This shop has to be one of the slowest shops in Florida. We had a drive line replaced at this location. It took over 2 days just to receive estimate and another 2.5 days for the installation. This location was recommend by the tow truck company which was terrible idea. We found all the parts since the shop needed 2 days and couldn't find all the parts. There's another Fleet Pride location, I would recommend instead of this location. The same vehicles was at the shop from Monday till Friday when it was time to leave. The personnel are nice on the phone but the shop is very slow. If you don't mind waiting awhile then this shop will work. This location is not for Owner Operators. No one has 5 days to sit at shop especially not two days. The reason we couldn't go somewhere else because drive line was already removed with 4 hours of shop time which the drive line was sent to another location for reassembly. My driver drove to Georgia for the parts then had to wait another 2.5 days.

Every single thing was fabulous. After countless referrals to them (my truck was at a shop but they couldn't get the right part) I took my drive shaft to Raney and they fixed in two days what I'd been dealing with for 2 weeks. Price was extremely fair, customer service was amazing, craftsmanship incredible. In other words, worth every star, if in doubt just call them.

Over two weeks with no updates on order. Ended up canceling my order and going through Amazon and I received my package from them in days, before anyone at Raneys was even available to speak with

I had my diesel motorhome into their shop for turbo-charger problems and low power. These folks used their Caterpillar diagnostic equipment and found "blown" turbo hose couplers and "trash" or dirt/contamination in my fuel tank feed line. My diesel now runs great and my power is back (if not better). These guys are great and I thought their prices were reasonable. Keep in mind that these folks are busy and work scheduled can be backed up 3-4 days but it is worth the wait. I definitely will be using Raney's in the future.

This day and time i appreciate good customer service so much, because it is so hard to find.My driver caught a large object to the bottom of his radiator not too far from these guys. He was able to limp in and they had him a new radiator ordered and installed by the next day. I appreciate the promptness and the amazing customer service each time i called.Wayne and the guys in service were fantastic, and even Angie who took my payment was SO nice each time i called and she had to transfer me. I always knew that this place is good and professional. But never had to many experience with them until one of my truck start acting with low voltage to the Ecm that make the all 5v sensors go crazy. I had to tell my driver to turn around and come down back to Raneys as I have a good feeling they will be the one who can help us.My thoughts was right and they have got it fix after two days found the wire to the ecm bad and one sensor.I was so pleased happy and so surprise with there honesty service and understanding with this hard time during the COVID19.I am highly recommended this place and there service and the honest price !!!Thank you all who worked on the truck thanks jack and Daniel.I am sure I will send you more of my trucks.And thank you for helping us to get on the road delivering families there household goodSoon in this crazy times.God bless you.

Had an issue with a 3rd party and these folks stepped up and made it right.The hardest thing to find, these days, is integrity in business and Mr. Ramey has certainly demonstrated his and I'll continue to do business with him.

Went to Raney's Truck Center for a repair on one of our trucks. Before my driver when there I called the office to ask when they can check the truck I got a answer that they could probably check it the same day or it will be the next day in the morning. When my driver when there they told him most likely they will check it in the next couple of hours. That didn't happen and it was okay because they told me they will get it first thing in the morning. So i call them 3 time that next morning, the person that pick up all the calls was super rude, he couldn't provide an answer why the truck is not in the shop or to tell me when it can be in the shop. He was just like i don't know maybe today maybe tomorrow like this is some kind of joke. Please coordinate you're repair shop representatives with the mechanics and let them know how to give proper ETA because truck was siting there loaded while they could let us know when they can check it. WASTE OF TIME.

The shop replaced the injectors, the sleeves the caps. They did everything to the top of the motor now a year and a half later or so maybe less I have a blown head gasket about 100,000 miles a that very disappointed this is the first motor that I've ever had any problems with and I've had four trucks. Let me also say that the owner is a good guy the people he had at the time was not the best I think now it may have gotten better Randy did his best to get it right re-edit this give credit to Randy

Friendly people, great service.If you are interested in buying international truck seats (Bostrom wide + serta), make sure to buy the seat plate online in advance, they don't have it in store.If you're lucky, you might find it at international truck dealers. Also, the chairs come without hardware/ seatbelt bolts which are special with sizes 7/16-20 (I got mine on ebay). (No instructions provided).National Seat adapter plate: NSSK1600

Bought a truck visor when we opened it there was a dent in it, didn't even have to take it out the box cause we immediately saw it. We took it back to the store and they would not exchange it because they said we probably did the dent..mind you my husband buys stuff there several times a year. They refused to return it by making an assumption and judgement.. my husband didn't ask for the money back he simply wanted a new one without a dent.. there weren't even prints on the visor and all packaging was still in tact and they assumed he did it... NEVER will we go there again.. that was unprofessional... its not like they don't have insurance on those products anyway. To me they judged him...you can't even get through to the store on the weekends although they are open they don't pick up the phone. They lost a customer and we will make sure to tell all our truck driver friends and put it out there.

