I ve always dreaded going to dealerships in the past. Well I must say, we had an AMAZING experience with BMW of Ocala!It started with Taylor, who was dedicated to making sure all of our questions were answered promptly. Thank you Taylor!Once arriving, Gus Perdomo made sure we felt welcome and at ease. He was not only polite and professional, but also incredibly knowledgeable in both the process and the vehicle we had chosen. Most importantly, he was honest and transparent and made sure our family felt good about the purchase. I ve never had such a positive experience from a sale representative before. Thank you Gus!Once ready, we finalized the paperwork with John Wheeler. John was patient, respectful, and probably the most down-to-Earth person I ve ever met. He helped us understand which options made sense for our purchase (and family), and was honest about the options that didn t. Thank you John!The entire process was seamless and enjoyable. Even hearing congratulations from random employees as we exited made us feel valued as customers. Such a wonderful experience from start to finish! This was my first time visiting this location as I m new to Ocala. I took my car in for its scheduled oil change and a few other services and was immediately greeted when I pulled up. The intake associate then led me to Nick W. who was awesome! He was kind, friendly, very personable, and we shared several jokes and laughs. We went over my services and because I was unable to stay while they completed them, he set up a ride to get me home. I was then greeted by the wonderful Teresa who drove me home and picked me back up when service was complete. Teresa was just as kind and treated me like an old friend, even though we had just met!I was sent a video of the services done and recommendations on other items I need to get done. Nick and I went over those recommendations and he did not try to upsell services that I didn t need and ONLY the ones needed. So refreshing!I had such a positive experience and will definitely recommend this location to others. I was even given a little gift that was sitting in my passenger seat! Thank you Nick and Teresa!!

Cesar Estrada my sales rep was exceptional, very hands on, communication was 10/10 keeping me involved during the entire process, especially being an Out of state buyer in NJ. The distance was never an issue!He sent me multiple videos of the car, doing detailed walk throughs explaining features, etc.Christina on the finance side was very helpful as well. Informative during the entire processI would absolutely recommend and do business with them again, very professional from front desk, to sales, to financeCesar is a rockstar!

Awesome experience without the usual car buying experience no games or unnecessary back and forth. Gave them my bottom line, closed the deal and drove away in less than 2 hours. Professional and competent negotiation with reasonable dealer fees compared to industry standards. Weetley in sales is definitely second to none in overall purchasing experience and customer satisfaction.

I had the best experience with this dealership.. I wanted to trade my 2022 BMW X4 for a custom build 2024 X4. My sales advisor, Kevin Carter was extremely helpful in making sure that I got all of the options that I wanted and also was very helpful with the deal that I wanted. His communication throughout the process was great. Then, on the day that my car was in and was ready for delivery, he really made that event very special for me He got the whole team together and they did a great reveal and even got me a cake and flowers, which was some thing that was over the top appreciation for my business!! that s never happened before !!! Everyone at the dealership made me feel special, great tutorial by the Genius Darian too!

We did not have a good experience. Although the new sales guy, Brandon gray was nice, we could tell he was new and didn t have much personality. Frank the sales manager didn t even wish to be bothered with us. No hand shake, didn t get the warm fuzzy feels. And then to be told we can t do anything for you. We won t make anything on your trade was a kick in the face. When they offered 7k lower than fair market value. So much for the $589 lease deal. Wouldn t go there again.

I would like to give out a special thanks to everyone at the BMW of Ocala. You guys have an elite team. My wife and I visited plenty of BMW dealers this past week from Tampa to Miami, Gainesville and Orlando in search of a vehicle. No one s service came close to how we felt here in Ocala. James A Nieydemayer was our client advisor, he was awesome as well as frank the manager and really everyone involved in the process from start to finish. We bought a Jeep from BMW of Ocala and we absolutely love it !!!! Even though it wasn t a BMW we we treated amazingly !!! Jesse was our salesman and he was great, from the test drive to the actual sales. We got a more than fair trade in for our car and signing the paperwork was a breeze. Kudos to the finance manager Eric for catching the discrepancy between the registration and insurance card number. We would highly recommend BMW of Ocala to our family and friends.

