This place was first class. I was greeted by the owner who explained what needed to be done and given a realistic timeframe for how long it would take. Not only was the job completed early, under my expectation of cost, but the job was done perfectly. Highly recommend. A small shop with great service and very reasonable prices.

Five stars all the way! Great friendly staff who does a very quick job. Freddy is a friendly, knowledgeable guy who communicates well. I was stressed out when I messed up my trucks door to say the least, but when I left Freddy s I was in an amazing mood from his great customer service, Thank you for helping me!

Fred and co. squeezed us in for ignition coil issues at 4pm after a long drive from Toronto. Southern hospitality at its finest. Also super knowledgeable and yet easy to talk to.

honesty, integrity & quick service! my fiance & i needed our alternator replaced. after calling around to multiple shops in Ocala, Freddy s was the ONLY one to have the best price AND next day availability! awesome tech, first point of contact and his staff could NOT have been better. 10/10 recommend!!!

The A/C in my car stopped working. I took it to Freddy's back in December. We paid this shop around $2000 and had to return the car to them three (3) times over the past two months. This last time they kept it for two weeks, stopped being reachable by phone (most of the time the fax machine and answering machine pick up at the same time so you really can't even leave a message). When they finally did answer all I got was the run around about getting the wrong part, yada yada yada, and then finally after I persistently called them everyday for a week, they tell me that they cannot fix it, I need to take it to the dealership.... Long story short, they cannot fix a very common 2014 Ford Focus Air Conditioner, they will also keep you waiting with no communication, and they might keep your car for an unnecessarily long period of time and not even fix it.

Great service great prices very nice people I pulled in driving on I-75 my van started making a lot of noise the fan was broken into about 10 pieces. I pulled in immediately they started working on my van and it was fixed in a matter of minutes. I got a new fan and a reasonable price and very quickly I was back on the road. TY to them for helping me out!!

I just want to leave a comment about my experience in this place. please be careful with them. My Equinox started to fail. I brought it here and Fredy told me that he would look into the problem and call me to give me an estimate for the repair. The next day I received the call and the man told me that the repair cost $300 then he calls me and says that was not the problem that the repair would cost $700 then I receive another call with the same story and a price of $1200. At that moment I say no and go get the car. After a small argument I had to pay $300 to get the car out. That day when I got home the smell of gasoline was very strong; I decided not to use the car anymore and take it back. A few days later, on the way to the workshop, the car caught fire and burned completely. Thank God the insurance responded and everything turned out to be a horrible experience. Now everything is under investigation by Geico and the Ocala Police Department. The saddest thing of all is that this was the car that my wife used to take my daughters to school and that I could have lost my family due to the bad practice of this man and his workshop.

When Handa dealership tries pouring oil on my engine, to get more money, saying it's got a leak! Time for real mechanics! And this is the place. Sorry, I didn't take any pic's.

Freddy has been very helpful when 2 of my Toyota door handles broke off. He went out of his way to repair them without delay. His mechanics were professional and respectful. Freddy is a kind man, and I am thankful.

Great people! My minivan was making a terrible noise and I was very worried about the long drive back to Tennessee. Freddy had her fixed and running beautifully within a day and for far less than I imagined!

Today was my second time taking my truck to Freddy s Auto. The first time he replaced the motor for one of my windows, and got the job done quickly. This time I needed my starter replaced. At first they said it would be until Monday, but then Freddy said he would stay late today (on a Saturday) and get it done himself. Great service from a straight shooter.

Freddy is an honest mechanic who works for you. He delivers excellent quality at a very reasonable price. He's an easy and friendly guy to work with. I was stuck on the highway. Called Freddy. He sent me a tow in minutes, repair my Hyandai within an hour, and charged me almost half my usual mechanic. He there to help his customers.

Freddy is genuine and kindhearted. They do good work and are extremely helpful and nice. Freddy will take you to the back and show you exactly what is being done and why. I first found him after having my car break down on 75 and have been going since. Best mechanic I've ever been too and will continue going!

They got right to my car. They was able to get what I need done in a timely fashion. There was no long wait time. Be stated at his price he quoted me. His shop is very clean and open, spacious. You can see into very well and move around.very friendly staff. he even advised me on what I met need done on the car in the future. Just overall good experience for me.

I was a damsel in distress when a part underneath my engine came loose while driving on an interstate. I pulled my car off the highway in a panic trying to find help. I came across Freddy s Auto Tech and gave him a call. It was 10 mins until closing on a Friday afternoon. Freddy answered and said if I was able to drive the car to his shop he would take a look. It was a stressful 6 miles, but I managed to make it to Freddy s while dragging a part of the underside to the car. Freddy came out, took a look, found the problem and fixed it immediately! He was so kind and understanding. I am so grateful to have found Freddy s Auto Tech and highly recommend him!

Not only was the entire team fast and personable but they were detail oriented. I appreciate that they got me in and out in a few hours instead of over days like most shops.Really good people to the point that I actually took a google review -- unsolicited. Definitely worth it. Thank you for getting me and my kid back on the road.

I've been to Freddy's twice and he and his team did not disappoint! He got my 9 year old car in great condition. He is trustworthy and doesn't overcharge you. What more can you ask?

I have been here several times. This establishment is top notch, no BS, and they don't treat me like a female who knows nothing about cars (because I'm not!) Nothing but upmost respect and thankfulness for the service I have gotten and will continue to return to. Red Mustang girl!
