The legend and reviews are honest and true. He did a pretty great job on my Jaguar XF, in less than a week. Way better than I expected, and affordable. I highly recommend his business. Thank You.(Some skunk hit me on an empty parking lot and bounced , God is gonna bless him )

Immaculate Auto Body repaired the front end damage to my 2019 Mustang.Front upper bumper, and lower portion, spoiler, left headlight and left fender. Modesto is a master of his craft. He was able to save the original body parts and return them to showroom condition. The only part replaced was the head light. The paint match was spot on with matching the original paint on the two year old car. If you want your car returned to showroom condition Immaculate Auto Body is the shop to use. This is a great place to bring in your vehicle, they do great work here, the owner is a nice person. The quality of the paint is great. Looks a lot better then most places. Very nice people but the fact he wanted to charge me 1000 to fix 2 door handles is just ridiculous. The man literally lied in my face and said he needed to remove my door. I went on YouTube and was able to change 2 door handles with a tool set from Amazon for under 100. I understand the economy hurt us all but to rip someone off is crazy.

I have a 1984 15th anniversary TransAm which unfortunately had damage (a good sized hole) in the front aero effects bumper. Until after several failed attempts to find a body repair shop in the Ocala area that either could or would tackle the job, given the fact it was made of a vinyl material which was commonly used at that time, did I receive a recommendation from a friend to try Immaculate Body Shop in Ocala, Florida. With some hope I paid a visit to this location and spoke with the owner, Modesto Mena, who looked at the damage and did not hesitate taking on the task. Three days later I received a call that my car was done and could be picked up.I was flabbergasted when I saw how nice the repair looked, looked like new, including a perfect paint match.Modesto definitely has my business going forward, and I suggest you visit and read what it has to say about the business.I very highly recommend his work.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting

Modesto did an incredible job on my car. My bumper had fallen off after some damage so I took it to him, and he ordered a new one for me, painted it, installed it, and even straightened up the part above it on the body which I didn't even expect! It's so smooth it looks like nothing ever happened. He also gave me a good price and delivered results on time. I'd recommend his services to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wonderful experience. Modesto was fair, honest and so easy to work with. He did a fantastic job on my 2008 Honda that needed a face lift. Refreshing to find someone who truly cares about the work he does. Highly recommend his shop and Modesto himself is a treat.

I will only use this auto body shop in the future when it comes to doing body work. The car bumper was repaired, painted, fitted properly the first time. The gentleman who runs the business or does the work was honest and thorough, although his accent can be a little hard to understand on the phone for me. However, in person he was professional and he did exactly what we agreed upon. The insurance ran smoothly and the entire job was covered and finished within the week. It s hard to find businesses like this that you can trust and that do excellent work, however this is one that you can depend on. This place indeed deserves the 5 stars it has!Service: Body & Trim

Had accident damage repaired on my son's Mustang. Modesto is great! Excellent work done quickly and at a fair price. Personal service as well. I have had work done elsewhere that turned out to be a nightmare. Not here. i will go back to Modesto with any needs i have in the future. Highly recommended!!

My mom just picked up her car from Mosdesto. She was so happy. Not only did he replace the bumper and it looks brand new, he completely pulled out the corner of the fender that got pushed in during the accident for no additional money. The insurance company didn't want to pay to fix it because they say it was there before the hit. He said it was easy fix while the bumper was off. God bless you Modesto for helping my Mami.

I came to Immaculate with my 2016 Optima. It had been backed into on the drivers side above the tire, where there was a molding around the tire, making the dent harder to push out. They did an amazing job not only getting rid of the dent and scratches, but also getting it back to me in 3 days ! He also matched the paint perfectly and took some scratches out that had already been there before ! Great price for great quality work !!

I'm new to the area and somebody rear ended me a couple weeks ago, I took my car to Immaculate, and Modesto was very efficient and friendly. He quoted a very reasonable price, and said it would take about two days to fix. It was actually done in one day, and my bumper looks better than it did before I was rear ended. I will always go to Immaculate if I need auto body work done, and I highly HIGHLY recommend them!!

Modesto was absolutely fantastic!! I got into a really bad accident and my insurance was giving me the runaround. He was patient and honest with me and he kept me informed. I wish I could upload before and after pictures because my car looks completely brand new now. It rides great and I am very satisfied with his work.

I originally went to Modesto Mena after a friend from work told me about him. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect but was so pleasantly surprised. The workmanship on my 2011 Sonata was excellent not to mention the pricing was very reasonable. The dealership wanted to charge twice as much. I have had two incidents this past year and Modesto has taken care of both of them and really did great quality work. You will not be dissapointed with this body shop. All my work will be going to Modesto. He is very friendly and professional as well. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I would also like to mention that the service was fast. I had my car back the next day both times.

