Had an accident and brought my 42' Vanleigh Vilano here for repairs as it was a suggest shop via Progressive. They did a really good job on the body work, I can't even tell where they had to rebuild part of the rear wall and corner. The rest of the repairs they did are horrible. They accidentally cut some wires running to the back of the rv, powering the washer and dryer. It was dumb luck I found them. When reinstalling the black tank, they did not install the air vent correctly, so I had to tear into the floor and wall myself to try and fix that. The vent tube was not attached in any way to the black tank, so it quickly came loose and just directed all the black tank odors into the floor/interior of the rv. The heating duct was also smashed flat by the new black tank, so no heat was making it to the rear of the rv. The interior trim work was really pathetic. They cut into my laminate floor without a straight edge, then just glued the flooring back down with the seam looking really bad. And the icing on the cake, the two tires they replaced were inflated to 20 lbs each when they handed me the keys to the rv. I had to use their own air tank to inflate the new tires in the parking lot of the shop. In the end, I've found that the repair quality is about as good as the build quality on RVs. Many of these issues are 100% a quality control deal, and I've left out many of the conversations I had with them through the process pertaining to some of these that make the result even worse. I was not happy with the result of the repairs they did, but being full time, and after having my rv for 5 months, I had no choice but to move on and deal with the repairs myself. See images, some are of issues not even mentioned.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim

Got into an accident in Alabama while refueling causing a 9ft. tear right in the middle of my sidewall, I managed to seal it with house weather tape until I could get home to Ocala and fix it. The work took a long time due to the lockdown and the insurance adjuster not Ocala Body Shop. Tina and Tim could not have been nicer, Tim wanted to replace the whole 40ft sidewall but the logistics and pricing even if one could be shipped intact would cost a lot more then the RV, Tim didn't think I would like just replacing the middle wall but I could not be happier with the work they did to it, inside and out all look awesome. I recommend this business to anyone that has had an accident with their RVService: Body & Trim

One star, because I had too. Took our RV there to get the fridge fixed. Told it would take two to three days. Two weeks later it's not fixed. Got the run around. When the office finally called Tina only wanted to know how much insurance we had on the motorhome. They wanted to pull the fridge out she said it was working, but needed more parts. We told her no insurance she said wow, I will have to talk to parts man . We told her call with cost before buying or fixing. I said will the fridge work then she said maybe. Wait two more days no one called. Called back was told need new fridge for around 2,700. Not including labor. Said couldn't be fixed said wiring replaced none found fixed later. Said it's been 2 weeks we missed our trip we would pick it up. We were charged 789. and that was all labor no parts. They charge 199.00 an hour. They said they are a 5 star place. I would give them zero if I could. We left with the same problem and 789. poorer...Buyer beware.

We took our Grand Design travel trailer in for some warranty issues and we feel we made a terrific choice. We are extremely happy with the entire process from the time we called to make the appointment until we picked up our camper. Tina does a remarkable job listening to what needs to be done and coordinating the repairs. We have been taking campers to various shops for over forty years and this was the very first time we got our camper back before the date we were promised. Most of all, the quality of the repairs is top notch.

A number of years ago we had to bring our Winnebago 26RBSS to Campers Inn Collision Center, Ocala, FL for an emergency repair. We were very impressed with the staffs customer service, and the almost immediate repair.I ve never forgotten how well they treated us!So when we needed repairs to our Cedar Creek fiver , we made an appointment with them - even though this business is three (3) hours away.We were not disappointed!Tina, Brian and Tim Chesteine treated us like friends and got the repairs completed that same day.We certainly appreciate them and their willingness to get the repairs done so efficiently. We highly recommend this business and especially Tina, Brian and Tim.

Brian did a wonderful job finding and fixing a water leak from the slide into the cabin as well as another water leak. He also replaced a jack in about two hours and saved my jack pad off the broken jack! I was impressed with their determination to find the source of all problems , repairing them in a timely manner, and explaining everything they were doing.Tim and Tina did a fantastic job keeping me in the loop and working with the extended warranty company. Thank you!!

