Juan Rivera at Ocala Honda was very professional, helpful and kind, NOT pushy, when dealing with me, a 70 yr. old lady, in purchasing a 2024 Hybrid Sport Touring. I am very happy with the over-all experience I had at Ocala Honda. The finance employee, Charlie, was very wonderful, also. I would recommend these two to help you when you buy there. Michael Lehman was wonderful to work with. We went in just to look at an Odyssey and see if it would fit our needs. My husband has limited mobility and thought the back doors sliding would be beneficial.Michael gave us information about the details of the Odyssey and never tried to"sell" us on it.As luck would have it, after we took it for a test drive we were sold.Michael made it a very easy transition to the Odyssey and even helped transfer our Sirius to the new car.Very glad he helped us on a late Saturday afternoon, on Easter weekend. We are grateful for our new Odyssey and to have a friend in Michael.

Transfer I ve been shopping at Honda of Ocala for many years and I ve always had the benefit of working with Michael Lehman . He is trustworthy and my family believes in him. A matter fact, he calls us family me and Mike always have great conversations and he truly means the world to us. We believe in him we trust him and he makes things easy for us to decide. . Everyone at the dealership, from Daniel to Bari, worked super hard to make sure I was happy. They helped me into a fantastic deal after exploring every option to make sure I got the right mix of value between my trade situation, down payment, desired financing, and final price. I had an amazing experience today at Honda of Ocala. Michael Lehman is phenomenal and honest. He made me the best deal in the vehicle I wanted. From the time he greeted at the he was respectful and patient. By far he is the best salesman at Honda. If you are interested in getting a vehicle please ask for him.

In 2021, I bought my first car from Honda of Ocala, assisted by Alex Bowers. He was incredibly patient during the process. Over the last two years, I've received an annual "Happy Anniversary" text for my purchase. Last week marked my second new vehicle purchase from Honda of Ocala in nearly three years, and I was thrilled to find Alex Bowers still there! This was my first time buying a used car. I have always bought new cars so buying used cars are quite different. Fortunately for me I was greeted by one of the most polite salesman I have ever met, Boston Fitzpatrick! I had a tight budget but high expectations on what I wanted in a car. Boston took the time to really get to know me and what I was looking for. He gave me several options to look at that took a lot of his time. He never lost his polite demeanor always making sure I was comfortable. I finally found the car and made the purchase. Boston texted for a followup to make sure I was happy. If you want a pleasant used car experience go to used cars at Honda Ocala and ask for Boston Fitzpatrick!

First off, I don't have a Honda. I was having car issues and a friend who's gone there before recommended this dealership and they were AMAZING!!! I worked with Ikeya Harol and she was absolutely fabulous. She was so kind and patient while working with me and she gave updates on my car's progress and alerted me when it was finished! 5 stars, 10 out of 10 and if I'm in the area having car troubles again, this would be my first choice :D

Sucks that they over charged my significant other an extra 20K and now we can t upgrade or refinance. Even though we put a down payment and traded in a vehicle with low mileage and we almost had it paid off. We just need to upgrade cause our family was growing. 1 star cause I love our 2020 Honda pilot that we got in 2023, I would just get it from somewhere else that won t screw you over.

I spent 6 months and traveled half the Florida state and about 10 dealerships with no luck on getting a Honda Ridgeline that I wanted and the price that I wanted, I really had given up on Dealerships was sure they were all a scam, but I tried one more place and hit pure gold, the Honda of Ocala, Got everything I wanted, price I wanted, and the chilled atmosphere is unbelievable, even got free lunch and soda, what a great place to buy and our salesman Thomas made it all so easy here, shout out to the entire team for doing a great job. Other dealers take note, "This is how it's done" Thank you again Honda

So as a single woman, you know how we feel when we go out to try to buy new cars so I did some research and talk to some friends they sent me to Honda of Ocala to see Mike Lehman. I am definitely a strong woman sometimes not easy to please.. Mike Lehman was professional. Mike Lehman was courteous, Michael Lehman was patient with me. I am now driving my new CRV from Honda Ocala and I am happy happy happy I would suggest anyone goes to Honda of Ocala and ask for Michael Lehman.

This last week both of my cars needed work done. Jose Medina helped with the service on my wife's car and he always does a great job. For my car Marceline Dye helped me immensely. It was my first time with her help and she was amazing. Honda cares about taking care of the customer not just making a sale like other dealerships.

