Very detailed shop. I brought my 1998 Corvette in for a simple oil change. They changed the oil, checked the tire pressure and changed the filter. Was very attentive and really showed extra love in car. Very friendly service and took the car in right away with more than fair prices. Highly recommend. It s hard to find an honest shop. I had an emergency on a 98 degree day and Expert Touch was nice enough to squeeze me in and repair the damage where an animal got caught in a fan blade. They replaced the part and got me back on the road home safely for a reasonable cost in a very short period of time and let me and my dog wait in the a/c Forever grateful! Great place and will get all my future repair business!Service: Engine repair

The importance of using a quality mechanic. Nobody wants to pay dealership prices to get your car fixed. However, we desire dealership quality work. If you live in Ocala and you are looking for dealership quality work at an affordable price. Expert touch is the way to go!I recently moved out a state to the pothole capital of the world. The potholes and my subpar driving has not been a good combination for my Cadillac. I hit a speed bump going 55 followed by the grandaddy of all potholes and knocked out my compressor. By the time I made it home my car was dragging the ground. I remembered my bad driving led me down this road almost 2 years ago and I brought my car to Mr. Lennox at Expert touch and he patched her back together.I waited until Monday to call Mr. Lennox and he was kind enough to look up my service ticket and fax it a dealership in Houston. As a result, not only was the part under warranty, but the dealership covered the labor as well. Its rare to find a mechanic that give you the reassurance of knowing they are using quality parts and still gives great service even though your almost 1000 miles away.Service: Steering & suspension repair

My name is Josie i purchases. Hey car in the month of Of May last year I never purchased a car in line I asked all the proper questions when I went to car experts I saw a car on car guru that was a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage with all the features including Bluetooth when I purchased the car I realize there was no Bluetooth and I still decide to grab the car when I get off the light the engine light turns on or it was on I have called them they said they won t handle it they never told me that the motor was changed The way I found out the morning was changed when I took it to the Mitsubishi dealer when taking the car I didn t even get a proper car wash they only gave me one key a manual key customers were getting keys with controls I went there like four times to get the car worked on and they still kept him lying to me at the time of purchase I explain to them that I m a home health aide and that I really need a reliable car plus somehowThey screwed me when you go there then we see you were such a pretty smile as I looked at many of the reviews and from what I saw I was one that was lied to At this moment I am looking for legal services and resources for this not to happen to no one again I am very upset I trusted these guys and they burn to me when I call now they got me on block I spoke to a gentleman there they said they change the motor and he said he never did the job plus I didn t get a Carfox Next time I buy carIt will not be online before you decide to buy a car from them Think about it They knew they sold me a lemon and because I was a woman takes a grade a advantage

This place doesnt even deserve a 1 star its a rip off mechanic shop underpays and does not work on the vehicles the right way they rig stuff and put used parts and junk parts on your vehicle dont work nor go there for all those dealing with the owner i wish you the best of luck
