Before and after pictures of the great work that was done. You guys fixed my car in 2 weeks!!!!! Everyone I spoke too was so nice and helpful. My car was so clean inside and out AND they gave me a mini car mat because I didn t have one. AMAZING job. Thank you for all your help. Only note is the repair updates should be more frequent! Once again great job.

I can t say enough good things about the excellent service we received at Gerber Collision & Glass. From first contact to completion of work, everyone was helpful, friendly and professional. I would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass for any body or glass work, knowing they will always deliver excellent service.

My son wrecked my truck, USAA had us take it here. The price list they gave for repairs, they doubled the prices of many parts from cost. They also noted to replace items that had nothing to do with accident like console me dash plexiglass. The costs associated with their massive markups took the truck over the threshold of repair and it was declared totaled. I did file a complaint about this with those in the power to correct this. The overly exorbitant amount they charged for parts it s insane! Go to Liles instead and save yourself a headache

My car is being worked on them now, and I am confident they will fix it promptly and accurately. There is a nice, calm and confident feeling when I walk in there. They're very kind, very attentive. And they understand what I mean when I'm trying to communicate with them, lol. Thank you for your excellent customer service!!

We were very well satisfied with this place. Josiel the manager was fantastic. He came out and looked at our truck and was able to take off the one part that was damaged and fix it without going thru insurance and had it done in 2 days. Oh and Ally the receptionist she was amazing too. She got us in quickly. The whole staff was very curious. Great job you guys. 10 's

About 3 weeks ago I was rear-ended. I called everybody shop I could find on Google and everyone was booked out at least two to four weeks before they could even get started. My mom told me about Gerber I didn't even know we had one in Ocala. I called them and they got me in the same day. My car was ready in less than two weeks. I just picked it up and it looks brand. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Gerber collision & Glass. I will definitely use you all in the future.

When you come in to this auto body shop you re greeted by a wonderful lovely lady, no matter how bad your day please be nice to everyone. My car took longer than expected but it wasn t the fault of this establishment.
