We had the best experience, Isaiah and Larry are the most stand up guys. We were explained everything from financing, the machine, and even how the insurance works. I was kept updated every step of the process and we truly could not have asked for better service. I would 100% buy from them again. If you're looking for a great place to go do yourself a favor and start here you will NOT be disappointed.

Disappointed to say the least. What started out as a great experience purchasing a new kabota tractor to an extremely disappointing outcome after the sale. Terms were worked out during negotiations for 0% interest for 48mo and after we received our first statement we found out we are paying interest and over $2000 more than we negotiated in finance charges. I ve called this company multiple times and just get the response we are working on it that was well over a month ago with no one actually trying to fix the problem or even reach out and make it right. Kabota financing is unhelpful saying it s the Florida Coast Equipments problem and they need to fix it. Sadly they aren t doing anything to fix it. I ve given multiple opportunities for Florida Coast to remedy the situation but this has been going on for two months.

I have been a customer of this Kubota store for quite some time. They have always treated me well and taken personal ownership of any problems that I've had with my equipment.I just purchased a Land Pride brush hog from Bret today. He is an outstanding gentleman who stays in touch with you every step of the way. My cutter had to be ordered at a time that the supply chain from COVID had affected everyone, including manufacturers. Bret stayed on top of my order and checked periodically with the manufacturer on the build date. While we knew that the manufacturer had stated it would be 10-12 months before they'd build the heavy duty one I ordered, Bret kept after it until it was built and delivered to me today personally by him.I highly recommend this location because of Bret and the store manager, Isaiah.

Nathan at Florida Coast Equipment went above and beyond for me and my needs. I called inquiring about Excavator prices on Tuesday afternoon and by Thursday I was picking up my brand new machine! He was very knowledgeable, made sure I got the model and attachment I was looking. I would recommend Florida Coast Equipment to everyone for their equipment needs.

Doug, Service Manager excellent service, very knowledgeable. Aaron, Service Adviser very friendly with detailed information. Vert helpful. Rick, The Driver picks up/delivery of equipment on day specified. Overall a great team, a credit to Florida Coast.

On 10/17 Bought 50000$ tractor Upon delivery and first use discovered they had forgot to install mirrors ,cruise control very stiff, back implements lift very hard to move up and down making it impossible to mow or do box blade work Called salesman Nate and manager Isaiah several times and they promised they would take care of it Been weeks now and still no response Never recommend this company again Love my tractor but horrible service They were great until I got the tractor and once they were pd all bets were off

We just took delivery of our Kubota zero turn and were very pleased with the whole process. Bret was our primary salesman and Nate was helpful filling in when Bret was on a delivery. Bret worked out getting us the unit we wanted at the best price. We would recommend them to friends and will use them again.

Very nice people, and they work with you, BUT:My repair took a lot longer than expected, and they didn't live up to their predictions. Don't say "end of next week" unless you really think you can pull it off. People make plans based on your promises.They charged me for shop materials. This is a sad practice businesses are now using to increase profits. Things like rags and carb cleaner should be included in the quote. Consumables and other expenses are just the cost of doing business.Imagine if a doctor charged you for every swab and needle instead of just charging fees for services. You'd be pretty angry. It's better to be honest up front with a higher quote than to lowball and then surprise customers on the back end. People will forget the pain of a high initial quote, but they never forget being sandbagged with a higher figure when the pick up their property.They left a lot of wet sand and rocks in my machine, and I had to move it with a shovel. Things like that should be handled before giving machines back.Overall, things went pretty well, but there is room for improvement.

Today we took delivery of our new Kubota zero turn at our home in Ocala. Although we own an older model, Bret (our go-to sales guy) took the time to go over every single detail with me. Their was never a rushed feeling, and he knew the product. He's quite the asset for Florida Coast Equipment and we will gladly recommend him.

Over the years we have had numerous interactions with the Ocala shop. We were a bit concerned when the sold out to Florida Coast, however this week we bought a new piece of equipment from them and we were very pleased with the interaction. They understood our needs and made sure we got what we needed without pushing us to get things we don t need. It was a great purchasing experience and the delivery crew were friendly and helpful. Thank you to Isaiah and Bret. We will definitely continue to do business with this group.

