My experience with Bo's shop was extremely disappointing. I left my car with them for a few days to fix the front bumper. After I picked it up and got home, I noticed something sticky on the passenger seat and found a spot on the leather seat dripped by some harsh substance, which caused an ugly stain. I took the car back, expecting them to do something about it, but they wouldn't admit damaging my car. They claimed nothing they used could eat away the leather, not even by accident. I was appalled by that uncaring attitude and the blank statement, "It is not our liability."If a business does good repair job but treats people with coldness, what kind of work ethic does it hold and how much trust does it deserve? What has bothered me from this lesson is not that I have to pay an additional $300 to fix the patch of my seat, but that a long-standing business can plainly deny their mistake and refuse to take any responsibility. My advice to the future customers is that you should take photos of both outside and inside of your car before you hand it over to this shop.

Bo s Collision West is amazing. They were kind, skilled and communicated almost daily while they had our SUV. I recommend them to anyone I know who needs their service.

We got 3 estimates with Bo's being 2500.00 more (24% higher in price)than the others and included parts that are perfectly fine. Bo's is either simply corrupt or just corrupt with cash customers. Do not use such a place of dishonesty.

They put a generic prestone universal coolant in my 2018 rav4 just so they could save a couple of dollars,thats ridiculous,they told me if i want to put the OEM pink coolant that toyota requires i have to pay for it my self,like the 10k dollars they charged wasn t enough for them to put the coolant my car requiresUpdate- just by reading the owners reply to my review should tell you not to take your car to them because obviously they have no knowledge of how vehicles work,for those who understand cars they will immediately know the shop is in the wrong,every vehicle manufacturer requires their own coolant type therefore they designate a color coding for it,using a generic universal coolant like they did in my car can cause damage,you can simply do your own research to understand what im talking about,the only funny thing here is how ignorant and uneducated this shop is for making statements that coolant color doesn t matter,it proves that they are the wrong people for this business,but in my opinion i think they know exactly what im talking about but are refusing to acknowledge it because they did it simply to save money it proves how they conduct business in all areas where profit is more important than quality and they could care less about your car,or if they actually believe what they are saying then its alarming for that to come from people who are in the auto repair industry,because what im saying is simply facts

Was directed to this location by the insurance company of the person who hit us. Without any other contact, the next day we are informed that they're totalling the vehicle we drove in the day before. Because of the age and mileage on the vehicle, the cost of repairs was far more than the value of the vehicle. We were given only the option to come collect our belongings.This is a vehicle we had just spent thousands on to get it in great running condition for my daughter to drive.After some debating over the phone with the insurance company we finally came to a solution and were told that we can collect the vehicle.Keep in mind that they had decided to total the vehicle the following day after we dropped it off.When we arrived to collect the vehicle, we were handed the keys and directed to where the vehicle was parked.When we walk up to the vehicle we instantly noticed that the vehicle that they were no longer going to repair now had further very noticeable damage.We had to then call the insurance company back because Bo's just expected us to accept the vehicle in worse condition.We will never use this location ever again.EDIT: After receiving your response, I do want to remind you that while the vehicle was in the care of your facility, it received further damage to painted parts that your business did not offer to correct.While we did not get the opportunity to leave a positive review because of the vehicle being totalled by the OTHER party's insurance company, your concern is more that the review is not of a vehicle you corrected damage on rather than focusing on the fact that the vehicle was at your place of business and came back to us in worse condition.I too hope that those reading this can see my review for exactly what it is as well as your ignorant response.

