I served 20 years in the US Army. I received excellent service by Mr Hunter at Auto Zone 4579. He greeted me immediately as I walked in. I don't know about cars. Mr Hunter told me about my transmission fluid, break fluid and Oil. I coming to this Auto. You need more employees like , Mr Hunter. Keep up the excellent work Hunter!!!

The guys inside were amazing! I had a mobile mechanic come out to get my truck going & he sent me here for a new battery. The Autozone employees took care of me and my truck very quickly & got me back on the road.

Kevin and Will helped us out today! The autozone down the store was giving us a really hard time about our battery, refusing to even put the new one we bought from them in. We called this location up and they took care of us quick and got our new battery in without a problem. Highly recommend them.

Keven was phenomenal! His customer service from start to finish was superb! Not only was he friendly but professional and extremely efficient. I appreciated the genuine care he took to cater to the needs of my car. If you are looking for an honest individual to help you out, look no further :) The other Autozone staff that worked with Keven that day were also attentive and had great communication skills. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!

This store has the best customer service. Very willing to help and they go above and beyond to help a customer. My husband and I had just went grocery shopping and I happen to lock my keys in my car. The manager took time out of his day to help us get our car unlocked...they were my life-saver. It meant more to me than he will ever know!! Ty again !!

once again I can t tell you the secret unless you got like 10 bucks cash app then I can put you on the game but anyways yeah diagnosed everything. I m not sure how many of them are going to get finessed by her in the future, but I don t care maybe someone can go in there one day until stop being so nice and I do you know it at least not a check but salute appreciate tht y all

The staff is friendly and helpful. I am greeted when I enter the store. I like the fact that after five purchases of $20 or more I earn a $20 credit to be used whenever I want, no minimum purchase neccessary. The store is always clean and neat with adequate staff so there is rarely a long wait.

This used to be a great go to location. Convenient, and helpful. Lately there seems to be a few new people being hired in, that can't answer any questions, don't know the product they're selling, or know the names of any parts they sell. Today we visited this location and encountered a young man, that didn't know what an oil filter wrench was, or what bulb grease, or dielectric grease was. And I believe his training is at fault.

This place was honestly great. I broke down here with a dead battery that wouldn't hold charge with only so much money on me. I love in my van with my dog and with some serious discounting and helping me beyond what I could have asked for they helped me get a battery and get going on my way. They really came in and saved the day

Nate is the best! He totally saved us when our battery was dying on a road trip to the Everglades. Great guy. Super friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful.

Bryan helped me today and completely turned my day around.Really saved the day for me. level of customer service was definitely 5 star. They turned a situation that could have been upsetting into one of the best experiences that I have had at an auto parts store. Please make sure that He know that He is appreciated

Yes I was there this morning to get my car checked out, it said service engine soon and it barely wanted to start today, I knew I needed a new battery, so the guy at the register checked it out and yes i did need a new battery and he also said that I should have my oiled changed as well and I was fixing to do that also, he was a great help and replaced my battery and made me feel at ease. So I want to thank him again for his expertise.

Most unhelpful staff I've seen. They wouldn't even come outside and check my fuses with their voltage meter. Either the employees were too lazy to do their job, or had the lack of experience to do their job. Either way, I'm going to O'Reilly's for now on even though Autozone is across the street from my house. I am sick of dealing with people that don't want to be at ther job. NEVER GOING BACK TO AUTOZONE
