Two years ago I brought my truck to the shop to get four new tires put on after they were done mounting them. I noticed that my tires felt unbalanced so I took the truck back immediately when I got back there they tried to take my front tires back off to rebalance them and they ended up breaking off a couple of the Lugnuts. They were using an impact gun to put the rims on when they should ve used a torque wrench on aluminum rims so now this weekend when I tried to take the rear tires off to change my brakes, the Lugnuts wouldn t come off I used breaker bar and an impact The end result was the lug nut breaking off now I have no way to get my tire off my truck because all six of them are like that and I m assuming the rest of my lug nuts all the way around my truck are like that too so today when I called, the lady told her who I was, she pulled up my ticket seeing how much money I spent and seen I got four brand new tires on my truck. She started back, talking herself telling me that her impact gun was calibrated to takeoff and put on Lugnuts, that s the stupidest thing I ve ever heard in my life coming from a mechanic the truck barely gets driven it sits in the driveway all week I only drive it on the weekends tires are still like brand new believe it or not the lady will not honor her work, and was quick to cop an attitude and told me that she wasn t gonna do anything because she s not responsible I would not recommend anybody to go here and get any work done on their car whatsoever. This is the worst experience I ve ever had at a tire shop. I also am going to upload some pictures of my truck at their shop two years ago when they tried to take the front tire back off and broke the lug nut off of them drilling the lug nut out of my truck and then I ll upload the other pictures of the rear tire you ll be able to tell in the picture that the new tire is already mounted on the rim and this is them trying to drill the lug nut out so they can get the tire back off to balance it correctly. These people had no idea what they were doing.

One of the best tire shops around. I've had alignments,new tires, balancing and tire quotes, Never had an issue. Service is great and staff is friendly. Don't take my word for it.. Come give them a shot for all your tire needs.

My mother needed a valve stem replaced so she took her truck to Pep Boys since that s where she purchased the tires from initially. They were very rude to her. A family friend recommended she take it to High Speed so she did. They were very friendly and accommodating. Had her in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you High Speed!

Had a good crack in my rim and haul my kinds everywhere thanks to high speed they didn t act like it was there they showed me and gave me a number where I could get it fixed thank

Complete trash don t spend your money here . They will ruin your rims !! So many bad reviews .. they need to be reported to the better business bureau.

Extremely honest and reasonable. Very hard to find both of those attributes in one spot! Owner was personable and nice. Work was done fast and they did an amazing job. They did not try to upsale or push services not needed. When dealing with anything auto related I always prepare for the worst but this was honestly the best auto experience I ve ever had.

i purchased a used tire to repair a flat from highspeed a few months ago. When i called in they told me they had the correct size, however when i arrived a few minutes later they didnt have one. bought the tire anyway, and now when i went to remove the wheel to rotate the tires, ive noticed the technician cross threaded my lug nut and i had to break the stud to get the wheel off. The Tech was likely lazy and didnt bother to hand start the lug and just used the impact gun.

Picked up a nail earlier this afternoon and wasn t able to get the tire off and head to a shop until almost 5pm when of course most of the shops are closing. I called Highspeed Tire Group at 4:46pm and she was amazing! We pulled in the parking lot at 4:52pm and they had the old tire off and new tire on and balanced, paid for and back in the car at 5:04pm! Great Price! Great Service! Fast Service! Definitely my go to tire shop from here on out!

I've been with Nelson and his wife since he started his business. Today just felt different and I've recommended and sent so many people his way. And I felt today I was the bad guy and I may have to find a new place to shop.

This Hass to be the absolute best service I have ever had when it comes to purchasing tires. They were extremely attentive and were very easy and willing to work with me. The car rides like a dream after the new tires. He balanced them absolutely perfectly so there s no shaking at any speed and completely quiet. This Company has earned my business as long as I m able to drive. I would highly recommend anybody going here if they need tires put on their car. Thank you again for the most amazing service for tires in 30+ years of driving.

I brought this tire shop four brand new wheels and tires to get mounted, they charge me a normal price and then as they are loading up the wheels tell me that they damaged my rim while they were putting the rim on the tire, my wheels were very expensive and I was very upset. Their response to their error was a $50 coupon which is ridiculous I didn t even go in to pick up the $50. I would not go there again nor do I recommend anyone to go there or spend any money there whatsoever. Untrustworthy and dishonest

0/10 recommend as a returning customer. They broke every security key on my car tires and could not/would not fix it. Would not acknowledge they made a mistake. The manager was very rude and completely unhelpful in every way, the owner was no better. Had to take the car, broken without them even completing the job we had paid for, to a different place. $250 later we paid ourselves out of pocket to fix their mistakes. No refund, no apology. Would not recommend to anyone. Take your vehicle somewhere where things are done right and customers are actually valued and respected. The response when my car was damaged: "This happens all the time". Not how a business should ever be run.

What kind of tire shop doesn't have a torque wrench? The kind with a sign that says not responsible for broken bolts and studs! I wish I had seen the other reviews about them overtightening would have gone somewhere else. Dude also has an attitude problem. Looking for rims for two different vehicles. Won't be going here for them that's for sure.

I took my 1999 Jeep for 4 tires to be put on. I took my tires and they installed all 4 and balanced for a very very good price. The lady at the front desk was very nice and took care of my install very quick as the shop was busy at the time I went. Of all the tire shops I called that day Highspeed Tire was the only shop that said bring it in we can do it. The technicians that preformed the service were very nice and professional I was very pleased. I did not see any of said ratings of poor service at this shop they are 10 Star service in all my years of doing repairs.I highly recommend this shop and will use them in the future..

I have visited this shop several times for service and when I say they are solid I mean that. Each time I call I'm greeted with professionalism and made to feel I'm appreciated. They always provide me with top notch service and as a customer that has experienced poor service I appreciate that. I live more than 40 miles away from the shop but prefer to pass numerous other shops to get to this one. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for awesome tire service. Keep up the good work.

Got my used tires here. They were quick and the lady at the front desk was awesome. She is so friendly. Even though she was busy it didn't stop her from answering my stupid questions about pricing on different repair jobs for my car.

Been here several times, if you're in need of tires this is the place you want to go. Want wheels? Go see them. Did your tire blow and strand you by the side of the road? These folks can hook you up with an inexpensive replacement until you can get all four done. They've got your back.

Reasonable prices and they do a good job mounting and balancing tires.This tire store sells most major brand tires and some private label brands as well that are manufactured by those big brand names.This is also a good place to go for mantinence as well, for example brakes oil changes shocks springs tune ups and more.Bottom line for me is my tires don't shake and the staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable.I will be a return customer in the future.