Very disappointed. I bought a new BMW X1 with a 180w 7 speakers sound system but I received a base 6 speakers cheap sound system without an amplifier. I went to the dealership and talked with the BMW Genius and he told me that there is nothing they can do. I ended with the worst sound system I ever had. If I knew this I wouldn t have bought this car.

Recently purchased an M440i F33, I couldn t say more and thank enough the great team that supported a one day proposal and keys in hand!Very professional, worked hard to structure the deal to my liking, and all the team was very supportive while I worked and then had to drive in, staying after closing to make sure I was on my way comfortably. Bought a 2022 BMW 228i about 6 months ago from Kevin Carter. Every time I go there either for a free car inspection or just looking around I'm always treated exceptionally well. Lots of great snacks, coffee and even lunch on the house. I recently had a check engine light come on but turn off about 20 minutes later. They told me to bring the car in even though they we're fully booked for the next week. Most places would have told me since the light went off, that the cars fine.so I'm very pleaded that they made my car a priority. And got me out of there in about 15 minutes with a new 5 series courtesy car while they take a look at my car.

Stopped today to look at a X5. I have 9 months left on a competitors lease. Jesse and all the management showed exceptional customer service. Everyone knew I couldn't make a purchase until my lease is up that didn't stop them from taking the time to go over the car and take a test drive with me. That is truly great customer service. I will most definitely be returning to order my X5 when the time comes.

I had thought this dealer was reputable but this is not the case.I made it very easy to get me into a car then the trade offer was less than even a Kelley blue book instant buy. In the last hours I ve been offered more than 5k than what this dealer offered.They want to play games and have you go back and forth. If you need to ask what can I do to earn your business then you have far too much margin built in.Take your time and shop elsewhere!There s a reason this vehicle has been on the lot for 84 days now.

We were visiting from NJ and had our check engine light come on 2 days before heading home on a 1,000 mile trip. They said they would absolutely get us in to address any issues and were willing to find us a loaner car - Oliva was so accommodating and a great pleasure to work with. We were treated like this on the service side and we are not even a prospect to purchase a new car. A++

Horrible experience! Decided to purchase vehicle here and called to confirm vehicle was available. Called again next morning to make sure and told her it was 6 hr round trip. She said it would be there - 3 hrs later as we got off the ramp to dealership, she calls to say someone was currently in show room purchasing!!! I reminded her we had confirmed it would be there and had just driven 3 hrs and was arriving an hour before our appt to purchase. Spoke to manager and instead of doing the right thing, he said well they are here now- but they could show us something different. Had to remind him we also were there specifically for that vehicle to purchase, arrived an hour early, so why didn t they show the other couple something else?!Not once after asking multiple times that she confirm the vehicle would be there did she ask for deposit, etc and we were a cash buyer. We dodged a bullet as if they can t be trusted to honor their commitment, knowing we were traveling a total of 6 hrs what else would they have been dishonest about? Who treats there proposed customers this way and expect to get repeat busines? We called Sarasota BMW immediately and made appt to stop on our way thru and was able to order 25 model, higher end, and all features we needed - most of all, it was refreshing to see them waiting for us when we arrived . There are much better dealerships - go where your business will be valued!

Worst dealer experience ever between James the Manager at BMW and Dan in Porsche....They clearly play with numbers (take from peter to pay Paul) and tell you they are giving you more for your trade, but then add some fake dealer fees that they refuse to remove because that is where the real trick is. Ask them to see the deal and whatever they offer you for you trade tell them to write you a check and you will pay it over the phone and watch the next excuses come around.... They wanted us with the lies and tricks to pay more than MSRP for a loaner that had over 7k miles and then in 2 years they want to offer you less than half which should tell you that their product is worth nothing...... don't fall for these old tricks.

