bait and cram________________________________________Received my invitation in the mail to save on service. 15% off for Saturday service.Got a verbal phone quote $90. from 'service writer' and made an appointment, and mentioned my coupon.When I got there, the reception "ticket writer" said sign here. $189. for diagnostics." (a 10-minute job, and then half hour telling you the thousand$ in service your car must have TODAY!)No mention of program Honda TPMS ( yes, THE 10-minute job I came in for ).Felt lied-to but didn t say LIAR. Sure felt like it.Oh, and by the way I told the original guy I had a 15% off coupon.Question ignored with a *smirk* ( you dummy - not worth the postcard it is written on? )Q. 'So will the diagnostics include the programming?'ans: "No!"Q. 'So how much more for the programming ?'ans: "We can't tell you that until after the diagnostics."Q: 'SO YOU WANT A BLANK CHECK?'stupefied face - - some people fall for this ?I walked out in a huff. First and last trip there. Two gallons of gas, and three hour round-trip - Wasted.Three strikes and you are out, zero stars!8th Honda - maybe my last.

When I come to get repairs or regular maintenance, Mark makes sure my car is in top notch condition when I get it back. On top of that he takes care of me while I wait. I am very grateful to him and all the staff that take care of my auto.

Absolutely the best. We went to have our pilot serviced, and Ricky was wonderful. He was professional and answered all our questions, and kept us updated on the progress. We wanted to know about leasing, and he connected us with Juan. Juan walked us through the process and made sure our questions were answered. In fact, we decided to trade in our pilot and upgrade to a Ridgeline.Great service and staff. Thanks again, Ricky and Juan. You are the best!

Prompt service. Laquita, Service Adviser, was very professional and experienced. She explained the process thoroughly and responded to all my calls in a timely manner. Jaime Perez, the technician, professionally and efficiently diagnosed my car and took care of the problem. So happy I went there!

I drop off my car last Sunday because the radiator fans were not kicking on. I had a new radiator fan in my passenger seat and just wanted to have the issue of why I was not getting any signal to my radiator fans from the pcm. Monday after robert said that the diagnostic came back as needed by the radiator fans. I already knew that. I paid $230 for no new information. I explained this from the very beginning to Robert and he defended his technician that he has to plug his diagnostic tool to justify the 225 charge for the diag fee but there was nothing diagnosed. Play us to speak to a supervisor and his supervisor never called me back. After speaking to the lead shop technician. He said that the radiator fan will only kick on after a 210 F. degree temperature. So I paid $230 to have a technician tell me that the fan will only turn on after 210 degrees. I'll be sure to never come here again and never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I really enjoy working with Jose Medina.He has been my service advisor every time but once.He always takes time to answer all my questions. Very friendly and assuring of customer needs.My daughter drove here from jacksonville and because of our great experience buying a vehicle at Honda of Ocala , she bought a new car also. While in detail shop we went over to service sept. Caveat emptor! I was towed to this dealership hoping for a faster experience getting my Honda fixed. The good. Many sales and service associates here are great people, caring, and friendly, but not all of them. I won't name names, but one dude, a total Jack wagon! The waiting room was nice. The bad. The wait time. Three hours later we got answers. The ugly. The prices are insanely expensive. Diagnostic charge+tax, over $200. What the! $90 at a normal shop. New catalytic converter, part $1800. I asked for an after market cat, instead. Service tech quoted me $700 from O'Reilly's. I checked O'Reilly's website, $476. The dude tacked on $224 to the part he would get from O'Reilly's! Nope! At least the diagnostics were correct! The EGR valve was in fact stuck open and the cat was bad. I ended up fixing all the problems myself for about $800, instead of the $2000 (parts and labor) they quoted. Conclusion, Buyer beware.

This service center is amazing! The employees are super nice. They have a nice lounge with a movie playing and a coffee machine. They always do a great job in a timely manner

If you have never owned a Honda, you are missing out on an experience. They make nearly bulletproof, very refined vehicles. Honda of Ocala extends this experience. From the friendly staff that greets you in the service bay, followed by your service advisor attention to detail including explaining problems found. They sent me a video of the inspection of my undercarriage showing the problem. If you are in the waiting room after 9:00 am, there is a cafeteria. Usually, depending on your service, it is free. Place an order with the cook, she will give a number and call when ready. Nice breakfasts and lunch are available. This is as good as dealerships get.

