Don't even deserve 1 star.I did swing by, but just to be told, I had to pay $75 labor for something that clearly wasn't done well and just to get the vibe that clearlyypu guys didn'tcare about the situation. Don't think I should pay the person again for labor when it was something he did wrong and should try to fix it. I paid a lot to get my window tinted and just don't think I should pay more money because what guarantees me that it will be done well the second time.

Took my car in to have an amp installed/swapped and have my system tuned two taramps and audio control lc2i pro. Was quoted $100 dollars. Bill ended up being 260 something for looking into other issues and system wasn t tuned at all . On top of that I was I was told that you can t tune lc2i pro it was just for signal and "tuned by ear. I clipped all the way home and ended up having to get my system retuned now it s hittin pretty hard. Went there off of word of mouth never returning again. Kinda disappointing.

Had an appointment, and as soon as I arrived. They asked for keys and took my vehicle in for window tinting. They did a great job.

Got a paid for window regulator as a gift and they butchered it they left all the old rivets in the door so they rattled and ground away pain in the surrounding area so now it's gonna rust. They also took out the rivets that held my speaker in and tried to cover up their mistake with screws. Would not recommend to anyone

Took my car here because someone referred me. The first go around there was scratches all around the tint in all the windows. He agreed it must have been a took they were using. I went back and left it to be fixed and when I picked it up there were bubbles in the tint as well as gaps around the edges. I am not even going to bother taking it back a 3rd time. Sometimes it's just easier to take it to someone who knows what they are doing!!

Buyer beware. I was referred to this business by a trusted local car repair shop. I called to schedule an appointment for a complete auto window tint job on a newer hatchback four door vehicle with no previous tint. They were fully booked until approximately 3 weeks out. I scheduled and arrived on the date of service in April. I was given an approximate completion time of 4 hours. When I did not receive a completion return call, I called the office. I was advised the tint professional had arrived late, thus my car was not yet complete. Once my car was ready for pickup, I arrived to find bubbles in the corners of the tint work. I advised the office who stated this was normal to the process and that if I gave it time, the bubbles would disappear on their own. I was advised not to roll down any windows in the meantime. Well, the bubbles did not disappear and so 4 days later I called the office. The office stated to give it more time; about 2-3 more days. Unfortunately, 8 days later, the bubbles were still apparent. I took pictures and emailed them to the office as I was unable to take time off work. The office stated if I brought the car in, they would be too booked in appointments to fix the problems. The office confirmed the pictures were received and verified my concern that the windows would need to be corrected; some with a full strip and re-do. They could not see me for 4 weeks out to repair the damage. I asked to speak to the owner. The office stated the owner would contact me. After multiple attempts to retrieve a call back from the owner, I was finally able to reach him and set an appointment to just show him the poor workmanship. We met at a local grocery store. He advised me he does not actually tint windows himself and cannot repair the job done. He reiterated the same ideas as the office; the work was poor and needed to be replaced. He said he was unfortunately down to only one tint worker and this person was unreliable. This is why they were so far booked (his words, not mine). He tried to repair the damage with a credit card from his wallet. He advised I would need to take more time away from work and schedule another appointment at the shop for repairs. He stated, more than likely, the tint would eventually give out when the windows were used. I advised him this was unacceptable. I did not have the time off of work to continue correcting their mistakes. He said he would speak with the office to see if he could squeeze me in for repairs before 4 weeks time. He never returned my call. I gave up any reasoning with this company. I am trying to dispute the charges with my credit card company, as I have had no relief from my struggles with this business. I took my son's truck there to get the window regulator replaced. The scratched up the inside the door when trying to remove the rivets. And they left the remnants in the door. I called and they acted like it was no big deal. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future..

I have been going to All Pro for all my truck needs And my fianc� s car needs. We are never disappointed. Bernard the main guy there is very professional and very easy guy to chat with. He does what he can to make sure you re happy. Vicky the receptionist is very kind and helpful when making appointments. The lady who does the window tint is always perfect with her work and does a great job!I recommend this shop to everyone for their vehicle needs! You won t wanna go anywhere else!!! Love you guys!

This company is a great place to do business because you can trust that they will do honest business and really great work. Plus they have a great front office receptionist in Ms. Vickie who is very professional, patient, respectful and caring. I've been doing business with All Pro Window & Audio more than two year's and they still give me the same impression they gave me when I first met them. I'm very greatful that this company is in business because not only are they a great help to me but the community as well. Thanks All Pro.

I can only highly recommend this business.My back up camera was broken and one other audio shop and the dealership assured me it is the camera.Bernard did diagnostic and turns out it was the fuse!I truly appreciate his honesty when he could have easily sold me a new camera. I will send friends and clients to him in the future.Very friendly staff and superb customer service.Thank you :)

Bernard and the staff are fantastic. More helpful than I deserved when I had two flat tires as I pulled in for a non related appointment. Would go back for any car audio or tinting needs.

Took our friends there to have their door handle fixed. They ordered the part and when they fixed it ,the time was fast..so if you need something fixed and they can do it. Give them a tryThey will be honest and let you know right away if they can do it or not. At a reasonable price.Staff is exceptional and know their business. Give it a try next time you need a repair.

Had a 10 o clock appointment to have speakers looked at. When we got there there was no record of the appointment. The woman behind the counter only remembered the appointment when she saw my husband. At 12 noon we called the estimate was not completed. We showed up at 2 o clock and the estimate was still not completed. Women went to the back garage, came back and said yes the speaker on the passenger side is blown. I informed her I was not there for the one on the passenger side, but the one on the driver. Back into the garage and return and said oh yes both Speakers are blown. Should I proceeded to tell me it would be $420 to re-place the speakers. I left there and went to another vendor, who free of charge told me it s not the speakers it s the radio. Had it immediately repaired for less than $50. I have disputed the charge to this company. Very poorly run, no receipts, very unprofessional. I should have known when they didn t give me a receipt when I had my windows tinted. Shame on me.