Overall it was a great buying experience, from On line inquiry to the actual purchase. It started from Eric sharing the video of the vehicle, both James were fabulous during the deal, very professional/ respectful and closed the finance smoothly with Christina.Thank you!!!!

Haven't purchased a car in almost 8 years. But my experience with Ocala BMW was the best ever. What a class operation they have. The newer RC F is the one we bought from Ocala Porsche/ BMW.

Wonderful experience at this dealership. Drove in from Orlando for an appointment with James Neidermayer. James was very professional and really knew his cars. The entire staff was so pleasant and helpful, from holding doors for us to ordering us lunch while we ran numbers. This place is top notch and I will definitely be back when I m ready for my next car.

My experience was great with BMW of Ocala! I dealt primarily with Lucas and he was transparent, a great help, and easy to talk to. Buying my new car was as painless as it can get. We did almost all of the buying process remotely as I had to drive 5 hours to get to the dealership. I spent less than 2 hours at the dealership finalizing the deal. Got in my new car and drove home all smiles! They have a great and personable team over at BMW of Ocala. You can't go wrong buying from them.

Just bought my new M5 Competition Vitaliy was my sales professional and he was outstanding. I noticed one of my wiper blades must have got damaged during detailing BMW took care of it right away. Tucker Johnson even came to my house to go over the nuances of the car and to program my remote exceptional service Will be using Ocala BMW forever!

The engine light came on my 2016 BMW 535i and my local mechanic informed me that it was a fuelsensor that needed replacement however, sadly it was a dealer only repair. I took my car to BMW ofOcala and Robert Czaplicki was my service rep. I was informed that my gas tank needed to replaced at acost of $5,000. Keep in mind, my car only had 32K miles driven. Luckily, I have a car warranty policywhich said this would be covered so I connected Robert with the warranty company. BMW of Ocalakept my car almost 2 weeks without offering a rental. The warranty company communicated to Robertwhat test was required to substantiate the replacement of the gas tank. BMW kept sending the sametest results which was not what the warranty company requested. I spoke with warranty company andBMW of Ocala almost daily and felt that I was caught in the middle. The warranty company simplywanted proof that a new tank was the solution to the problem in an effort to avoid just throwing partsat the problem with no justification; especially a tank that cost $5K! After several back and forthconversations, I spoke with Robb Cole the service manager who told me that BMW of Ocala is unable toperform the test needed to justify the replacement of the gas tank and indicated they could manuallyturn off the engine light because otherwise, the car is fine. However, Robb suggested that I purchase 4new tires because the tires I had were after market tires however hardly worn, and change the brake fluid and stated that he wanted to earn my business and so I would come back. I agreed to the tires and brake fluid which cost$1,900. 3 weeks later, the engine light comes back on. I reached out to my service rep Robert andexplained that the light is back on and I did not want to pay another $179 for a diagnosis for the samething (assuming it s the engine light which most likely it is!) He suggested that I contact Robb Cole. Ihave called Robb Cole 2 times and the kind receptionist told me she sent the last message to him viaemail as URGENT I have not received a call from Robb Cole and honestly feel, that unless I am going todrop thousands in repairs and service, he is not good for his word in wanting me as a loyal customer. I have been patient however, the lack of response and professionalism shows their true colors. I am taking my BMW to another dealership who assured me that if they are unable to provide thedocumentation needed for warranty repairs, they will not charge me a penny! BMW of Ocala has lostmy confidence and business.

We towed my wife's vehicle to their shop after a pothole obliterated one of the front tires. Our Service Advisor, Gage was great and took his time to explain the process and set expectations for the turnaround time, repair costs, etc. He communicated very well throughout the week while our car was in their shop to have additional mechanical repairs performed under warranty.Brent the Service Manager was also very friendly, professional and helped us when Gage was not available. Overall we felt that we were treated very fairly and handled professionally by everyone in the Service Department. We definitely recommend them for your BMW service & repair needs and will give their Sales Department a try when it is time for another vehicle. Great job, everyone!
