I trust the people at my local Firestone auto care store more than any other dealership or repair place. Their technicians that I have dealt with, Steve and Joel, are knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. I would like to see this particular facility on 212 South Pine at a larger facility. They are becoming so popular that they need a bigger boat! I understand one is being built. Can t wait to see it. I do not hesitate to recommend them for your auto needs.

Update: guess I should have known, too good to be true. On three separate occasions I asked if tire rotation was included and/or indicated to rotate the tires. Did they? Nope. Boo hiss!!!!! This is exactly the reason I quit going to the national chain with the three little men. Why is it that so difficult? Keep searching America, surely somewhere there's a decent auto shop.Fast and friendly. Honest about my cars condition. No attempts to sell me something I didn't need. It's so difficult to find a repair shop that will be honest about your vehicle needs. Refreshing, I hope it lasts.

Great service and prices! Riley even found a coupon for an extra discount for me.I showed up 30 minutes before they closed and needed 4 trailer tires. They were prompt, professional, and thorough. They started the service right away and never complained about it being quittin' time.Riley even showed me where one of the trailer rims was not the exact fit for the hub. Great service and prices, I would highly recommend.

While traveling through Florida, we began to hear a thumping in our RV, so we pulled into the Firestone in Ocala. Joel was very responsive and got us in to check things out. We found the bearings in the right front needing replacement, and he told us it could be done that day! When they got to it, the bearings were fused to the spindle, and our older unit no longer had the part in production. Joel very graciously allowed us to stay at their facility and told us he'd try and locate the part in the morning with no guarantees of when, where, or if it would even be available at all. This, of course, would be a huge problem as we would not be able to drive the unit at all unless the part could be found. Joel arrived bright and early and found the part in a local salvage yard. When they began the repairs, he found he didn't need the part after all and let us know that saving us several hundred dollars!! An honest, reliable shop with such integrity is a very rare find!! Kudos to Joel and his team for their hospitality and kindness. We will forever sing your praises!

As always, for 8 years now, this firestone location has and continues to be the best there is. Chris and his staff are, very professional, caring, and accommodating. This Firestone location has been there for as long as I can remember, and while it may not be the best polished building, I will take their excellent service over appearances any day. Thank you Chris and staff or taking care of my vehicles over the last 8 or nine years.

Dropped off my vehicle for alignment at 830am. At 6pm I received a call saying my vehicle needed a part and now it was to late to order it. So my vehicle just sat there for the entire day in the parking lot. They over book themselves, then when the unexpected happens they can't take care of it. This isn't the first time we've had a bad experience with them, but it will be the last.

We were able to get in by appointment with the car tire rotation and balance a schedule for the tires to keep the warranty in place .The manager's are really good at scheduling appointment. We purchased the tires from this locating they are great tires .thanks to the staff at this location for the service .

Overall I had a good experience at Firestone service center.I got a wheel alignment I am satisfied with.I thought the cost was extremely high for the 15 minutes it took to complete at a cost of $127.00 again. I am satisfied with the results.The alignment machine is a Hunter Hawkeye and they are very expensive alignment machines very good but very expensive!I am familiar with these machines because I was in the auto repair and resale industry over 30 years but since then I have retired.Over all I recommend this shop because I feel the staff is qualified and professional and that is alway the button line for me when I bring my cars in for any service repairs.

I love the lifetime alignment and I am thrilled it transfers with me when I move to Leesburg Fl. I am a little annoyed that no one can find the slow leak in one of my recently purchased Firestone tires. I have to put air in it about once a week, but they keep telling me there is "nothing wrong with it." Each visit they have argued with me about it, apparently suggesting it is my imagination.

Went here to get a tire repaired that had a screw in it. They were courteous and professional. My tire was repaired properly by breaking it down and patching the inside of the tire (just plugging a tire from the outside causes more problems than you starr with a lot of times). I was in the tire business at Goodyear for 15 years and know a little about it and these guys were on point. If I have any other tire issues this will be my go to until they give me a reason to do otherwise.

In the past three months, my three tires were replaced four times. Each time, they claimed the tire was not repairable. Despite purchasing all four tires brand new with an extended warranty, it seems either the tire quality is subpar or the mechanics avoid repairs. They consistently charge $30 for tire replacements, causing frustration. Other customers have shared similar experiences, suggesting a potential scam where they replace tires instead of repairing them to make a profit by selling the supposedly damaged tires later.

I called and was quoted "around $250 + tax" for a brake job. My girlfriend called back to schedule with them and they quoted her $512 for the same service. How lovely of them to take advantage of her.

If I could give 0 ai would. They are far from honest!!! We took our Jeep in for an alignment and tires rotated and they broke a wheel spacer, then said they couldn't get the part but if we got the part they would put it onWell the reason they couldn't get the part is because you have to buy the entire set that cost us $287 then when we got them they told us that their policy won't allow them to put them on, so we paid another $100 to have someone else put them on. They only want to reimburse us for the 1 wheel spacer. Needless to say we will never bring any of our vehicles to this store again.hathem put on

I went there for help with a slow leaking tire after having been refused service all over town due to my third party tire warranty. The manager Chris worked with me and treated me fairly. I always worry about going into car places alone since sometimes they take advantage of a lady, but they found the issue and repaired it without charging me an arm and a leg. I m so grateful to them and would recommend them to anyone who needs service.Service: Tires

My truck was sent here for repair after a accident. They put a new rim/ lugs/ wheel bearing. When I received my truck back it pulled hard to the right while driving. When I hit the brake it jerks the wheel right. It would squeal coming from the side they worked on. I'm always busy so I didn't have time to work on it myself. I finally got around to looking at what was going on and found missing parts. a dust cover that goes on the back side of the hub assembly they put on. The squeal was from a bent brake pad retainment clip. I'm just buying the parts myself and going to do it right.

Very great experience. Had a special on tires that I was not aware and they were nice enough to let me know about it and it saved me over $200. They now have a customer for life. Thank you Jerry.

Don't waste your time! Made an appointment for 3:30, drove from Summerfield, 25 miles away and was told that they were to busy to mount my tires!