Our Grand Design 5th-wheel needed some body work due to a miss calculation when maneuvering inside a campground. We took it to Campers Inn since we had purchased it from them and have had only excellent experiences with them. The body shop, which is at a different location than the dealership, treated us extremely well and performed the repairs to make it look like new. Tina Dodson, the Service Advisor, was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She went out of her way to make sure all or our needs were met and kept us informed as the process continued. I would definitely recommend this shop.

When heading North in our RV, we discovered our refrigerator wasn't working. We stopped at the Campers Inn Body Shop in Ocala without an appointment. They diagnosed the problem and ordered a new inverter which couldn't be delivered until next day. They helped us find a campground for the night. The next morning, Brian installed the part and also fixed a sink drainage pipe while answering a multitude of questions...we are new RVers! We appreciate the kindness and efficient service. We went to our next campsite in Georgia and found that the slide would not come out. The next morning we tried to get an appointment with a local repair shop or mobile service. No one was available. In desperation, we called the Ocala Body Shop and spoke with Tim Chesteine, the service manager. He was so kind and explained where the control module was and what to check. My husband found a loose wire which he attached and fixed the problem. Many thanks to both Brian and Tim!!Service: Electrical

I wrote a review and lost it before sending, so her I go again. Campers inn is the best camper company I have EVER worked with, Dave in Leesberg performed warranty work on my class C that I bought from General RV in a timely manner and did a better job then General who I bought from (even though customers who buy from them are supposed to have a get priority). Tim and crew in Ocala at the body shop went out of their way to accommodate me so I could take my camper on a planned trip while waiting on parts. The work done was Perfect. Se vice from the crew and quality are the best.I was recently elected as the president of the On Top of The World camping club. Tall Tale Travelers, I have passed out cards that Tim gave me to the membership of 63 active members and have recommended Campers inn to the members based on my experiences. AS many of them are snow birds I will pass out a list and a copy of the map of your locations as well. Thank you for a job well done.

Tina and crew scheduled me in and converted my power slide step to manual very smoothly and professionally. I was visiting from out of town so it was important to me. Steep labor rates but aren t they all.

We have been to at least 9 RV repair shops across the US and have never experienced such amazing service. The 2 Tim s & Brittany were so easy & pleasant to work with: thorough, knowledgeable, courteous & prompt. Our issue was resolved in such a timely & reasonable fashion. They would get 12 out of 10 stars if It was allowed!Fred & Mary AnnThe Villages FL

Another disappointment from Campers Inn, it is so unfortunate when a large business does not come together and communicate to deliver quality customer service. We were sold a warranty and told to take it to any Campers Inn to have any repair done unfortunately this Campers Inn wasn t let in on the details. It has taken them over 6 months to complete the repairs and they rarely return emails or calls, but they cashed our insurance check.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

This was my first experience with campersinn rv bodyshop in Ocala,FL. They were very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. While dropping my bounder off to have the AC replaced I noticed a chunk missing from my left rear tire. Tina at the front desk was very helpful. She called the local gator tire store and handled everything so when I picked up my rig I was able to go right around the corner where the tire company was waiting and took me right in. Thanks.Service: Air conditioning

Just left the shop. We had body repair on our RV. Did an excellent job. The price was right. Was taken care of very quickly. Tina, our service advisor kept us posted on what was going on without us having to call once. If we have anymore problems they are the one we will see.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Took my Winnebago 26RBSS in for repair of a seized up black tank valve. Took it in at about 8:30 am and had it back at 4:00 pm. They not only replaced the black tank valve but other valves that were leaking. Wow!!!! TIM and TINA were the very best - professional, courteous, understanding and they made sure the work was done as quickly as they possibly could. I have nothing but praise for the Campers Inn RV of Ocala body shop.

My wife and I are full time RV-ers and brought our trailer to Campers Inn without warning to investigate a "plumbing issue." Despite being very busy, the team made time for us. Steve and Tina went above and beyond to make necessary repairs, including tracking down rather obscure parts for our 1966 Avion. I would highly recommend Campers Inn Ocala for RV repairs.
