With such short notice I was hoping to surprise my wife with tints.I ran to Google and stumbled across Custom Tint with great reviews .I called in and was able to book for 11am the same day .Fantastic customer service from the mother & son duo five stars !!Btw my wife love it !!

We had our 2010 Honda Civic tinted here. They did an excellent job. No bubbles and no issues. Quick service, friendly staff. Answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend this car tinting company.

I had the windows tinted on my Sonata, the bubbled tint on a window of my F350 removed and replaced (originally installed by a different shop) and strips put across the tops of the windshields of each vehicle.EXCELLENT customer service from the very nice woman at the desk as well as the tech. They took the time to explain the different grades of tint and the benefits of each as well as explaining what would be considered legal .The jobs were both done faster than expected and the work looks fantastic. The work bay is super clean and the parking lot is easily accessible with plenty of parking - even for my long bed, crew cab dually.I almost wish I had another vehicle to do, they were that good - and the price was VERY fair for the quality work.

Custom Tint has done about 10 of my vehicles over the years. They are my go to shop for window tinting. They do a fantastic job, I've always been satisfied. I would highly recommend this place (and do recommend everyone i know to come here)

Just had my Toyota Camry done and am verypleased with the results. Owner was veryprofessional and explained the process to us.Stayed and had our Chevy truck done also.Another great job.

Great people who tinted my car at a great price. Highly recommend them. The product was great and it comes with a warranty, so there's no need to worry. Have had several friends go to them after seeing my vehicle.

Great people and great job. It seems the person causing much of the negative is no longer there (thankfully). Very happy to know this.Elaine (I believe that's her name-I'm horrible with names) Very welcoming from the get go. (Even with my Groupon). I made sure to buy the proper one for my car plus I was early for my appointment. Their time is just as valuable as mine.Anyway, John got right to it! Even let me watch him work. He was informative and answered any question I had regarding different film types and never once made me feel like I was bugging him. I always appreciate learning new things and understanding other things more.So, kudos on the excellent work and I will be sending people your way!To anyone else, don't hesitate to take your car there. Absolutely excellent job.I can't speak for buildings (yet) as I haven't had them do my home (again, yet) lol But I'll post once I do.

The actual tint job was ok....however, the damage done to the door was not. Their heat gun damaged the leather on the door handle inside....then they have the nerve to blame it on the car seat....the car seat they unbuckled and neglected to inform us that is was unbuckled before I put my child in it. Let me just say they re lucky my son wasn t hurt when my wife hit the brakes and his car seat went flying into the back of her seat and hit his face. I will not recommended this place of business to anyone. If they d own up to their mistakes I wouldn t be writing this review...and it would be different. And because they don t want to.......I ve contacted my lawyers and this business will be getting a call in the near future. I don t know how to add a picture on this review....if I did I would ve posted it so everyone can see.

If you reside in Marion County, there is only one place to go for your window tinting and that's Custom Tint. They've done all of my vehicles for years and I don't have any complaints. Excellent service, excellent product, everything here is excellent.

They tinted the windows on my 2012 Silverado today. They did a GREAT job!!!!! I would recommend them to anybody who asked. Their customer service is awesome!!! Great price!!! Wonderful work!! I will be sending all the buisness I can to them!

I moved here from Indiana, where the darker tint was legal on my truck. Got pulled over 2nd day here with illegal tint. Called them same day and they fit me in the very next day. Reasonably priced. Even gave me a free $50 upgrade protection coating.

You get what you pay for. I came here cause one of my friends found a groupon and recommended it. 4 out of 7 windows have towel fibers in them, they scratched one of the tints putting them on, and scratched one of my windows cutting the tint. When I showed them they didn't even offer to fix it and told me they'd take it off and give me my money back, but I definitely dont trust them to do that. The owner was rude and hung up the phone. Just seems like your typical ocala trash kind of place. This place is not worth it unless you have a beater car you don't care about.I asked them to fix the windows that were messed up since there was a "lifetime warranty." The owner told me she wouldn't do it because she was mad that I complained.

Very nice place,very professional. Got me in early due to a no show and had me done early and looking amazing. Installer was friendly and informative. Also this was the best price around when I shopped around. Definitely recommend this place to friend's and family.

Don t waste your time. I am always positive but in this situation that was made impossible. I bought a groupon, called to schedule my appointment and asked about benefits of upgrades. Upon showing up I decided not to go with the upgrades. I was cleaning my car out of my valueables and the tint guy came out and said you ll need to leave. I said excuse me. He said, since your not doing the upgrades (which he told me prior would have taken 2 extra hours) we don t have the time for you. He claimed that I hustled him , by not choosing to upgrade. He also said I paid Groupon and not him. I said, well maybe you should take your ad off of Groupon. I asked about rescheduling and he said, I don t know when I can schedule you, call next week or there after. I should have paid more attention to the previous google reviews. If you are the owner and you read this please leave me a reply with a return phone number so we may discus.

Had the windows on my glassed in lanai tinted to reduce the heat and glare from sun. The job was done expeditiously and professionally. I could not be more pleased with the finished product. Beware! Customer Service is not for Groupon customers. I was late for my apointment, but there. Was told I would not be able to get the service done, nor would they honor my Groupon for the service as written, they would give me credit towards regular price service though. Im sorry but thats not very good customer service. i usualy end up waiting longer for the service to begin, than I was late. I will spread my dissapointment with this company around.

this place has tinted 8 of vehicles and counting, and all of my families' cars, they are awesome, friendly and prices are very competitive, but don't take it from me go try them out

Rayno ceramic window tint is the bomb. Clean, fast professional install. One afternoon to do entire RV and should help with heat and cold in western trip later this year. Freezing in upper Rockies and broiling in Phoenix this summer.