Will never go anywhere else for body work!Had to get my passenger door replaced after an accident. Was expecting something like that to take a week or two and I was able to get my truck back NEXT DAY!! with body work and paint. Service is one thing, but the quality of the repair speaks for itself. Looks amazing, like nothing ever happened! Couldn t have asked for a better experienceOhh and forgot to mention my truck was returned washed and with tire shine! My input mattered each step of the way. They went above and beyond with a few different issues: insurance holding me up from picking up my car and repairs that were completed right the first time, with no confrontation, which is appreciated. John M and his team are just the best. They worked with my insurance company to take care of the cost, they were very communicative throughout the process and went above and beyond to work with my timeline for having my car fixed. They even washed and detailed my car prior to picking it up. I would absolutely use Bo's Collision for any bodywork or car fixes needed going forward.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Let me start off saying that their work is top quality and I was very pleased with the results. I understand that some parts are harder to get right now, but all of that doesn't excuse their lack of communication. My repair took seven weeks from start to finish. They initially called to email me papers to start the repair and once more that there was a delay due to shipping during the third week. At this point, I stopped receiving any updates by text or phone from them. I was having to call them for any information. To top it off, they didn't call or leave a voice mail that the vehicle was finished.Edit:Altered some of the wording and changed rating from three to four star.Edit:I am not upset about how long the repair took. They told me up front about the issue with parts. I only wanted to point out that any update can be better than nothing. I would've been okay if they called every two weeks to notify me that they were still waiting on parts or were finishing up on with some parts. An automated text message would've be fine as well.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Please save yourself the stress and don t use Bo s. I have only written a few reviews in my life and this is the first bad one, but I wanted to save potential customers the trouble. We had insurance repair work done here and Tom was horrible to work with. He was far off on his estimate as to what had to be done, and when the vehicle was to be done. Then he wanted us to accept an upgrade charge to fix more on the vehicle. We had to decline this because it would have cost us another three weeks!! He had further work done that we didn t authorize and now the insurance might not cover it either. The repair took so long even without the extra work that we ended up paying out of pocket a large amount for the rental vehicle s extra time. The average fix for our repair stated two weeks, and it took 3 and 1/2 weeks. To top it off Tom s attitude the whole time was callous and indifferent to us. He was very clear that he could care less about any inconvenience the additions, extra time, and extra cost meant to our family. Buyer beware.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my 6 month old Ford F-150 to Bo's after my stepson hit my truck leaving for work. The whole process was flawless in my opinion. I can honestly say the truck looked amazing when I picked it up. Everyone was just as nice and professional. I would totally recommend this shop to anyone looking to get work done. This is only the second day I've had my truck back so hopefully I won't eat my words later, fingers crossed.

My truck was rear ended one week before my family and I were set to go on an extended camping vacation. Bo's Collision expedited the work and got me on the road in time to enjoy the vacation! Everyone I came in contact with was professional and went out of their way to keep me informed on the progress of the repairers. The truck looks great and I highly recommend Bo's if you need repairs after an accident. Very, very positive experience!!!

I feel I am giving a fair review here. I was incredibly dissatisfied the first time my car was returned to me after a hit and run. I left my mustang with them and gave full trust in them. I received it a month later with the wheel still bowed, overspray on the roof and inside the car, green dye on my bucket seats, window wouldn't go all the way down and humming sound from the wheel that was ultimately the wheel bearing that they failed to test drive and hear.However, I had a change of heart when they accepted my vehicle back and fixed their mistakes. I am satisfied with the end results and just upset I had to inconvenience myself and return it in the first place. I appreciate Jennifer up front as well, absolutely amazing.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

After being involved in a rear end collision our insurance company, Progressive, recommended Bo s Collision. Everyone that we dealt with was friendly, informative and professional . We were very concerned that our car would not be ready in time for us to go on a long vacation road trip. However, Bo s got the work done in a week and we couldn t be happier with the quality. They even detailed the car and it looked like new! We would definitely recommend Bo s for body work.

I was rear ended so I went to three local shops for estimates. My insurance wanted me to get an estimate at one of their "preferred" shops so they sent me to Bo's collision shop. I thought of it as a waste of my time but my car will be repaired nonetheless. The three prior mentioned shops presented me with estimates averaging $2000+/-. At Bo's, John presented an estimate for $695.34. I'm no car repair expert but I do know that $695 is not even close to $2000. Like I said my car will be repaired no matter what but I do want to make my fellow Ocalans aware that Bo's collision shop is shady and in the back pocket of the insurance companies. I would suggest they rename the business Bo's Collution Shop.Service: Body & Trim

Bo's Collision Center is amazing. I'm beyond satisfied with the work they did on my car after my accident. They even fixed a clip that was broken on one of my door panels for free that was unrelated to the accident. They also detailed my car, it looked and smelled really nice. I recommend them to anyone who may need body work done. I'm one happy customer!!! Thank you Bo's Collision Center!