I went in for oil change and tire rotation. After I got a video (nice touch) of all of things needed for my truck. Thousands of dollar work. Yes, probably needed. Times are hard so I have to prioritize what to do. Service techs are professional but at times I feel "hustled"? They are just doing their jobs. Was quoted $418 would cover all fees to replace 2 CRV Cross Continental 215/70R16 for mount, balance, road hazard & tire disposal. I also got quotes from local tire centers closer by and chose the dealer since it's quote was best one. When invoice was brought home by spouse it said $598 instead and was highest of all I researched. Hope this can be looked into since a quote shouldn't differ that much & that was all that was done.Service: Tires

Had a 7:00am appt on 10/12. Got there at 6:55am. We were first on the line. The service technician met us with a smile and told us our wait for the completion of our repair would be 2hours. Exactly two hours later the job was done. While waiting we had a complementary breakfast and watched a movie.Of course, me being me took a look around. The bathroom was IMMACULATE! SERIOUSLY! It was cool and clean. There was paper towels, soap, warm water. The stalls were big and (I can't believe I am saying this but it it's true)...the bathroom SMELLED NICE!. Customers(for the most part)wore masks. Overall, it was an excellent experience.Wheelchair accessible. Parking available!

The service center here is excellent. Rob is an awesome service tech. Very informative and friendly. Makes you feel important and treats you respectfully.Rob is one of the many good service techs working with customers.Five stars is not enough for the service I received today.

My car was towed into Honda after breaking down on I75. 3 days later I was still trying to find out what repairs were needed & was still waiting tov be picked up by Honda-Ocala driver for a loaner vehicle. It took 22 calls to get a response & to be picked up. (Originally I thought I called 16 times but my smart phone shows 22 calls). The first info I received was concerning the inflation levels of my tires but my tires had nothing to do with my car breaking down. This was not impressive. Finally they told me what was needed & they waited to submit repairs to my insurance to help me save money. THIS was outstanding service because it took time. They provided a loaner which was DEEPLY appreciated but when I paid the bill they charged me for the loaner. I was told there was no charge for the loaner when I picked it up but they charged me $105 for it. My husband died very recently so my money is extremely limited...and as a 70 yr old the loaner was essential. I bought 4 cars from this dealership...so to request a loaner in such a drastic time in my life should be honored without charges of any type. What began as a very poor start was corrected by their treatment during the insurance phase only to be slapped in the face over this charge which was not supposed to be charged.

Took my 2005 Accord in for a drive belt change. Belt sells for $44.51 online from honda. Ocala Honda charged me $100,. total with labor $297,. I will not be going back here with any of my cars. I have been told today by my co workers to go to Jenkins. They don't abuse customers.7/6/22MichelleI was a customer for the last 2yrs. My wife and I even purchases a 2021 CRV, which was a problem after dealing with the crook in finance. But we had that taken care of. You have all my information in your system if you truly cared and wanted to take care of the issue at hand about being overcharged. Came in for a four wheel alignment, tech showed me several issues. Only place that's taken the time to look at my issue and explain it. Not my 1st time here for service, if you drive Honda. I'd recommend you bring it to the people trained to work on them. I've paid for alignments at other places that told me they couldn't do it or didn't know how too. Service and customer service always top notch, they are always busy, so please don't expect to be in and out. They are inspecting everything to make sure your vehicle will be ok to drive. My issue was known, but I wasn't really sure why. Took a tech and a lift to see the incorrect bolts in strut, replaced them for me.

I pick 5 stars service only. Three stars free breakfast, young lady are so rude to me and my girlfriend. No egg sandwiches only a donut. I notice she gave other customers a nice egg Sandwiches. Make me sad because we are deaf. I ask her where is hot water, again she was rude. I want hot chocolate. I feel uncomfortable.

Horrible experience. I took my car at 830am ready at 230pm. They advised the shuttle would pick me back up at 345 and it left me stranded. I will not be returning to this dealership they don't answer texts or the phone & when they do you are placed on hold and call disconnects. The service was great but the wait was terrible. The young man who brought it to the front parked it in front of the building my disabled husband had to walk a ways to the car. He also left it in reverse running. I think he needs some more training!!

Called them and they told me to not bother them since they were about to close. They wouldn't even stay on the phone to help me troubleshoot my problem. Went to another dealership and it ended up being a 2 second fix.

Was told a estimate over phone that was in line with other estimates I received but when I got there, I was charged $131.00 to look at my air conditioner and tell me I need a new one, which I already knew. Then the price was twice as much as the estimate. When I decided to take my car somewhere else, Rob changed his attitude and was no longer pleasant. He then made me wait 45 minutes to checkout , while taking new customers before me. This was the worst experience I have with any business in a long time. A complete waste of time and money.
