Was just in the store for about five minutes. No other customers. Was not greeted and at no time Did anyone ask me if I needed any help. I purposely spent a little longer walking each aisle to look them over for what I was looking for. Even as I left the store, the man at service counter barely raised his gaze. What happened to customer service? April 1. 1:08 PM.

What an amazing staff they have. I absolutely would go back. The Young man that work last Thursday night was wonderful and went above and beyond. I'm truly grateful for the experience I had at your store.

The team member was friendly but I felt a little rushed. I was asking questions about the items I was purchasing and his suggestions was google or YouTube. When I went to my car and searched the instructions,he came with a backpack and left. It just made me feel undervalued. I have had great experiences at other locations so I guess I just felt that he could have called someone else to help.

I had an unusual experience at this store. My car was towed to Pep Boys, which is next to autozone. It took pep boys more than a week, and they didn't update me on my car nor told me what's going on with it . I waited for my day off and went there to see the store manager. I stopped a guy called Keith and told him my story and how frustrated I was. He listened carefully. And asked me who the salesman contacting me was . When I told him his name, he replied: This guy was from pep boys, and I mistakenly entered the nearby autozone shop. Instead of telling me that I wasted his time, the store manager Keith said: I understand your frustration, and I will go speak to my neighbor manager at pep Boys to explain your situation and help you. Although Keith was busy doing other things, he was happy to go to the nearby store and speak to the manager for me and tried to get my problem solved.I think this is the best customer service experience I have ever had in ocala.From the heart thank you keith.

Keith manager of store greeted me, found my items and then asked one of his employees to ring me up as Kieth went on to help another customer.Clean store and organized.

Have stopped in a few times to pick up quick supplies and parts. The staff has always been friendly and quick to help out finding what I need.

We noticed our headlight was out after many hours on the road. We stopped at AutoZone and the friendliest person assisted us and put in our new headlight. I would like to thank the employee named Jim. He was so nice and helpful. Great experience!!!!!

I went to this location 2/23/2023 between 6-7 pm. I needed to get a new battery for my car because it had died twice in the past week. The store associate offered to help change the battery as they usually do provide this service. When we got out to my car he saw there was a cover on the battery and immediately said he could not help me? I was confused as there was nothing technical about the cover it was just secured on by two bolts which I could have removed myself in less than a minute if a had a wrench so I told him this and his explanation was that it would take too long and he could not help me. Keep in mind there was no one else in the store and there was another associate inside. I'm chalking this up to sheer laziness as it made no sense that he could not helped me change the battery due to a plastic cover that just need to be unscrewed but was perfectly happy with directing me to O'Reilly auto parts down the street who I had an amazing experience with and will be going to for now on. You can find my 5 start review for them on their page. The associates there said this happens several times a week where this Autozone turns people away and sends people away and directs the to the O'Reilly which seems to be a weird business model to go by.

Steve and Austin are amazing. I came in at 8pm on a Saturday with issues and they helped me above and beyond. Because of them, I was able to continue on the road, and without them I would ve gotten completely stuck.

I just want to give Autozone and Thomas a huge thank you !Attempting to make my way to work this morning , my car battery died. A neighbor was able to help me with a jump box. I make it to one of your competitor store and wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes. As soon as I enter the store I explain my situation and I immediately get told im technically the only one here . Looks up a battery and quotes me 240, states it the cheapest one they have. I agree to buy it, she then says well I can t do it, let me ask my driver, Driver states he can t do it. I get it, the industry is facing a shortage. But I feel like they were not willing to help, and could have had a better attitude, thank god my car was able to start to get me to the next location in an attempt to buy a batteryFast Foward, I make it to this location and Thomas was pleasant and helpful ! The battery cost 40$ less and I was able to have my battery installed without issue! Auto one has gained a loyal customer.

There is some items that they could actually bring down in price such as oil that's not going to hurt their pocket and keep the customer coming back instead of charging more than the department stores
