I want to thank Mr. Michael for his help.Some weeks back my alternator went out, he told me right away that he thought the alternator was bad. And he he was right!I purchased the alternator from here.He helped me Jump start my car a few times!He went above and beyond to help me out. Also he was out there on the heat helping me .Thank you Mr. Michael.Thank you Auto Zone!God bless you sir!

Went to S. Pine store for brake pads bc of poor experiences at the autozone nearest to me (Old Jacksonville road). Jesus was awesome. He was friendly, proficient and put in effort beyond what would be considered excellent.

I stopped by this location while it was pouring rain because my Bronco needed new windshield wipers. I hadn't bought any for this vehicle before and needed assistance with what size and type I needed to get. Tyler S. was a HUGE help in ensuring I had the correct product with my vehicle in mind. I know it is customary for them to be installed on site if you would like, but being as it was raining I did not expect this what so ever. Tyler S. insisted he install them, despite the pouring rain and me ensuring I could do it when I went home, and was such a huge help and blessing! Thank you to Tyler S. for the exceptional customer service and going above and beyond for the guest even in extreme weather circumstances.

Worst experience I ever had dealing with any type of supply store. Bought a new transmission 3 years ago had it professionally put in in every year transmission went out personally paid for the one of the warranty labors the first time it went out. The second time it went out I had a fight and fight and finally they covered the warranty like they should have. Now that my third transmission has went out they don't want to cover the labor call district manager talk to everybody I could and it seems like nobody can help definitely will not be buying anything worth value from them.

Great service! My clip fell off of my windshield wiper and the gentleman tried to fix it with a piece that was an extra. Unfortunately it didn't work but he recommended a great wiper. It works fantastic! I'm sorry I didn't get his name.

It was raining very hard and my windshield wiper was broken , I stopped at auto zone and Tyler waited on me, he proceeded to go out in heavy rain and install the new wipers !! Very nice young man and an asset to your company!! Thank you again Tyler

Our battery light came on and we took the car to Honda- 190 for just a diagnostic and told us it was the alternator !! Decided to take it to auto zone where they tested the battery and alternator for free , turns out it was the battery we got only 6 months ago.. Autozone was able to replace it quickly within 10 minutes and both guys who assisted us were great and super friendly!!It was not the battery. Car broke down not even 30 minutes later on the side of the road. We were then told it was the alternator by the shop the car was towed to. Wasted $90 for a battery we did not need.

Will was the most helpful person I ever had at an auto part store. I completely trusted him and felt very comfortable with all the well needed up keep of my vehicle. Thank you will so much for keeping me safe on the road and putting some tender love and care on my car to keep it running in good shape to last me some more much needed miles. Dana and Tucker, went above and beyond on helping and providing service. Patient knowlegable and outstanding experience. They knew how to properly work the computer system helped with multiple components fluid specs and product compatibilities. Out of 104 stores you have far surpassed my expectations and have gained a life long customer. Be proud and stay strong you have presented the perfect company face. They were out of stock of what I was looking for but I did get a high mileage version of the Lucas motor oil that I need for my high mileage truck the one employee had no idea what I was looking for told me they had it but they didn't and I'm assuming the assistant manager came to help and he referred to the high mileage Lucas so it was a win-win friendly employees work there not ever have a problem with in and out quickly I'm a retired disabled senior citizen on oxygen and walk with a cane or a rollator so I'm happy that they are willing to assist quickly

From my experience with this particular Auto Zone the customer service was above and beyond excellent. Customer service staff Mr. Shay and Mr. Clarence treated me with kindness and respect. They were very patient with me. I am a 61 year old gray haired lady and they made me feel like I was important. This world need more people like them. All of the staff was kind. I live across the street from another Auto Zone and now I have a new location I will be patronizing. God bless all the staff at this location. From one satisfied customer.

This is the closest auto parts store to my home, but even if it wasn't I'd drive the extra distance to use it. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well-stocked. The prices are good.Most importantly, whenever I've had a question or needed help with something they've always been there for me. This Sunday was my teenage son's first trip to an auto-parts store and I took him to AutoZone to buy new wiper blades and windshield washer fluid. The guys at AutoZone made it a great experience as always.Thanks, guys!

After it was determined that I needed a simple bulb replaced instead of a fuse, Tony with 30yrs experience and certified, got me going in no time. All below $10. Plus, nice to know there's good people to work with. The counter personnel were extremely helpful and courteous as well. I'd highly recommend this location and I'll definitely be back!

I like AutoZone very much been dealing with them for many years disable senior citizen on oxygen 247-365 and an employee always makes himself available or herself available to help me out with the things I need to purchase many great Props to all those that work there

I came in with a list and the gentleman helped me promptly and knew where everything was! Unfortunately I didn t get his same but he had short black/dark brown hair and was slender. Quick and easy experience!

My $75.00 wiper blades leave a nice streak across my eye line. The young man putting them on threw the packaging on top of my freshly painted hood, struggled opening the pkg while I cringed as the hard plastic pkg scraped the hood of my car. Where is the respect for my hard earned money??

I never thought do a review in an AutoZone, I m with my mother she speak Italian and a bit Spanish, no English.There is a guy call Miguel that speak spanish and help us a very good service, well the f..ing manager angry cause he was helping us, he said and I quote no time to talk, need you help over here .He is the only one that speak Spanish, my mother need help and she want to understand cause is her car.F that AutoZone and there racial profiling, if the manager is angry cause we speak Spanish he is not fit to be a manager.I am sorry that people like Miguel, good worker have to suffer a punishment cause the manager is a racist.

I I've been doing most of my shopping at other stores however they never give me any rewards. Then all at once AutoZone told me I had a $20 in store credit. None of the other stores have done that for me! I'll be shopping at AutoZone a lot more
