Stopped in looking for a specific sealer for the rubber piece around one of my.back windows. They didn t carry it but the employees working were able to help me find something else that was even better than what I was originally looking for! The store is clean and well organized

Wanted to brag on the customer service at this particular AutoZone location is SE Ocala! I was greeted by a very friendly staff of 4 employees; to include the manager. One of the employees .. Hector Rodriguez (who was the youngest in the store only 20 years old), offered to help, and WOW .. do he give absolutely EXCELLENT customer service! Hands down making my first impression to this store, a HUGE success! Hector, literally, went the extra mile! He answered ALL of my questions and gave me quotes on parts, to the highest level of excellence and integrity! . Kudos to the young man who definitely cares about the customer and was very honest . And didn t try to sell me extra items I wasn t interested in! Will DEFINITELY take our business there regarding our truck needs!

The staff is always helpful and quickly ordered something that was out of stock in the store. I was able to pick it up at the store the next day once they called me to let me know that it had arrived. Great job AutoZone!

Needed parts for a 4.7 dodge Ram 1500. They had spark plugs, coil overs, air filter, and wires in stock. Only took 1 day to get a new throttle body. Knowledgeable staff that works together to get the job done! Next project is the hydrologic valve lifter and are usually in stock!

First, I tried to swipe this away and apparently hit the 1 star. Google isn't letting me change it at the moment. My experience at this particular location was ok. I did have an issue with one worker who decided I didn't know what type of car I drive. Apparently someone a long time ago put Mazda 6 in the system and I actually don't drive that I drive a Miata. I kept arguing with him until I finally said it's a two-seater car. Then he realized I must drive a Miata and not a Mazda 6. That was very infuriating. I had help from Travis with a replacement battery and he was great.

Jacob went above and beyond today trying everything to solve my low washer fluid light problem. I recommend going to this AutoZone first before considering anywhere else for the best customer service and friendly staff in Ocala! I'm glad I live near this location and will be going back for more parts and service! Thanks Jacob and everyone really helped out!

Always a good experience at this location. Reed was very knowledgeable and helpful. He offered to replace my blinker bulb and helped with some advice if I have anymore problems with it. Its nice to walk into a store and be greeted by friendly smiling staff.

Found out that all the years I have gone there I accidentally found out that I have been paying a lot more for my parts. Stopped by O'Reilly Auto parts and found that they were so much more cheaper.Autozone you have seen the Last of me and my hard earned money

Needed a car battery, still had a bit of warranty on the old one, so didn't have to pay full price. Free installation is great too! Friendly service!

I am stoked to be working with Tammy. I needed a part for a 74 Volkswagen and she went out of her way to find the front drums and shoes I needed. We work on a lot of old cars and the staff. Carlos, Richard and Erica are always very helpful. I am lucky to have them down the street from my shop.

I was killing time while awaiting notification from Walmart that my pickup order was ready. (That's another post not created yet!) I asked about a locking gas cap for my 98 Mustang. They didn't have one, unfortunately. The man who helped me was efficient and polite, however. UPDATE: Placed an online order and it was ready and complete by the time I arrived.