Edit:Changed the stars from 2 to 5 as Mr. Raney called us personally upon seeing the review and informed us that he had not been advised of our situation and as the owner wanted to make it right. I believe he will. I decided to delete most of the review instead of leaving it online as it would not allow me to cancel it. Since he, (Mr. Raney), is handling it I felt no need to have the original post remain. We are very grateful to find that there are business owners that truly care about their service to the community and feel strong about establishing and keeping a good name.** Original post ** I own a crane company and have be using Raneys for years to service 2 cranes and have receipts for thousands of dollars. I have never complained about their service until recently. (deleted complaint)

They go the extra mile for their customers. Pricing is reasonable. Good personality, and customer friendly. Always looking out for their customers . Their parts delivery personnel are the best a special shout out to Mr. T. BY far the best attitude i have ever seen in a parts delivery person.

They made me a custom drive shaft very awesome job even put all new ujoints and boots on it for me without telling me over all very satisfied with the work they did for me and wold recommended anyone needing service to go to them

I bought a passenger fender for my Peterbilt. It was brought out to me in a cardboard box. I asked the sales associate if I needed to unwrap the fender and inspect it. I was told by the sale associate that as long as the fender wasn't painted I could return the fender for any reason. I dropped the fender off at the shop I was having paint my truck. Two days later I received a phone call from the body shop telling me the fender was unwrapped and it was damaged. By this time I was on the road and was not home and I also drove a 6 hour round trip to buy the fender. I asked the body shop what it would cost to fix the fender and they told me 200$ so I called customer service and explained the situation . I was told that I needed to inspect it before I left the store and it didn't matter what the sales associate told me because that wasn't the policy. So I asked for a manager and spoke with a lady that was rude and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. She also told me that she Dosent know what the sales associate told me but it didn't matter because policy is what it is. I was only asking for some help to offset the cost to fix the fender I wasn't looking for a free fender. After arguing for 30 min I was offered 5 percent. Which is like 28 dollars. And was told take that or nothing. I have spent alot of money at raneys as I live 3 hours away. This was by far one of the worse experiences I have ever been through where I was treated and spoke to like trash. In the end I wasted time and spent more money in a new fender, then just having the fender I already had on truck fixed.

Pathetic effort put forth to help customers.Brought in an existing driveshaft for a common Toyota Tacoma 2005 model that needed to be replaced. They don't call back until 2 different people call about the status of what is needed to fix the parts. After 6 hours they return the call to tell you we checked with our two suppliers and they won't have those parts until mid February. Then they proceed to te me you can call Toyota directly and they might have the parts, we didn't call Toyota because we didn't want to have to charge you more. Immediately after I spoke to this "professional" I looked online and found 16 different suppliers who had the complete driveshaft available, all in stock and I ordered it immediately. I had everything I needed in two days, not 2 months as rainey truck center claimed.

I needed urgent repairs on my drive shafts two days before Thanksgiving, with plans to meet my husband at Houston for the holiday weekend. I honestly figured that this repair would have me sitting several hundred miles away from my amazing husband until after the holiday weekend, but Raney's got me in within an hour, and had the repairs done before they closed for the day. Everyone was very friendly and courteous, the customer lounge was nice, and they had good coffee in the service check-in area. (Good coffee is always a bonus! ) I would definitely recommend Raney's to anyone who needs truck repair work in the Ocala area!

The details of this story are many and would bore everyone to read, so a quick summary... Every time I've called the service center they are booked for a week or two, so on June 26th I asked for a service appointment on July 21st (almost a month ahead) for my Dorsey trailer. I called them specifically because they are listed as a Dorsey dealer. I explained the issues and that the trailer does not operate the way it's supposed to. They said, yeah no problem, see you on the 21st.I dropped the trailer in their yard the afternoon of the 21st as arranged. Again I went over the issues with the man at the service counter and was again told "no problem we'll have it fixed right up".On the 26th I had not heard from them, so I called. They hadn't even had anyone look at the trailer yet. What was the point of making an appointment a month ahead of time I wonder?Skipping a bunch of details and convos with the service man... I had to get back on the road. I called on the 28th to let them know I'd be there to pick up the trailer the next day, done or not. When I arrived late afternoon on the 29th there were 3 guys busy on my trailer. I talked to them and learned that in addition to the ridiculously late start, pretty much none of the issues I asked to have fixed were fixed.Axle slide function doesn't work right - still doesn'tCorrect front shocks needed install - looks right I hopeAir leaks from push pull valve - new one leaks worse than my old oneABS light stays on - still doesRepair broken welds on rub rails and anywhere else -not even startedTotal bill for fixing VERY little WAY later than was expected and never getting any straight answers on the phone - $2505.26Obviously I won't be returning.
