We visited Executive Automotive in February 2024. It was our first and as of this time, our only experience with them. Executive is different than a lot of shops in that they perform auto body, as well as your typical mechanical work. We used them for routine maintenance to replace normal wear items. So I am not commenting on anything pertaining to auto body or such, since we did not visit for that. This review is limited to our experience with mechanical work.I will start off and say that I went back and forth over four or five stars. I normally only give five stars for outstanding service and such, above and beyond the good and normal. Executive wasn't perfect, but really good. So I really would give them 4.5 stars. But even the things I felt kept them off 5 stars were nothing major.Our first impression pulling in is a property and main building that was nice, but really didn't match the name Executive. The name makes me think too fancy. Thankfully, Executive wasn't real fancy. But it was decent.Although they really need to replace the nice American flag they fly out front. It breaks my heart to see the flag flying in less than perfect condition. The building seemed nice enough inside. Although the way it was set up leads me to believe that renovations may be going on.The folks we interacted with were very nice and friendly. That was probably the best part of our visit. They have a decent waiting area for folks like us, who choose to wait for minor repairs. There is a television and comfortable furniture. There is a table also if you so choose. Plus there is coffee provided. There is also two vending machines. One being unplugged and not in service during our visit. The working machine was a soda machine or such. We didn't buy anything from it, so I'm not sure what the offerings are. Of course there are restrooms.Now for the important part, the actual work. This type of work can be reasonable to down right expensive, depending on the place and folks different opinions. Executive is no different. Their prices could be considered reasonable or high, depending on your knowledge, experience and of course, one's opinion. What I will say is that the work was performed in a fairly reasonable amount of time. The staff had good communication and of course were very friendly the whole time. And at this point, I have not detected anything out of the ordinary to question the work.As such, at this point, I found Executive to be a good experience. Although I didn't find everything perfect and held back the five stars just a bit. I found them to be a place that I would recommend and would return to myself, should the need arise. They were nice folks, who made our visit as comfortable as they could, while we were there.

I have never gone to a repair facility with a high (4.8) rating .I was skeptical. Should be a solid 5 stars .They charged me less than the quote , but I actually watched the repairs being done. Their shop is immaculate, rarely seen today ! There are video camerasoperating thru out high lighting there operation , nothing to hide ! They are not only a automotive repair facility, but a complete restoration facility of any make, model or year. When in florida this is the only shop I'll use. Only wish they were in Michigan

It was the first time I visited Executive Automotive Service and was very impressed with the operation. It was very clean and service was outstanding. Video of shop area allows customers to monitor the work being done on there vehicles in real time. Very satifised with the work that was performed and the integrety of the Staff. Will not heistate to return to them for all my vehicle maintance and mechinal needs.

Had work done by Executive Auto today, and I am very pleased with their exceptional abilities. I was happy with Andrea, Anna, and Ben for all their efforts. I will be going back to them with all my automotive needs and my families and my girlfriends.

Professional and friendly service, very knowledgeable about my particular vehicle and one of the only folks I trust, in this part of the state. Prices seem fair and well worth it. Been a happy customer, for years.

Nice well kept shop. I had my headlights restored and these guys did a great job. Even took care of my foglights that originally look unrepairable!

If I could leave these guys a zero rating, I would do so. Truly the worst customer service experience I've ever had,about anywhere. Repairs took over a month, with practically zero communication from these guys about progress. Main fella is downright rude and really couldn't be less helpful. Don't take your vehicle here.

I am so happy that I that I took my car to Executive Automotive Services. I had the rear struts put on my car a wheel alignment and an oil change my car is a 2006 Hyundai Tucson and I am riding like I am in a 2022 car. Smooth sailing. They also extended transportation for me to get back home until my car was ready. If your car needs repair this is the place to take it. I have been looking for someone who I could trust my car too and I am happy to have found them. It was by word-of-mouth that I found them and I was not disappointed thank you for taking care of my car.On 5/17/2023 I took my car in to be checked for my holiday highway traveling trip. This company will be my forever car's home. Avis Ward.

I am new to Ocala, and needed a new headlight. I stopped in at an auto repair to be told to come back in 2 1/2 hours (time I had to kill waiting) only to be told when I returned that the repair would be $700 or so, because the bumper had to be removed to access the bulb. He looked it up as I stood there on the computer (which he could have done 2 1/2 hours earlier). I then went to Exec Auto and the gentlemen tried to access the bulb, but couldn't quite reach it, so I made an appt and his price was far more reasonable. When I brought it in, they were able to access without removing the bumper, and they lowered the price to repair. This is an honest shop that will have my future business!

