Called on a Saturday asking if they had the 2 parts I needed and was told yes and if I paid ahead they would hold the items until I could come. Came on the falling Wednesday morning and was told that one part was damaged and they couldn t sell it to me and the another was already gone. The said they tried calling the day before to let me know but I never received any calls. So I drove an hour for nothing.

i probably called 2-3 times on friday between 4-5 pm i called a few times saturday morning. when i finally got someone i was placed on hold. i was happy to be placed on hold then they disconnected my call and will not answer the phone.

Purchased a transmission from this place that was faulty with a 30 day exchange guarantee. They refuse to honor their guarantee. The lady Jennifer, that answers the phone will hangs up on the paying customers I suggest you run from this place

Too bad I can t leave a 0 star. This place is terrible, I ended up with a non working product and was unable to exchange it even though they have an exchange policy. The owner and Jennifer are very rude, unprofessional, and liars. BEWARE

I asked about a part they looked up the price of a brand new part and took $20 off for me to have to come pull the part off a car 23 years old from a JUNKYARD

When I needed a transmission for my car, they were honest and helpful to advise me on what to do. I purchased multiple parts for a second vehicle I owned and the prices were lower than average! Then when I needed to purchase another vehicle a year later, again they were extremely helpful in the process of finding the right one for me, and made financing easy and affordable.

I do not recommend! I called the day before and they told me that they had the part and after driving 2 hours they didn't have it. the worst junk in florida

Been there a few times and had no issues. Got some great parts for next to nothing. Last time I was there I was overcharged for some parts.Took me a while to get the parts out and I think they took advantage of that.I could have bought the parts brand new on Amazon for just $20 more. I should have walked.Some people would say it's my fault, I think islet is as well.But I feel swindled. Will not visit this yard anymore.

The moment you walk into the yard you immediately want to leave. That is only confirmed the moment you ask for the price on a small part that would cost pennies anywhere and they charge almost as much as dealerships due for new parts. This is not an exaggeration. Yard itself is disorganized, unsafe and unkept. Everybody there looks like they are strung out and you are actually kind of afraid you're going to get mugged. The place needs to go out of business. Really bad.To be quite honest, I feel like they owe me a few stars.

These people are a absolute joke they will tell you anything to make you buy that item I bought seats from them and they swore that they would fit they even put it on a receipt the 2 young guys are chill but too chill and are just there to make money they could care less about your project literally Just here to leave a HONEST review

If I could give less than one star I would. Called on Friday asking about availability of car parts, was told they had the car I was looking for and the body was good. Called again today (Monday) while on the way there to confirm they still had the car and was told yes. 10 minutes later, I get there, there is one car that is the correct model... .completely totaled. Not a straight body panel on it and the engine compartment was destroyed. I took a day off work for this and traveled, all because you were dishonest about what you had. I could have gone anywhere else, but now I have wasted the day. Unbelievable. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Caught a flat down the road called the place i usually go to for my tires which is an actual tire business and they had none in my size tire. A friend suggested i go to big sun which was right in the sane area as other tire place. Not only did. Big sun have a tire for me. But they were happy to help me they were fast and provided awesome customer service they are knowledgable, friendly, and are readily available to see what you need.id recommend them for any car purpose.thank you!

Picked up an escape motor from them , the motor was mint condition dropped in this weekend and back on the road running good . God bless you guys

Great people and they were very friendly and helpful to us . They were respectful and they were quite fast and accurate about their business. They went out of their way to help us get the work done and even suggested other things we could do to improve our car. I will be returning there.

Extremely and unnecessarily rude..... all i did was call to get an email address so i could send them a form, the only words i got out were "Good Morning" and before i could ask my question the guy was yelling "JUST TELL ME WHAT YOU NEED". not a good look :/ i'd be embarrassed if this were my company. YIKES

Purchase a odometer went back out to the parking lot, plugged it in and it did not work and they told me tough luck. No warranty will never do business there again

I ve been coming here for years and the previous owners where complete scum bags. Thankfully with the new owners this place has made a 360 come back. Want amazing customer service and great prices come here Alix will hook you up

Please note: Do not give your VIN over the phone as they ask, it needs to be inspected in person to match the title.Had a car broke down, hauled to an auto mechanic, and then I called these guys to pick it up for salvage. They said to wait for a call on when to meet. They never called. So then we called the place again and they gave us the number for the actual guy, who said he would call to meet. He also lied and told the manager that he called several times over the weekend. We had no missed calls, and mo voicemails. About a week later, and a hefty fine from the auto mechanic (for leaving the car for so long), and still no call.

Buyer Beware. Absolute NO idea how this place is still open. The owner is incompetent, irresponsible, & a bit shady. The workers apparently aren't much better if they can't pull the parts that customers have paid for. Watch every move, make sure receipt info is correct, & call them 20x to make sure they are doing what you paid them to or you are out for a complete & utter waste of your time with these people.

Called for a transmission so the dude asked for my number so I gave it to him to call me back. For him not to call back and wait until it was close time so he didn't have to help me.

The worst junkyard I've ever had to deal with, they send you the wrong parts and then they don't want to admit that they sent them wrong, they don't answer the phone and when they answer they give you evasive answers so that time passes and they don't admit anything, finally Mr. Jimmy want me to return the part because if you don't they don't give you a refund, the responsibility is theirs if they send the wrong part, for that they are given the vehicle information, if I could give zero review I would give it to them, I don't recommend this junkyard or to my worst enemy

Worst slavage yard ever. Highly unorganized. All the cars are just thrown in plies in no type of order. Takes forever to be able to find a car . no signs, no nothing. Unprofessional staff aswell. If you wana waste gas and your day this is the place to do it.

As a DIY guy,Worst prices.Worst service.Worst yard in the county.Only buy if you can't find your vehicle anywhere else.and even then try autozone first for $20 more get a new part.

Don't go there just as it opens. They have a German Shepherd they let roam around the street outside and yes it does bite. I have a hole in my boot to prove it!