This is the best experience I have ever had at an auto body shop. If your insurance company doesn't require a specific auto body shop or if you're not working with insurance, I highly recommend you come here. Our car looked like new and the owner, Modesto, even gave me a ride home. He finished the car in a timely manner, and it was the best quote I received.

WOW-The best experience ever. I cannot say enough positive. I'm a single women, new to town-did not know anyone to fix my bumper when it was recently damaged. I read the reviews and decided to go into the shop. The owner is so friendly and professional...very nice. He honestly went out of his way (above and beyond) to temporarily fix my bumper...and then re-schedule my repair around my schedule...and gave me an amazing price.I will definitely go back and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great body shop!

Very good to work with after an accident where we were rear ended. Modesto worked with the car insurance company from the at fault driver, and made sure we recieved new parts when the insurance company wanted to use junkyard parts. Would use Immaculate again if needed.

If you haven't been to this shop you're missing out on one of the best kept secrets for automotive care in Ocala. Modesto and his team have saved me twice this year. I know he and his crew specialize in major transformation when it comes to cars but they are great with the emergency fixes too. I took my 2001 Camry to him in 2/15 when a door handle broke and the dealer wanted over $300 to fix it. I met Modesto for the first time after my mother found his business on the Internet. He replaced the door handle within minutes for a fraction of the cost. Just got my car back from him today after an employee(s) at a local car wash managed to destroy the cable connection to the motor under the driver's seat of my car making the seat lock in an impossible driving position. One mechanic quoted a ridiculous price which included buying a new seat to fix my car! Enter Modesto and the crew who took my car in on Tuesday morning and rebuilt the motor unit under the seat in a day. In doing so they were able to avoid buying a whole new set up which would have cost me a fortune in parts alone. I'm a day late getting on the road for holiday but the work I received from Modesto and his team is worth the delay. Don't let the look of the place fool you - this business has some talented workers and I for one am glad to know how to find them! THANKS AGAIN FOR SAVING ME, GUYS! Feliz Navidad.....:)

I have an older Saturn that runs great, but the hood and roof looked especially worn out. My car really needed a facelift! Modesto Mena matched the color perfectly, and was meticulous in his work. He is honest, friendly and the shop is very clean! I would highly recommend Immaculate Auto Body Shop.

Great job !!! Great customer service. And a Great sense of humor which we needed since our truck was hit twice in one day at LOWES. First by a load of fence panals carried on a forklift. The driver lost the load on our hood.Then by a Drunk driver who rear ended us while parked waiting for the police then fled the scene.But not before he cussed us out. Just got truck back 4 days earlier then expected and it looks Fabulous !!!! Thanks Immaculate Auto Body..Marcia and Mark Willette

This body shop is the best in Ocala area. Been to a few others for estimates and prices were ridiculous. Immaculate's Modesto will work with you and the insurance adjusters. Rest assured their body work is magnificent. Color matching phenomenal. Bring in a damaged vehicle and you'll feel your going home with a new car.Had 1 large collision and a few small jobs in last 8 years since I came to Florida. Fender benders happen but rest assured - I will not take my vehicles anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Immaculate Body Shop and Modesto are the solution. The front end of my car needed repair from an accident. It was completed in a timely manner and looks like brand new. They forgot to check the horn which didn't work, but it wasn't written up in the estimate by the insurance company either. Their work wasn't guaranteed by my insurance company, so I had to go to the owner. He agreed to have me bring the car in and he bought a new horn and installed it at no extra cost to me. He was always very curteous and kind, and I would recommend him to anybody who needs body work after an accident.

I can't tell you how happy I am with their service, they did an awesome job at a reasonable price! One of my guys had backed the work truck in to a parking bollard and dented up the rear quarter panel. I can not explain how nice their work is, the body work and paint is perfect! They only needed the truck for a coulple days to complete all the work. I will use them for all my auto body work and would recommend them to anyone who wants an A+ job at a great price!

I loved the overall work that was done. I had a lot of body work that needed to be done and everyone in town was either too much or wasn't offering the warranty. I like the fact that Immaculate Auto Body Shop offered a lifetime warranty on the paint job. I am so excited and I am a very happy customer. Thanks Again.

Modesto fixed my broken driver's door handle assembly while I waited. Now the door opens better than when I bought the car a few months ago! The price was nice and reasonable, too.
