I called to see if they could help me with an issue with my 2021 Model S Plaid. I was willing to pay them for the help, though they did not see payment as necessary and helped me with everything I needed for free. Incredible shop with incredible staff, HIGHLY recommended.

Would be very helpful if you guys had a shop here in houston Texas, it s so needed for you guys to be here, I especially and I m sure need of you guys and yall are 800 miles away, while my model S is not even allowing itself to supercharge at slow charge speeds, or do that for over 28 miles of total usable range. I don t know what to do here and I don t have money for tesla to diagnose and fix the car I m sure.Also put 5 stars because I love Rich, he is an outstanding guy from what I can tell, a little too big headed and egotistical, but he knows what he is doing with his cars, and has an amazing team that helps him do it too.

Fantastic experience!Service delivered on time with expertise. Very pleasant staff.It was such a pleasure to talk to someone on the phone rather than chat online with someone not directly involved with the repair on my car.I plan on returning to Electrified Garage in the future if needed.

If you found this place to fix your Tesla then you found the BEST place. I won t bore you with the details of how I ended up needing a new battery but let s just say that Tesla quoted me over $20K to get my car up and running again but Electrified Garage was able to not only fix my car for a fraction of the cost, but it seems to be running better than it did when it was still working. I wanted to wait a few weeks to make sure there wasn t any issues before writing this review and I m happy to report that everything is still working great. Guy was a pleasure to work with and helped me every step of the way. They even had the car charged up for me before my long trip back to Texas. Yes even with shipping my car to FL and driving it back to Texas, it was still well worth it and if ever I have any issues with my Tesla again, I only trust them with it. I ve already told all my Tesla owner friends and now it s your turn. Great choice my friend.Thank you EG for everything!!!

If you re a person of color I highly suggest DO NOT go here. Upon arrival the manager profiled my Tesla and didn t believe it was mine. His assumption ran wild asking me if this was a salvage title etc. I was given last min requirements after lack of communication and shipping my car to them. Bryan (the manager) sent me a text at 10pm the day before car is scheduled to arrive regarding min charge on the vehicle should be at 25% and keys need to be with car(the app can simply start the car without a key) you would think with them being Tesla experts that would be the least of the problem (most Tesla that are damaged . The batteries dies especially, if not drivable. It just needs a simple charge) after shipping my car just for them to realize it s not drivable (I made sure to be clear it wasn t drivable and included Tesla invoice that they quoted me on the phone before shipping my car) just for them to say the driver unit is not rebuildable . It needs to be replaced . they could have said this to me through the phone (lack of communication) . Now they don t even want to replace the drivers unit with no explanation.

Seriously outstanding service! I brought my Tesla in for some work and it was performed timely and professionally. The price was very reasonable considering the labor involved. I was very impressed with process from start to finish. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. Absolutely phenomenal electric vehicle repair shop. This group of technicians have poured their blood, sweat and tears into building the best option for Tesla service, and it is the aftermarket! They are the dealer alternative, they go above and beyond what the dealer is capable of offering. A great place for electric auto owners to get customizations and routine work done on their favorite vehicles. You can learn a lot through a visit here. Just finished a tire rotation/ alignment and full inspection, everyone was friendly, professional and accommodating while we got this done. We highly recommend Electrified Garage for routine and special services, they will also recommend and install mods that you may want.

I had a unique situation with E garage. I brought my Signature S into their shop to get the battery rebuilt and other things updated. Although the job hit a lot of Snares and problems, they always kept me up to date and would respond in a reasonable timeframe. Customer service is a 10/10. Actual work is a 10/10. Pricing was a 10/10. The environment was a 10/10. When I came to pick it up, the car was cleaner than I left it too. I d recommend this shop to anyone and everyone who needs help for their electric vehicle.Services: Electrical repair, Auto battery maintenance

Amazing service and customer care. I am travelling in Florida from Western Canada and needed control arms replaced. After having the problem incorrectly diagnosed by 3 other shops, Electrified Garage Ocala was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get the necessary parts ordered and repaired within a few days. They were a life saver for me. Thank you John and the entire staff at this location for looking after me. Work was done ahead of schedule and for the price quoted. As a health professional for more than 17 years. I now what is a excellent service of people. I have never had to resort to giving bad reviews of a service. But this time it is necessary. This place fooled me. They repaired my tire twice and the last time they damaged my wheel. They decided to replace my wheel and when I arrived for the change they deceived me and did not want to change the wheel. They made me travel for 46 minutes and tricked me after having emails where they were going to change my wheel. This place unfortunately does not have any professional treatment and above all they like to deceive customers. It was a total hoax. You were the only ones and the last ones who worked with my wheel. After they promised to change the wheel when I got to the workshop, they refused. They made me waste my time, which is very valuable. Because I work with many diagnostic tests and I don't have much time. In addition, all that history that you indicate had already been discussed by phone and by email. Super cheating and disrespect to my person. The problem hear is that we talk and you make a compromise a you do something different when I just arrived to the work shop. People don t trust this place.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Let Me start by saying if there is 10 stars I would have done it. 5 Stars are not enough. What a team all ready to extend a hand and provide support unlike Tesla company itself . Tesla is the opposite they need to steel your Money all what they care is taking your money.Great people they I am 3000 miles away from there shop they provided support like beyond knowing that they are not even going to be compensated for their services from Top Management to all all staffCan t describe enough.5 stars plusThank you guys

I used the Electrified Garage this week for my wife's Tesla. Everybody I spoke to there was friendly and professional. They gave me advice and offered me affordable options, and never once tried to up-sell me. The work they did for me was professionally performed and completed when promised. John helped me through a tough spot after my HV battery failed due to road salt intrusion during a vacation to Florida from Green Bay. EG was able to source a used HV 85kWh battery in excellent condition and also quickly acquired a used DC/DC converter when the replacement battery would not SC. They had a fresh 12V on hand as well and the techs completed the repairs with efficiency and proficiency. John also worked directly with my insurance provider to make sure accurate info was provided. The whole team communicates well and they astounded this customer. Labor rates are fair and the work was well done. My second time visiting EG today and, as with the first trip, they did a great job and saved me about $1k versus taking my Model S to Tesla. Chris and Team are always professional, friendly, and helpful. I'm looking forward to swapping out my wheels with them soon! Thanks Electrified Garage, the instrument cluster looks great!