Everyone is so nice and helpful. I had my breaks changed and then they began making a grinding sound. I took it back in and they thought they had it fixed but it began again. I took it back in and they made sure it was fixed and did not charge me . They are reasonably priced and they stand behind their work. The ladies that work there are super sweet too. You can tell by watching them with other customers that there is a lot of repeat customers and they get to know them personally. Will definitely keep going.Service: Brakes

I was helping a friend who was using EA. From what I saw. They do excellent work, especially restoring older, cars and trucks. Great paint work, and thier are some for sale, it's not a big place to go shopping for cars. It's more of an body shop.. that specializes in restoration of older cars. But they do new cars. I'm sure.

Terrible shop do not get your car painted here. They try to write off bad reviews as their competitors to try and save face. Was charged 3k over quoted price for paint and it took the better part of a year. Car came back with loads of scratches and swirls in the fresh paint which caused us to send the car back in to fix that. The car was returned to us with the scratches and swirls still in the paint. After I wrote a review the guy who runs the place told me to bring my car in, but why would I bring the car in again when he was given every chance to fix his subpar overpriced work. Would not recommend have any work done by these hacks. Went with this shop because he quoted lower than his competitors but charged me more.

My daughter used them years ago and we were impressed. Could watch from camera your car. My husband needed his sensor checked so took it here. Brake light came on and traction control. They put tester on it and all it needed was brake fluid. No charge. Wonderful people. Will use again.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I am a self-proclaimed albeit amateur "gear-head", who recently traded in an under-warranty 2016 muscle car for a 1969 Chevy Nova SS. OK, I'm a geezer, so I wanted to have a reputable auto repair facility to do work on my "new" 50 year-old car. I read the reviews. Enter Executive Auto. Customer-centric from my walk in the door, my repair request was handled quickly and pleasantly. I understood ahead of time that I would need to leave the car. After assessing the issues, Rich, in appropriate detail let me know what should be done to correct my concerns. No pressure, just a guy who loves cars giving me the facts. End result: Rich and his qualified technicians mitigated my troubles with high-quality workmanship. I wanted a lasting relationship with a great repair facility. After a 10 minute, post-repair test drive with Rich, I realized I got it. I have found Executive Auto to be fair, honest and reliable. In the past they have gone out of their way to check tire pressure and such as it happened.The office is clean and there is a large close circuit TV where one can watch all the bays and work being done. I called to make and appointment to get and oil change, they said 4 pm I was really worried my car would not be done by 5 pm when I get out of work. By 4:40 pm I received a call that my car was done. The process was quick and efficient. All of the employees from the front desk to the mechanic that worked on my car was very friendly and helpful. I will be returning for my next oil change or for any other mechanical needs that arise.

I had a warranty repair from another repair shop that apparently did not fix the issue. I went to executive auto to do the warranty repair from the other shop. Richard took in my daughters car as one of his own and made it look brand new!.Got the dent out within minutes of being at the shop and then had the car finished within 3 days! The team here is absolutely amazing! I ve brought all of my cars here throughout the years and I ve never had a bad experience. From oil changes to body repairs, the work is never short of exceptional. Rich works diligently and is hands on with all of his repairs, and his prices are always fair!

From Andrea in sales, to Orlando in service, to Rich the owner, this place is very much worthy of 5 stars. I own a service contracting business that utilizes 5 to 6 vehicles yearly. I was in need of another van and found a very nice used van at executive. Minor issues got taken care of by service. Rich even phoned in to say he'd spotted another van for me at auction. Now THAT'S looking out! This place predominantly deals with the classics but their service bays do stay full with general service. I am to be a definite long term customer.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Very satisfied with the outcome of the repair that was done to my car, thanks to them my car looks brand new! I am glad my boss recommended me going to them. Andrea and all the staff provided me with great customer service from the beginning that I went in the shop and therefore I would definitely recommend going to them, you won t be disappointed! Andrea got me an oil change appointment the same exact day I inquired about it. I just had my 2nd one with them today. The first one they had me in and out super quick! Today however I had a oil light on and Rich pulled me back to show me exactly what was going on and explain to me what needed to be done. Then another person (can t remember his name) went over pricing with me and I accepted. I ve never felt comfortable at a mechanic shop before but today I did, and did not feel one bit of taken advantage of like I felt in the past. I highly recommend this shop and I for one will be going here for oil changes and maintaince as long as I live in Ocala :) oh also the prices were very reasonable!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
