NEVER AGAIN. Was going to them faithfully, but attitudes are ridiculous. The tire I replaced Got blown up in the highway. Good thing I wasn t with my children. The receipt says Pastor side, and they change the driver side. straight argumentative Saying he bet it s the other side. He thinks call me honey with a smooth anything up No, everybody s looking for Free ride! that s why so my friends don t even go to them.They do quick work, but Rude!

This business has been taking care of me and my Dad for many years. From them patching many tires to selling us sets of tires. They have some of the best deals in town for your tire needs. I highly recommend them to all my friends and coworkers.

I had a problem with my tire. The employees were so helpful. I went somewhere else and they were going to charge me twice the amount of money. Customer service was excellent and so polite. The two staff members in the office were really knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Wow, I've rolled into there many times and have always been taken care of but 2/15/23 was the best. I needed 4 tires to safely get to work the next morning (an hour away) and I didn't have much money. I was stressed to say the least. They gave me an amazing deal so I could get to work. They also made me feel appreciated. WOW! This place will forever get my business. Good natured and great hearted! Happy Valentines Day Family Tire Depot! Thank you!

Got a matched pair of used tires that look BRAND NEW, and the price was ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE. This is my third time using them, previously for brake jobs, always satisfied with their quick and thorough service and more than fair pricing. But now they got a for sure lifelong customer, these guys are the greatest.

I been there today and have a good prices and the owner super nice and the guys but one of the tire technician got bat actitud the shop has the politics of they are not responsible if the wheels get damage but if the damage are getting in there they need to be responsible for it because that guy I talk is a white boy whit hat and tattoos he don t care about your wheels he throw it up to the tire machine very hard and rough and look at you like he can do whatever he wants to do there and that s not the actitud and I go inside the shop I know I can t go in there because the politics of accident but I m just want help him open space asking for my rims and he comes with actitud because I m washing him and he start walking slow and go everywhere taking my time I arrived at 1:22 pm the owner told me they are rushing because he have only two technician I agree with but the actitud of that guy does not help the shop and I know he don t balance my tires in good way he start my tires at 1:52pm and I get out at 3:22 the thing is im was tire technician before and I never saw something like that (very bat actitud like im tough what what) I know they are rushing because today only two technician but that s not a reason to get actitud.I don t play with anybody been but this guy go to get Dow this businesses.

Edited to add, after a reply from the buisness: you can pretend to prioritize customer saftey by testing the tire, but you let us drive out of your lot on an untested tire in 2020 and when we called back and asked, we spoke with the man who put the tire on, and he admitted to us it had not been tested whatsoever.I didn't leave a bad review at the time as it was only one negative experience, and the man was very apologetic when we called. Because we are now at 2 of 2 on bad experiences, I left a full and detailed review of what happened this time.You can claim she responded kindly all you like, but there was absolutely no kindness from the woman at the front desk. She was condecending, rude, and short. When I asked if she was the woman I spoke to on the phone (as the only woman working there that day) she replied "its a possibility, why". Not even a "what's wrong". I was NOT offered a new tire "at a good price". She said "well we can sell you a new one" and when I said "I can't afford a new one" she shrugged and put her hands in the air, like this: . If I could afford a new tire I obviously wouldn't be buying a used one.Original Review:This is the tire I drove out of their parking lot with today.We didn't notice it was bad until last night so we started calling places first thing this morning. I called ahead before I left the house to make sure they had a tire in the right size. I drove over 20 miles from home to get there, they take my tire off, we wait a while, they come ask the tire size again, we wait some more, and they come tell me the tire has a hole in the sidewall and offer to sell me a new tire at no discount. I go inside and speak with the woman we spoke with on the phone, who was extremely condescending. I told her we were going to have to further risk our saftey to go to another tire shop and she said she didn't care, and then bragged that they cared a lot about our saftey because "we bothered to check the tire for holes instead of just putting it on"... that language indicates to me that it isn't standard practice for them to check their tires.We also got a used tire from here in 2020 that went flat in less that 24 hours and was found to have multiple holes in it by another tire shop. We haven't been back since but decided to give them another chance.

I was originally going to give them five stars. They were friendly and professional. I bought a very nice used tire from them at a reasonable price, and had them put it on a rim which I brought in. As I was putting it on, two of the three balance weights fell off without any effort. It took me over two weeks to be able to make the 1.5 hour round trip to get the tire, so i can't simply take it back for proper balancing. After days of bouncing and vibrating down the road, I finally took it to another tire store, with the detached weights. They were surprised that they used that many weights, and they balanced it properly with just one. I had to spend extra money and wait an hour for them to complete the job. To Family Tire: my name is Mark Turner. Please train the employee to properly balance a tire, or teach them to do a quality check before they send it out the door.

