Robbie is by far the best mechanic I ve ever been to in Ocala. He services and repairs all of our vehicles and we love that he s family owned and operated.. he s very honest, reliable and affordable. Robbie is wonderful. Very reasonably priced and fair. My A/C was acting up, and I asked him to also look over the whole car while he had it as I need this vehicle to last me and be safe. He checked everything, fixed my A/C and gave me a recommendation to get my front tires done in the next few months. That s it he said everything else looked good. He had every opportunity to tell me other things were wrong, or fix things that weren t necessary, but he didn t. It s so great to have a mechanic I can trust and know is a genuine good guy. I have been a customer of B & M Auto for almost 15 years. They have ALWAYS been honest and fair in repairs. I have never had to return to have a correction to any work completed. The are kind, caring and professional. Also, they have been truthful in noting that perhaps it might be time for a vehicle change (was able to get over 250,000 miles on a car they serviced). These guys are awesome and do real business. They don t try to sell you on things you don t need. I went to a dealership and they wanted to to charge me over $1000 brakes and more and yet I didn t need all that. B & M will tell you the truth and keep you from having a heart attack and fix the problem at hand and don t rob you of nonsense. Appreciate them so much!!!Service: Brakes

I don't normally take the time out my day to review, but I have been going to this place for over 2 years.2 years to go in for oil changes for both my wife and I, everytime without fail, when there is an issue that comes up with either vehicle, Robbie is honest and upfront about everything, from windshield wipers, to the moter in my power window, Robbie has been a joy to work with.I'd gladly send friends of mine when they are clueless as to what's wrong with their vehicle.I strongly recommend this place if you want upfront honestly, professionalism, and something you don't see a lot in tire repair places, that would be respect.Thanks for all you and your team does, Robbie!A-1 service all the way.

My vehicle was over heating and unable to stop and could not find out why. The vehicle was toed to B & M where I dealt with Robbie who kept me informed every step of the way. The problem seemed to be a decayed air filter and part of the air filter went through the vents that caused the engine to be incredible forceful while driving and my daughter who drove the vehicle at the time was unable to stop the vehicle as normal. Great facility and I had to pay less than $26.00 for a new air filter. Thank you Robbie and I will be back.

B&M Auto has always taken care of me and my family. From my first motor swap at the age of 16 to my now family car at 32. I feel due to them that they are the reason my vehicles have kept running. I never question if my vehicle will be able to take us on our family trips. They are great people and family oriented. Always looking out for the best for you and not them. I was recommend by Ocala Tire (Mike) for an ABS code on my son's Buick Lacrosse to go see B & M Automotive. I spoke with Robbie who advised me to bring the car back on 1/23 in the morning for him to diagnose my car. Will update potential customers tomorrow with a review upon finding out what I'm looking at in cost and repairs. Update 1/23 in the afternoon: Robbie found old codes that were never cleared and the only issue I had was one active tire pressure sensor error code. After being told by Pep Boys (College Rd.) that I needed all catalytic converters and all tire sensors replaced for a price tag of $3427.00, my final bill between Modern Muffler (only one catalytic converter needed to be replaced) and B&M Automotive was less than $700. Robbie cleared out all the old codes and repaired my son's car. Thank you Jesus my husband and I don't have to go car shopping for our son all thanks to B&M Automotive, Modern Muffler and Ocala Tire. There are still honest people in this world. Robbie you deserve a 10/10 and you now have our business-Mrs. M. Brown

I own an auto repair shop in Tallahassee. One of our customers was traveling through Ocala and started experiencing some car problems. They took the vehicle to All Tune and Lube on SW College Rd and were given an estimate of $900.00 to repair the vehicle. They were told the vehicle needed a new ignition coil, spark plugs, spark plug wires and fuel injection service. The customer contacted us because the coil and spark plugs had been on the car for about a month. Upon speaking with Patrick, it was determined that several spark plug wires had came into contact with the exhaust manifold causing them to burn. He told me the vehicle would need to have the new coil and new plugs replaced again due to the burnt spark plug wires. As a shop owner with over 30 years of experience, I knew this was bull. After paying $154.00 for the tow and diagnosis, I had the vehicle towed to Robbie at B&M Automotive for a second opinion. Robbie and his crew found the vehicle had one bad plug wire, not several. They replaced only the wire set for us at a VERY reasonable price and the car runs perfect. As I said, I've been in the business for a long time and I have seen my share of con artists in the automotive business. It's nice to know that there is still a lot of shops out there such as B&M Automotive who still have integrity. I've never met Robbie, but take it from someone who knows, he's your man for auto repair in Ocala. Thanks Robbie and crew at B&M Automotive. I owe you guys one.Chris HackneyAuto Xperts

B&M Automotive is the only place I will take my vehicles to for repairs. Robbie is great to work with, honest, and reasonably priced. Don t take your vehicles anywhere else for repairs.

Amazing shop, I had a family member that had taken a care to B&M recently and they had a great experience so I figured I give them a shot. Robbie and the other employees at B&M will get you up and running at a fair price.

Bo Blackmer and his mechanics have serviced my cars for more than 10 years, including Acura Legend and Honda Accord. My son recommended him when I moved here after retirement. I drive 40 miles to Bo's shop in Ocala for periodic check up.I have owned some particularly unordinary cars, and have a long experience with mechanics.Bo is a superb technician, and gentleman, with a staff to honor his work; and charges which reflect the character of his shop.

Took 6 hours to get my car back, told me I needed two new rear tires and I would get a ticket for them if I did not replace them now, I declined over the phone and also my other repair and the man said "he does not negotiate his prices" when I simply said I can't do that price right now, I've had my tires for 9 months and they still have a safe amount of tread on them and I measured the tread myself, this business does not care about the customers time or money only how much money they can fish out of any poor customer just trying to do some repairs and maintenance on their car to keep them on the road, mind you 6 HOURS to look at my car, after a scheduled appointment and showing up from 40 minutes away at 9 AM on the dot, very unprofessional and pitiful, will not be recommending or taking my car back to this joke of an "honest family business" the place down the road which is much more small than this business did 100x more honest and professional work than them, again, in at 9 AM, out at 3 PM 47 dollars less rich, pitiful and waste of time.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great guys that only fix what is needed, the wont upsell you costing thousands of dollars.
