labor but says my car needed to be there 14 or more days. Guy was a total scam. Guess he thought because I was a woman I would fall for it...not sure but I will never return there.

Jenkins has its share of acolytes but I want to make mention of the inner workings. The people behind the scenes that make this a well-oiled machine. The receptionist that greets you with a smile and assures you that all little aspects of the job will be covered. The man who meticulously prepares your vehicle for the care it will be given. He walks you through the pre- inspection marking every wound that must be addressed. On June 9, 2020, at 10:45am, I cannot remember the specific persons by name who were instrumental in making my experience pleasant but I have never had a more comfortable time of it. Do not choose another collision center as this is the most professional, by far.

We have only minor parking lot damage to our one-year-old Hyundai. I've been trying to schedule repairs for a week now, and while they may be competent, they don't return phone calls. I don't take kindly to being ignored; game over.
