We were in need of a last minute upgrade while roadtripping through the area. They were incredibly helpful and were able to fit us in for a last minute appointment while we were in Ocala visiting friends. The gentleman that helped us was upfront, courteous and helpful, and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend this place. If I lived in the area, I would definitely bring my jeep here!

Dave was amazing! I was traveling through Ocala and I ordered a top from Dave. Disappointingly the A.R.E. CX Revo we custom ordered for $3600 was poorly built and had many defects and missing parts. The topper even had the wrong door on the back for my specific truck and was damaging my tailgate. Dave did his best to make it right and immediately was on the phone with his supplier trying to figure out how to make it work with my limited time frame of being in Ocala. Sadly the topper had to be refunded as there was too much wrong with it for them to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. As inconvenient and expensive as this poorly built topper by A.R.E was Dave was still amazing and I would happily do business with him again if the situation ever presents itself. I would not recommend A.R.E. for the obvious reasons stated above and the customer service lady had a horrible attitude that was anything but helpful.

I've gotten quite a few things over there they've always done a really good job installing it and ordering it and have it in when they say they will fair prices

The experience I had from Auto Spa and Dave was unbelievable. As a small business owner of 9 employees Dave does the work of 5 people. From fielding all of my questions and concerns to installation, Dave was hands down the best person for my install of my A.R.E. commercial cap. I will be telling everybody about Auto Spa of Ocala. Thank you again Dave for the professionalism and patience.

Our 2019 Frontier was looking a little plain so we stopped and talked with Dave. He showed us options that we could afford, ordered the parts and when they arrived,he called and set up an appointment that worked for us. It took less than hour and we were on the road.. Very pleasant experience.. Would highly recommend.. Thanks Dave.

I was looking for a bug sheld for my truck they odered it and installed it the next day good service very pleased. A few weeks later I had a high end security system and a new Dual 9.1 android car stereo installed. Dave did all the insulation very smart person.

Dave was very helpful in picking out a Topper for my Truck. Installation was very professional and in a timely fashion. Auto Spa has a large clean and tidy shop and would refer my Family and Friends to this shop and would return again. Many accessories to choose from.

Great customer service. I cant speak for mechanical service but did order a tool box through them and they installed it as well. Only people in town to really WANT to help and mot give the run around BS. Competitive pricing as well! Definitely will be returning.

The Man at the facility was very rude when handling my business. I have treated as if I was burden while trying to spend my hard earned money. The following day when thr vehicle was done, I was called and told to get my car now because "I'm not abparking garage". I hadn't even had a chance to get off work to get the vehicle. I'd much rather spend money where I'll be treated as a valued customer vs a burden and inconvenience.