My husband and I were shopping for a hybrid sedan since our current suv was a bit too gas guzzly for us and Honda of Ocala had great reviews as far as customer service and vehicle selection.I had an appointment with Zach Purvis, but since we got there near closing time, we were helped by Chris Waddell. Couldn't be happier with Chris as far as understanding our needs and attention to detail; definitely 110% customer service with a smile.Chris found us the perfect used Honda for my very tall husband to fit into which also fit our budget. Chris did an excellent job at finding us a car to bring home on the same night (even if we weren't actually planning on buying anything tonight!) and he didn't even seem to mind that we were his last customers for the workday.As far as paperwork, Troy Vandal assisted with finalizing our financing totals which included finding us the best monthly payment plan. Last but not least, Charlie Patterson, the finance guru, was an ace at getting us additional vehicle protection and he was also the most charming person we've met who worked at a car dealership.All three of them went above and beyond for us and we appreciate how valuable we were treated as customers even BEFORE we were customers. My husband owned a Honda Accord before and we trust the reliability of the brand so we were glad that Honda of Ocala was able to provide us with what we were looking for in our price range.Thanks again for helping us with our end of year vehicle purchase. We'll be back for our detail appointment and regular maintenance sometime soon.

This was the smoothest, most efficient, and easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Michael Hoey, our salesperson was extremely efficient, courteous, personable, and not pushy at all. We never had to do the typical back and forth with salesperson and sales manager. Many people that worked there made it a point to come over to us and wish us a happy new year. Even our finance person, Charles, was amazing! He made sure everything was ready to go before we sat down in front of him. Quick and easy. You know how you sometimes get that feeling after you buy a car like you got a little ripped off or could have gotten a better deal, we didn t have that feeling at all! No hassles and you can tell they love their customers and strive for great customer service and repeat business. Customer for life!!! Thanks Honda of Ocala for a great car buying experience!!

Don't walk away from this place run! This place is crooked as it gets. If I could leave no stars I would. Over the past year the service department lied to us at least 3 times. They said we needed new rear brakes. That was a lie. They said the seal by the timing chain cover leaked that was a lie. They said the rear main seal was leaking that was a lie. We also bought the car from them. They said all the maintenance was up to date. It wasn't. We bought the car at 85,000 miles and it had mismatched tires. The service department also informed us the transmission services is due every 40,000 miles and was only done once when we bought it. It should have been done twice. I also emailed Honda corporate about the shady business practices of this dealership and they don't care. So we will be filling a complaint with the BBB and Florida attorney generals office.

This is our 3rd car from Honda of Ocala and all 3 were sold by Boston Fitzpatrick. We had an awesome experience from start to finish. He s very knowledgeable, accommodating and always made sure we are well taken cared of. We love our 2023 Honda CR-V Hybrid. We highly recommend Honda of Ocala.

Had regular maintenance done on my CRV and was greeted by friendly staff all around. I hope you get to interact with Bob. He s knowledgeable and courteous. I had a toasted croissant with butter and a French vanilla latte in the waiting room while watching popular movies. The salesman, Christian, spoke with me about my options for trade ins. And they washed my vehicle. The charge was very reasonable. I will be returning.

I was losing air in my tire, I had one hour before picking kids up from school they were so sweet and repaired the tire and I was able to get the kids on time. I didn t have time to call ahead. They all were very sweet and also the oil change on Monday they were very sweet and curious to me. I think they have the best service department I have been to in a long time. Thank you 5 stars from me.

Overall experience alright but financing took 3+ hours keeping me waiting in the lobby without any info on updates or anyone even checking up on the person making a car purchase. When I brought up the issue to 3 reps, they just shrugged it off like this happens all the time. Yeah but maybe it shouldn t. Sales rep, Mr. Peacock, was really nice. I just felt like my time wasn t valued here by some of the staff.

If you are looking to buy a Honda, this IS the place to go!!!Ramy spoke to us as soon as we pulled up front and got out of the vehicle. He was helping another customer so he politely asked if it was ok if Mike helped us.That was the start of a Great buying experience. They were fantastic. I needed my oil changed, as well as service on a back tire that had a piece of glass in it that was leaking air quite rapidly. My service rep was so nice and took great care of me. Left with two new tires and my oil changed in reasonable time. Very curious and will return for all my Honda needs.
