Update: Sam the store manager helped me this time. He gave me a good deal on fixing the issue the car had, made sure to look at the work done under the hood with me, and explain/point out the work done. He also made sure to check that everything was attached properly. Sam is definitely the reason I'd come back to this one.Dropping off my vehicle for service, I expected for it to be late. However, the reason it was delayed was because they ordered the wrong part for it and I would potentially have to pick it up the next day. Then when I did pick it up right before closing time, the part detached itself while I was on the road because it wasn't secured enough. If I didn't have someone driving in another car to help me reattach it, my car would have been stranded and I would have had to pay for a tow truck to pick it up. I didn't have problems like this before, but this was too serious to ignore.

Very good prices. The guys up front were very nice and professional. It took a lot longer than expected. Still, I'm very happy with the new tires and the cost. I really appreciate the military discount!

What a breath of fresh air to do business with a tire store that I trust. James went out of his way to get me a set of quality tires at a good price. James and GM Sam were professional from the time I walked in the door until I left. A very polite tech double checked my tire pressure before I left. I ll never do business with Tire Kingdom again. Premium customer service. Thank you, gentlemen.

I was very impressed with the staff, including Sam, the manager. They said hi when I first walked in, they gave me updates.The timing they originally told me was accruate, and most importantly they are trustworthy. There were several things I asked them to look at and they checked out fine. I walked out of there not feeling like a I paid for anything I didn't need.This will be my new go to spot.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Integrity. I have been coming to this location for over a decade with three different vehicles. I am not an expert with vehicles but I recognize people of character and integrity. Sam has advised me over 10 years. My recent visit, James went above and beyond in customer service. These men have integrity and will provide 5-star customer support.

My car was making awful noises. I was rolling west on 200 looking for a good shop. My brakes went out and i avoided cars and got to a parking lot. I called Firestone they answered courtesly and helped me arrange a tow to them. It was around close, they took my info and suggested a taxi home. They had my brakes rotors, calipers and other things repaired by 11am the next morning. My car runs great now, sounds great too. I showed the invoice to my uncle who is a mechanic. He said I was treated fairly and good work was done. I plan on going back for maintenance in the future.Service: Brakes

Horrible customer service. There is a way to communicate with customers and this place needs to figure that out. Needed a basic service and the rep was quick to turn me down and wasn t pleasant about it. Like it was a pleasure to turn me away. Never going there again. I always use Tire Plus and they are so nice and try to help any way they can. Train your reps to treat customers better!

I made an appointment online, yesterday, for a flat repair at 4:00 p.m. today. I arrived at 3:45 p.m. and was greeted with, "What can we help you with today?"I explained that I had a 4:00 appointment for a flat repair and was told, "We close at 4:00. We can't do it." I explained that I had received an email confirmation stating that if the appointment couldn't be accommodated I would be notified. The employee said, "I told you."To which I replied, "No one contacted me."He stated, "You called me. You said you had a 4:00 appointment and I told you we couldn't do it because we close at 4:00."I replied, "That wasn't me."He stated, "Well someone called."I reiterated, "It wasn't me.""Yes it was.""What is my name?"He then went on the computer to look up my name. Proof that I had an appointment and that he didn't even know my name to say that I had spoken to him.I explained that I had to drive to another town for work the next day and wouldn't be able to do that on the donut/spare. I said I was early and asked if they could just do it then. He said it would take 45 minutes so no.I am a rational person. I would not have driven on the donut to Firestone for an appointment had someone actually told me they were unable to accommodate it. Up to this point, Firestone has been my go-to for just about every service for my vehicles. I will not be going there again!

I needed to have an oil change done, and was able to get an appointment immediately. They have very reasonable prices. They told me I had a build up of battery acid and offered to clean it for a reasonable cost, and I got this done.Initially I was 15 minutes late for my appointment because I went to the wrong Firestone. They still took my car in though I was late and spent a good amount of time with cleaning up the battery acid which had quite a build up.I definitely recommend this place for prompt customer care.

Amazing service! We got a flat on on our way to the airport and the gentlemen here stopped what they were doing to get us a new tire so that we could make it to the airport in time!!! Thank you so much!! Come here for great hospitality, quick service, and kind people!

Don't even bother with this location. Made an appointment for today 4/23/22 8:30am DAYS prior, drove an hour to said appointment, arrived earlyand got turned away with an attitude by a completely unprofessional, unfriendly, uneducated employee being told "we dont have time for you"Afterwards drove 10 mins down to Meineke car care center @ 6187 SW State Rd 200, Ocala, FL 34476 without an appointment and immediately an employee came out and assessed, resolved, and repaired the issue within 15 minutes.

Both managers very helpful and gave me cost of repair needed to correct an oil leak in my engine when getting an oil change..Other stores have wanted to charge a large amount just to determine the problem. I am on a fixed income so the tech was able to explain and was honest!! Thank you, you guys are great even when super busy!!

Sam as well as everyone I have encountered at this Firestone have been amazing and so helpful! The service is always fast and they are great at keeping you updated on the status of your vehicle. One time I was even stranded down the street with a dead car and Sam came and helped me push it to Firestone! Above and beyond!

Sam White and the team at Firestone have done a fabulous job with my tires for almost 10 years. In that entire time I have only had to replace them twice and they have been aligned, rotated and air checked by Firestone regularly all at no cost and all with pleasant service. I recommend them to anyone!

Made an appointment on the SW College Rd Ocala Firestone store's website for 6/7/21 at 1:00 for 4 tires and an alignment. The website indicated that the tire I was looking for was normally available the same day and I received confirmation of my reservation sent to my email (RESERVATION #: 126717479).When I showed up at the store, I was told that there was no appointment made in my name and that the tires I wanted had to be ordered. I'm not sure what failed here, but this certainly proved to be inconvenient for me, with no apology offered by the Firestone representative.If this shop is going to offer the option of making online appointments, I think they have a little work to do to make sure the system works.I picked the store based on the good reviews provided, but don't plan on returning because of what I experienced.As I was completing this review, I received an email from Firestone advising me that my appointment had to be rescheduled. Looks like somebody dropped the ball.

I was shocked by why I witnessed!I took my vehicle in for maintenance and was waiting with an elderly woman that was there to get new tires.Sam the manager came out front and told the woman that her current tires were still in great shape! He told her that he did NOT want to take her money and that he would check and rotate them for free! The woman looked like she was about cry because she was overcome by Sams honesty.His honesty made me a loyal customer for life and I highly recommend them for any vehicle needs!

Came here for a simple tire change had an appointment at 3:00 it is now 5:30 still here with three tires off of the vehicle. Not entirely sure who our mechanic is but it's absolutely as slow as could be.. I know mechanic work takes time but there's no reason it should take 2 hours and change for a simple tire swap will not be coming here again will definitely go to tire Kingdom next door from now on....took a shot...and it was a miss. If you are in any kind of Time Rush I do not recommend this place.

This location on 200 is super slow! There wasn't anyone there, no cars and they wanted me to wait an hour? Then I make an appointment, they take me 30 minutes late, and REALLY take their time. All for a simple alignment.

Fantastic service provided by the store manager Sam. I got new tires at Firestone in Colorado. When they were installing them, they broke off 3 of my tire pressure sensors. They changed them out but the warning light came on 20 minutes down the road. When I got home to Ocala I needed an oil change and went to this store. I spoke with Sam and he said they would change out all 4 sensors to make things work right. He did this at no charge and all is now good. Thanks!

First time at this Firestone! Ordered my trailer tire on the phone call, dropped off the next morning, and was done right around the time promised!