Great Service! This is a family business, and they really know how to treat people well. They put on a new hood for my jeep wrangler, matched the color perfect, and painted my fenders with ryno liner, and they fixed all the hail dents. My jeep looks brand new. They also beat all other body shop prices in the area. I would recommend them to everyone!

My Nissan had minor bumper damage, but needed to be put back as it was. Progressive insurance Company pointed me in the direction of Bo's, and am I ever so happy they did. Friendly people, professional, and beautiful work! Not only did they do a fantastic job, they also detailed my car! It really is tiny things like this that make a mark on your customers! EDIT: 5 MOS LATER - I'M TOLD I NEED TO BUY A NEW BUMPER AT THEIR COST, and the mechanical work which WASN'T done is free. THE BUMPER HAS COME COMPLETELY UNCLIPPED.EDIT: 1 MONTH AFTER - STILL WAITING FOR A FIX.EDIT: I'm not sure who I met with, but they are going to get a new bumper, a knee assembly, and showed me the alignment paperwork. It said the alignment was within spec when done, but it only takes 2 seconds with the hand off the wheel for it to start driving across all lanes of traffic. I've had this happen before at another local shop on Pine, which I was also referred to after doing some suspension work (previous vehicle), and returned 2 times before they found the machine was WAY off. After that discovery, all was fine, and the car was aligned properly. I assume that could be the case here. I most excited about the suspension work because the shimmy, current drivability, and noises are driving me crazy. It's been 3 months since the accident, and I'm SO ready for a fully functional car again. OH, THEY ALSO SAID THIS SHOULD TAKE 2 DAYS, TOP. SO, I'M EXTRA HAPPY TO HEAR THAT NEWS. I'll update as things change.EDIT: Someone read my review, and I was asked to bring it back.EDIT: I was told things would be made right. I will update should this occur.They had my car a whole month, and some things are done incorrectly - or not at all. I've had my car roughly 48hrs now, and the front bumper is already coming apart. It's not clipped in correctly, or simply doesn't fit. The light they replaced is too far in. The other light was factory installed, and you can tell the difference. They said both my fog lights needed repair and/or replacement, but were working when I took it in. The bottom front grill was not repaired as promised, and is still broken. They had an alignment done at Firestone, and my car came back to me not quite aligned. It pulls to the right, and I have to hold the wheel to the left. Whoever drove it back to the shop from Firestone didn't check the work for accuracy. I had just gotten an alignment a couple weeks before I took it in when I had 4 brand new tires installed and balanced.Furthermore, they didn't address any of my mechanical issues. The paperwork seems to indicate that they only did the cosmetic work. Two different body shops I had gotten estimates from said I needed a strut, and possibly other parts, which is totally understandable. There was an audible clunking noise after the accident, and it's still there, especially going over bumps. Additionally, there is still a shimmy at moderate to highway speeds... it's like nothing was done that I was really counting on being done. The safe operation of the vehicle was ALWAYS my ultimate concern. My daughter just got her license in the rental we had, which we put off for weeks because this repair took so long. She'll obviously get her own car in the coming weeks, but I want to know she's safe in my car whenever she has it, you know?Of course, from afar, the car looks okay. I don't have trained eye, but I can see the errors. I'm so dissatisfied. I don't care if they used aftermarket parts. I just want them installed properly. If I was forewarned they wouldn't fit, I would have paid the couple of hundred dollar difference they said it'd be for OEM, myself.I went because a friend referred me, and I'm more than happy to allow them an opportunity to fix what's wrong. Now, I am scared it'll take another month in a rental to fix the issues. The people there are very nice and polite. I want to say they were rushed, but they had the car an entire month. One of the other shops peeped their estimates (I had 2 from Bo's in the vehicle) while giving me theirs, and warned me away, saying Bo's work was inferior; that they fixed a lot of their cars. I didn't like that they would talk so negatively about a competitor, and so I chose Bo's Collision, especially for the professionalism they displayed. Yet, I got exactly what was told would be given to me, and that's what is so disappointing. Should my issues be addressed, I will update this review.
