Andy was great - from the time we reached out to him, to the time he did the final check of his repair. We could not have asked for a nicer or more careful repairman.We needed a slide motor replaced. He did tests to confirm the problem. Ordered the part. Installed it. Checked it. Set all the various things that needed setting. And dealt with our insurance company directly. Great experience. I would highly recommend him.

Andy was great, very knowledgeable, he researched and diagnosed an AC issue, found a defective sensor and replaced it, many companies would have just sold me a much more expensive complete new circuit board or control unit. He also explained the propane feed system issue and recalibrated a slide issue. All at a very reasonable price. Thanks Andy

Andy did a great job. He responds in a timely fashion to calls and text. Rate was fair and comparable to other services in the area. Woul definitely call again. He repaired our furnace that could only be accessed in the crawl space under the 5th wheel stairs. Very tight area.

Andy was very friendly and responsive. He replaced the macerator on my class B motorhome. Job was tight space and well done within 2 hours. Thanks Andy. Next job is installing the on-demand heater.

Andy came to check our air conditioning the same day we called him. The AC had lost charge, was not cooling, unit was bad. I have been RVing for 13 years and when I called Andy he returned my call quickly. My issue was with an inverter and he was the most knowledgeable mechanic I have ever had he handles all issues except chasse problems when he gives you another mobile service that equals his knowledge. Honest to the core reasonable charge for his service. I am so happy I found two great technicians in the Ocala area.Service: Electrical

Prompt, honest, cunning! Andy solved our furnace issue we've been having for 3 yrs and the dealer couldn't even figure out. We now have reliable heat for the first time since we purchased our 2019 TT. I'm so glad I called and he could fit us in! Well worth the money. We'll definitely use him again when we are in the area!

Andy was scheduled to perform a slide guide repair on our Class A Tiffin and unfortunately part did not arrive on time. But Andy graciously agreed to show up on a Saturday to complete the job. A very meticulous repair in a very tight spot but Andy never wavered and got it done within an hour or so. A local RV dealer said it would take them over a day to repair...huh? Highly recommend Andy for a common sense approach to providing his mobile service. Definitely will use again.

Andy just replaced the transfer switch on my 40 foot Motor Home. Andy is the real deal! He reacts very promptly to service calls, he's a helluva nice guy, and he's very competent (35+ years experience). He is also very reasonable in what he charges. I have met a few gems in the mobile RV repair field, and Andy is one of them. When I'm in the Pacific Northwest, and I need any work done on my Motor Home. Andy is the guy I'll call first.

I called Andy about a problem with my A/C. He wasn t able to get to me for at least 2 weeks. So after telling him what was happening, he gave me some ideas over the phone of things to check out. His knowledge paid off for me, and I was able to fix it myself. He did not have to give me tips on things I could check, but I m sure glad he did. He definitely gained a customer in me. Andy was great. He arrived exactly when he said he would be expected. Very down-to-earth, common sense advice. He discovered the problem right away - easy fix. Apparently, we were misinformed, or not explained at all by the dealer regarding the valve for our black tank. Feeling very reassured and relieved, thanks to Andy and his expertise!

Andy returned my call promptly ensuring he understood my concerns and arranged to be onsite the following day. Bought a used rv, and it was shocking us when we didn't have shoes on and touched the exterior trim. Andy was able to fix the issue in less than 30min, and for a very affordable price. Nice guy, and he took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend!

I had been months without water after all the lines had been chewed out in my RV. After having multiple professionals come out to patch it back together, it wasn t til I got ahold of Andy that the work was finally completed. I am very fortunate to have had his knowledge and someone who also had parts available to get the work done quicker, in some instances with warranty.

We were in a bind our jacks would not work up or down. We thought that they were fixed when we left GA. We are from VT and camping in Ocala North, Andy came to the campgroundand I told him what I had check, with in 2 hours he had found the problem and fixed. Wire was corrosion he also fixed our door because the steps would not stay out when the door closed. This man treated us very well on the bill. I would recommend him anytime. He only charge me for 1.5 hoursRobert Lamore

I called 3 RV repair places, Andy is the only one who called me back.....not only did he call me back he came out and repaired my RV......at a very fair price.... Power restored and I'm one happy camper.......still 5 days later and the other two companies haven't even reached out....... Andy is the best...Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I called Andy and left a message it wasn't even two minutes later he was calling back I expressed my concerns and he said well let's take a look at it Andy came over look at RV and went straight to work with a smile and a great attitude I believe people come into your life for a reason good or bad and me and my wife a very blessed to have called Andy I highly recommend him to all my family and friends awesome job and a very great person honest loyal and dependable and a local resident oh and did I forget to mention he came to us honest and upfront I could go on about all the good things about this man and his company give him a call you'll understand thank you for reading this call Andy for all your RV repair needs

We arrived late in Fl, could not get our slide outs or jacks down, called several Rv repair places next morning, Andy came out early the next morning, very good and reasonable , fixed our problem, thank you Andy!
