Bought a sets of pipes(exhaust) and air filter from Rob who is a great guy ,friendly and knowledgeable!!! I highly recommend checkin this guy and his shop out if your needin work done on or lookin for a bike(he had lots used for sale) !!!

Called to ask questions about a recent purchase of a bike from online ,talked with Rob , was very honest ,stright forward as to what all it would need giving me the break down of cost $$ vs worth . I respect his honesty and look forward recommending him to anyone in the future.

Awesome set of guys at the shop. The owner was very helpful. Got me tires fixed up my brakes. Paid 800 to fix my charging system and they couldn't figure it out took them about 3 times over the past couple months everytime I got the bike back and drove it dome it was dead again and the last time he said he will no longer work on the bike unless he gets paid more. And kept suggesting to get a new wiring harness. The bike don't need that it needs it's charging system fixed thats all. So they won't continue to fix the warranty and they left wires cut and hanging everywhere sloppy work

I called these guys to look over a bike I was considering buying. I wanted a mechanic to check it out before I drove an hour and a half to Ocala to check it out. I asked the owner how much it would cost, he quoted $50. That seemed reasonable to me. He called me back and told me the bike was in great shape and it would be a good buy for the money. I offered to give him a credit card number, but he said, no charge, it didn't take that much time. He could just as easily have taken the $50. But this guy knows integrity and good will are more important.

After reading other positive reviews, I thought I d give them a try with my fairly new to me 07 Heritage. I m glad I did. 3 hole oil change, intake seal, compensator, starter clutch, etc.Rob got me fixed up and rolling again for a fair price.Bike runs great, no more stalling and doesn t sound like a bag of rocks anymore on a hot start. Definitely plan on going back when it s time for its next service.

Brick City V Twin , Rob and his guys did excellent work on my Iron Horse, I've had my bike there twice and have always encountered respectful and courteous people. This last time I had some major work done on the bike, they, bored the engine, replaced the lifters, new cam,new pistons and rings with all new gaskets and seal's as well as a full service on the bike. Rob was very up front with me, no hidden agenda and they did the work in a reasonable amount of time. They are highly recommend by me and I wish to continue doing business with them. Oil cange warhorse was gonna charge me like $400.00... Rob charged me $150.00 great job and I didn't wait long. I'll use Brick City over Warhorse anyday. Thanks Rob

Read lots of reviews of problems at other M.C. shops. When I arrived at Brick City I was welcomed in the parking lot by Shawn the Service Manager. He got my bike right in for tire changes. The price they charged was exactly what Rob (owner) quoted me two days earlier. I was very satisfied with their service and the work done on my bike. I will definitely return next time my Suzuki Boulevard C90T needs service.

I can't say enough good things about this shop!! Over the past few months I have taken my Harley to them for a few various things. They are always very upfront and super knowledgeable about bikes, particularly Harleys of course. I've always ended up paying exactly what I was quoted, and on more than one occasion they have really gone above and beyond. This shop consistently exceeds my expectations. It's got all you could want....knowledgeable, timely, friendly, honest, and at very fair prices. I won't have anyone else in Marion County touch my bike but them.

I brought my 2015 Kawasaki Vulcan 650s in last week due to my shifter sticking. I was told they had a line of bikes before mine and it would be done in 3-4 days. I got a call a few hours later saying it will be done the same day! I picked the bike up and the problem was fixed well!This is after I tried taking it to Ride Now and got quoted $1100 due to having to replace just about everything on the left side. Brick City V-twin fixed the problem for about 1/10 of the price the very same day.Great shop, great staff, great service. Will 100% bring my bike back for any other problems.

Couldn't be happier with brick city v-twin. I've never had to wait longer than 30 minutes for them to return a phone call. Brought my bike in to have the fork springs changed at 9:15am and it was done by 12:30, which was earlier than expected. 100% satisfied is an understatement.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Called and spoke with Rob he sent his guy Adam to pick up my son's bike he arrived on time and was very professional Rob is very professional also I spoke with him on the phone prior to having to bite picked up very knowledgeable I made us feel a hundred percent comfortable with leaving the bike and having his mechanics do the work I would highly recommend them

Rob and his team are great. Their work is outstanding I have had my Bike there for Harley Ext Warranty repairs a couple times. His main tech mark has done quality work and Rob makes dealing with the warranty company a breeze. Seriously next time you need service or upgrade check these guys out!

Brick City VTwin is my Harleys favorite Spa. Every time my bike comes out of here there's always extra things done that I notice. Whether it's greasing your kickstands or adjusting cables, they really tighten up ur bike.

The very moment I met Ponytail Rob I knew that this was the place where my bike would be best at. I knew instantly I had a friend and partner on taking care of my bike. Very trustworthy, authentic guy and knowledgeable. Brick City V-Twin is my new mechanical home for my steel horse. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The experience was amazing and relieving. They had our motorcycle 4 weeks and they replaced one part ! We had to have it towed home ! They did nothing to fix problem , charged me over $400 for nothing ! Will not go back ! Shame on you for letting him leave the shop working so poorly !Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Went in to have them install saddlebags & relocate the tail lights & license plate. They did a great job & I'm extremely happy with how they look.Will definitely be a repeat customer & refer anyone to them !

We brought our motorcycle in to get fixed and they charged us for 3 failed attempts to rebuild a part, plus the new part...very unfair business practice. We were told the only way to get our bike back was we had to pay for the entire balance to the tune of over $200 more than we should have been charged. Very unprofessional and we would not recommend this business

Can't give it a minus 5 stars because Google doesn't offer that choice. I was treated like I didn't matter. I called before I drop my bike and explained that it was my only mode of transportation, a week later I still haven't heard from them. When I called they informed me that there were 50 bikes ahead of mine and I could pick up my bike if I wanted to. I really feel that I was treated that way because I'm a woman

Good guy, good shop. Would recommend anyone in the ocala, Marion county area to check it out. Fair prices and alot of knowledge.
