Anthony was amazing! My husband and I came in looking for a small car for me to use for work. Unfortunately the two we saw online had sold but Anthony was great at showing us other options and getting us set in a newer car than expected! Definitely recommend!

The whole process from start to finish was smooth and flawless! Everything I expected on the app is what I saw in person. There were things such as tag transfer and registration that I did not expect that was a HUGE help. Staff was very friendly and they have great wait music! I would definitely recommend anyone who is in need of a car to use Drivetime.

They say they will help and don t . Stop telling people you will help with any kind of credit and still ask for a co-signer. Then if you just starting a job they will not help. They act like they selling you a brand new car to ask for a big down payment. Then Anthony Marino was so loud with your personal business on my income information like he was speaking to everybody in the damn building. It was embarrassing and unprofessional.

I couldn't be happier with my experience! I got way more for my trade in than anticipated, got the exact car at the exact price I wanted with no money out of pocket and was in ad out in an hour and a half. Sidenote, Pedro is awesome.

The experience was great! I drove off the lot in the perfect car. I wasn't stuck there all day like being in other dealerships. I was able to pick the car I wanted, and was able to test drive multiple vehicles without the force to pick the first vehicle. Highly recommend!!!

Rachel was great very professional and patient with me and my undecided wife. She went above and beyond even in the rain to get the job done and make sure my wife left happy. Without her calming her down I'm not sure if it would have gotten done. Thank you Rachel

The lighting in this place is amazing. The way the light shimmered through Pedro s gorgeous hair made the experience all worth while. I was able to get an affordable vehicle at a great rate with no down payment. Highly recommend!By the way Pedro is NOT holding me hostage while I write this review.

Our experience with this location was amazing before we even got there. We spoke to Anthony and Rachel before we arrived and they were so helpful in making sure we were good to go since our drive was so long. When we arrived we were so kindly greeted by Rachel who was amazing during the whole process of taking care of us. She was kind and patient, and was incredibly professional and sociable. We unfortunately had a bad experience at the Longwood location and decided to go to a different location. Due to the service at the Ocala Drivetime, our almost 2 hour drive was so worth it. We will continue to make sure that this location will be who takes care of us. Customer service and experience was a 12/10!!