Great place for fast and efficient service and great prices! Family owned business not trying to gouge your pockets like most places. I stopped by without an appointment needing a tire for my car. Normally being a hard to find tire they had one in stock and replaced it right away. Definitely will return in the future!

I found this shop on Google because I was in the market for a used tire. And lucky for me it's down the street from my job. I went in on a Saturday so I decided to call in that morning, they are very busy so it might take a few times for them to pick up an answer. The gentleman who answered the phone told me I could drop by and get the tire changed without an appointment, it wouldn't take long, 10-15 minutes. So I took my 30 minute lunch break went up the street, I let them know that I didn't have long and I'd be willing to come back and pick it up but it was insisted that I wait and I'm glad I did because who wants to pay for a Lyft if you have a vehicle. Even waiting for people to decide what kind of tires they wanted and to pay for services rendered I still managed to make it back in time from my 30 minute lunch break. These guys are pretty amazing and very friendly even though it looks like they are consistently busy.TLDR: They made sure to torque down the lugs to spec on my tire and they did a great job making sure to accommodate me. Everyone here was very friendly and the service was quick.

Experience, good service, kindness, respect and confidence in their ability and knowledge to make me feel safe on the road, without pressure to buy, easy access and selection of the best decision in tires for my car at an excellent price. Good morning! I just left this place and they was quick and fast with my brakes very friendly and family oriented I always would pass by until I read their reviews everyone I read there was no complaints would I visit them again yes I will going back next for tires and great customer service skills at the front desk thank you for my first visit it was a great experience

Pulled in, saw 3 cars ahead of me and figured I'd be there awhile. Went inside, told the gentleman what I needed and he walked right out, grabbed my flat tire and had me back on the road in about 20 minutes! Very fair pricing and nice people working there. Will definitely be back if I need another replacement.

I have only been there a few times but every time I've been nothing but helpful. Great prices and very fast service. I would recommend anybody to go there they totally take care Of you, they are great people.

John, the manager (or owner - not exactly sure which) is one hell of a nice guy. I went there a couple of Saturday's ago and he really did me right on a set of tires for my truck. He told me he had a certain size tire, he told me a price out the door and when I got there it was exactly what he said it was all the way around. I had a problem with a valve stem two days later, he took care of it for me at no charge and I sure didn't expect that because it was in no way their fault.Excellent place, staff is really awesome - I recommend this place hands down if you want competent people that actually seem happy to get your business and money.

Came here for a flat tire exchange (put it on ourselves). Everyone was polite and quick. We were in and out within 10 minutes and the price was $30 less than the last place we tried.

Awesome place to get a good tire on the go. Our family was headed out of town and got a bad wobble so we stopped at tires plus and were told the wait would be 3 to 4 hours so we found this place and John had us in and out in under 30 minutes. Excellent service, affordable prices!

Never again! Got four used tires on my pickup Friday afternoon. Two of them blew out within 24 hours!!! Tore up my finders and step rails on the truck!!! Another tire started leaking Sunday because the valve stem was pinched on install!! Took the tire hubcap off to have the valve replaced and two lug nuts fell off in my hands. Went back on Monday to fix the situation and they offered me a full refund. The owner showed up and said he was charging me $50 for labor. I was so furious that I just wanted to get out of there before I did something stupid!! What about the damage on my truck? I have bought used tires hundreds of times. I have never had one, let alone two, blow in less than 50 miles of driving!!

Went for my first time and was very pleased. Great prices great people. They are all very friendly my tire was done and replaced within 15 minutes I will definitely be going back and I would definitely suggest for people to go here as well.

There was a problem when I came for service. I called ALAN and he jumped right in to help recorrect the issue. He provided amazing customer service. He cared and listened. I would definitely come back to this shop! They provide good service and customer service. ALAN is awesome!!

Honestly, the BEST POLICY, efficient., super nice staff!! VERY happy with service, and took time to answer questions, regarding rotation or alignment that was recommended by some crooks in Tampa, NOT needed!! They are a busy shop but certainly understand the short wait!! All customers seemed grateful for the same reasons I mentioned..You guys are awesome!! Thanks and know you are appreciated!!!

They forgot to tighten a lug on the front right tire so we had to stop and jack it up took about 45 minutes out of our day. However when we finally got a hold of Family Tire, the owner came with his employee along with a torque wrench in order to ensure that everything was secure. The owner apologize and above all I thankful surprised that they showed up to ensure everything was good to go!

This place is a good tire place. And they takecare of you fast. Since moving here a year ago this is the best tire place I've been to.
