We were there actually doing a job for them, but leading up to the day of installation. Everything was great. Everybody was polite and professional on the phones. Highly recommended?

My father died on 3/6/2024 and this company rushed our family to remove his truck from storage after the month had already been paid(around $214 per month). Not only did they force us to remove the truck after the monthly storage fee for March had already been paid, they then refused to issue a prorated refund after forcing us to remove the truck. What a shame and terrible business!

As a LandStar independent drive, I ve always used J and M repair to service and inspect both my truck and flatbed hauler. They are reliable and trustworthy with all their estimates and repairs. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and mechanics.

Was reffered by the guys at thermo king. Had multiple wiring issues with abs and a blinker. As busy as they are they got me in on a Wednesday and OUT on a Wednesday. They not only fixed my abs issues but also tightened up a mechanical issue. Only people i will go to. PeeWee and the crew git it done.

Man these guys n girls are awesome!! Very knowledgeable about the work they do and goes above and beyond to meet your needs! Very VERY VERY NICE PEOPLE!! Give'em a holla if you're in the Ocala area!

I dont know about other faults but if you have got any issues related to DEF, Nox sensors, DPF, aftertreatemnt, these guys will make it worse, computer was hsowing Nox sensor bad, they did change but could not get to the root cause afte 1.5 days of work and simply said out of our capability. Charged 650$ and handed my 2018 Cascadia with more codes than i brought her in. It was altlest running but I had to get towed to next workshop after their work.

First shop that we have crossed that didn't screw us over. They did exactly what we needed to our tractor. Really nice people made sure our fuel injectors were out when we had new parts delivered so that we wouldn't have to pay core charges. Friendly and honest people.... Will defitnetly go back if I have a broke down truck again. I know my truck will be fixed and they won't charge outrageous prices.....

I Tried to find out what was the issue of Air leak on My dashboard the first 3 shops couldn t figure out, But JM didIt s been repaired done by Chris over 30 year s Experience TechnicianIt took him 16 minutes to change Brake chamberShould be named on Guinness world Records Best Technician of the Year

Highly recommend. I broke down in Lady Lake and had my Freightliner towed in. I called Jamie first thing in the morning and she said they were already working on it. They had it fixed in less than 24 hours. Fast friendly service. Break downs happen. When I'm in the area this is the only place I'll go.

I would never recommend this place for any repairs or inspections of any kind. They will find something wrong just to make money. The office staff wasn't very helpful at all and the environment is not African American Friendly. Some.of the mechanics was friendly. Stay away if you need any repairs or inspections for of any kind....You will regret it if you chose this repair shop.

These guys are top notch and have always taken great care of me. They've installed a liftgate, and belly boxes on my dry van. As well as perform my DOT inspections annually. I'd recommend them to anyone for any type of truck or trailer service.

I now see why I ve been coming here for 5 years ..I had an air leak and they got me right in with no issues trouble shot it in less then 5 min. It took me longer to get up this morning then it took them to fix it.

80 dollars to patch a used tireProfessional places will do the same job for half of the price.Owner said it would cos 55 for labor over the phone after job was done charged 65.Be carefulBetter offer go down the stree at loves truck stop and get better service and better price

shop close at 5PM, arrived at 4:47pm and I just want to change the tire. they said they closed if they change it, the labor will $300 without the tire. i left and went to Love's Travel

I want to say Thank you to all the Crew at J and M and a special thanks to Randy and his crew for a great job that they did on my truck and a special thank you to Vince for picking me up and take me to the places I need to get to and going out of his way for me that big shout out to you and thank you for your hospitality and for Jamie putting up with me just about every day that I called she was very polite and very professional I highly recommend J and M truck and trailer repair they are great people and do great work again thank you for all your hard work it is greatly appreciate it John McCavour President and owner of J Mac LOGISTICS

Very dissapointed with this shop spent almost 20,000 dollars here in past year $2400 on exhaust gasket done 2 in 6months and still failed will be taking this to court. DON'T GO HERE FOR WORK On YOUR TRUCK.i showed you people the bill from caterpillar that your mechanic put the stud in cross threaded I have documents to prove it .

Amazing group of people.. I was having trouble with my truck and on the interstate passing through..I called to see if they could get to my truck and help me out so I could get back on the road asap....They got my truck fixed and even stayed after hours to finish it...Very friendly and professional... Great group of guys..

I want to thank J and M trailer repair for their Afterhours service specially the mechanic Yamil for helping my driver get his refeer door reinstalled on his trailer. We called a total of 5 shops in Ocala/ Orlando area and nobody wanted to help. My driver drove back from Orlando to J and M shop where he met him and helped us get our unit back in service. Thank you!

Had some major issues. These folks are fantastic. Very knowledgeable and they don't try to gouge us O/O. Will definitely go back if any other issues.

Owner is a good Profesional guy, he checked my trailer and explain what was the problem. Unfortunately he don't have right part but at list he told me what's the problem and don't charge me nothing.

Landstar a great place to be inspected very reasonable pricing and very quick service they do not let anything slide but they get fixed quick at great rates try to go in first for work so the inspection will go with no problem little hard to find flea market sign is where you turn in be there at 815 am