I have to give credit where credit is due. I have worked with Tim many times for manny different things. This guy is the real deal. Tim is extremely honest, does what he says he is going to do, and I honestly consider him a friend now. Tim is such a pleasure to work with that my son and I stop in from time to time to just say hello. Tim is the reason, and the ONLY reason that I spend my money at this business. I have a business that sells the same product in half the distance from my house but I choose to spend my money here because of him. I extremely recommend Tim and have done so to many people that have also had a great experience with him. Keep up the good work sir!

If you look at location A on the map it says closes at 2pm location B is the same address but says closes at 12pm you need to fix your website we drove from North Florida so time and fuel wasted.

Salesman Bret was very helpful and professional in finding the right tractor for me and explaining the various tractors available. Bret also kept me informed during the transition from ordering to delivery of the tractor. Upon delivery everything went smoothly, and the tractor was everything I hoped it would be.

Excellent Service!! Just recently moved to the area and had some maintenance issues with my Kubota ZT. From the first time I called through the repairs, Tonya and the team were fantastic. Responsive, professional and just great customer service. Definitely found where I will be taking all of my equipment for service and will assume the sales department has the same approach.

We purchased a new 2023 Kubota RTV 520 from Florida Coast Equipment in Ocala. Bret in sales and Isaha the Sales Manager did an awesome job of getting the unit that we wanted at the price we wanted. We contact other dealers and no one would commit to a delivery time. FCE under promised and over delivered. I would recommend FCE, Bret, and Isaha for any construction equipment needs.

Do not bring your tractor to the Ocala location for service or repairs. They have zero customer service. We brought our tractor in for a repair and they don t communicate at all. When we try to call for a status, we get the same run around that they will call us back but never do. We are still waiting on the tractor to be repaired currently. If they could communicate, we could at least have made other arrangements so we wouldn t be in such a bad position with no tractor to use. They don t even list the name of a store manager or regional manager online so there is no way to speak to anyone other than the person who answers the phone at the local store. We will definitely not use them ever again for a repair and certainly will never buy a new tractor here. Very disappointed.

I went to Florida coast equipment because I needed a mower, and Tim Fiorello help me find the one I needed. Tim asked me what my needs were for the mower and we pick a 52in cut zero turn. When we were done with the sale, he followed me to the store and filled the tank on the new mower due to no fuel on hand at shop. I tried to refuse so that I wasn't taking up anymore of his time but Tim insisted he did not feel right letting me leave without fuel topped off. Tim was very helpful and i believe he went above and beyond for us with the new mower.

Had the pleasure of working with Jeremy for purchasing a new tractor. The process was easy and fast. The second day at home we had a problem with the 'quick release' for changing the bucket and loader and the service department came to the farm in no time to fix it! You can't beat that for service! Five stars all the way!

Amazing Service, Educated, Responsive Sales TeamI can't say enough good things about the folks at Florida Coast. My wife and I purchased a new farm in NY and we needed various equipment quickly. Florida Coast immediately knew what they could provide on a timely basis even in light of our current supply crisis. When a manufacturing delay ("supply crisis issues again") delayed a piece of equipment, our salesman Nate Williams went above and beyond. He arranged for an immediate substitution even though it was located 5 hours away. He got the RTV shipped, prepared and delivered ON SCHEDULE and PRICED as initially represented despite it being a slightly better unit. Nate was in contact daily on the phone and via email and made the process painless. We trust these guys and they really helped us with our second location in NY - it was worth buying down in FL!

Terrible experience ordering from here. We ordered a root claw attachment for our Kubota track loader 95 days ago. They told us that none were in stock of the one we wanted and they had to contact land pride (the company that makes the Kubota attachments now) and they had to build one. Which would be finished August 5th. Went ahead and paid in advance. We haven't had any updates since ordering it besides when we contact the rep. And even then he would say he would call back and never would, and then would text instead. And even then he couldn't tell us where my attachment was. So we have $5,100 up in the air and nobody can tell me anything. So I guess I have to get my money back. It's not so much the wait time, as it is the fact that nobody knows anything about my order and no one seems willing to help.

Awesome experience and great service. Dealer helped me work out a warranty issue with Kubota Corp and get my machine fixed. Tanya in service is AWESOME and deserves a raise. I will buy my next Kubota here because of her.

I bought my L4060HST cab tractor here. Josh was great! The service manager Mike is the best and his mechanics are honest and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Agricon as they have the best pricing in the state. However their Service lady who does the service writeup is lacking some of the communication skills vital to someone in customer service. But maybe I found her on a bad day.......
