Went in there today and my tire was losing air non stop. Guy came out and said I had two nails and a screw hole all in one tire. He fixed it with plugs and patches and didn't charge me a dime! Nicest guy! Any other place would have told me no way to fix this and charge me for a new tire! Highly recommend this shop for honesty and helpfulness! 5 stars

This place deserves 10 stars. The customer service here was on point. They fixed my tire right away and were so pleasant about the whole experience. I will be returning should any tire needs arise.

Lauren and Anthony and the whole crew were amazing at fixing my womp womp tires, other tire shops told me my tires were fine, Anthony showed me my old tires and how they were cupping. After wasting money at other shops I have finally found a place I can trust. With their dedication to their customers and honesty I can't say enough how impressed I am with this establishment. Thank you so very much. Top notch work!!!

I can't say enough about the employees that work here. Loren and Anthony are top notch. Anthony fixed a problem I had that was so simple and obvious yet another shop was trying to charge me $1400 to repair with a part I didn't even need! It's hard to find honest, fair and hard working people. You can count on this shop and the people that work here! A+

Always honest and reliable service. They are my go to for patching up tires quickly Anthony is honest, professional and fair. The girl who works the front is always super friendly and professional. Another new set of tires, with an appointment Was in and out in just over an hour.

Anthony, an advance tire service crew. You guys are truly amazing best mechanics around. Anthony has set his expectations high for his team to succeed. My family and I really do appreciate all of y all s hard work and dedication. Anthony is great at what he does. He make sure if you need the part and he ll let you know if you don t need the part. Anthony truly cares about his people an his customers that s what business is all about taking care of others. Very good courtesy and excellent customer service. My tech Anthony went the extra mile to make sure we were road ready and safe, made sure to give me the chance to ask any questions and really knew his stuff. Will be back for any other issues should they arrive. Felt safe and assured with these guys.

If I could leave a 0 Star Review I would. They wasted my time putting my car on the lift, had me in the waiting room, telling me to be rest assured they can align my lowered car and sure enough they waisted my time. They got my car off the lift and said it would be a liability to simply just align my car. I never thought something so simple would turn into such a nightmare.

We brought both of our vehicles in for wheels and tires. We had Anthony and his team do a few other mechanic services while he had them as well. They not only asked us what our needs and wants were, but they went above and beyond our expectations for customer service and work performed! We are very happy with the whole experience and definitely will be highly recommending them to friends and family!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Anthony was very helpful, professional and listened to the issue of my work truck. Left tire inside was completely gone no thread. They did a diagnostic and told me I had a broken tie rod. They got the job done and the alignment. Soon as I got into my box truck wow, a huge difference! I recommend them great job! Thank you Anthony!

Lauren was great. She found a rare 12ply tire I needed for my rv and had it delivered in one day for installation. No other tire shop could get what I needed. Saved the day.

When I first came here I received 4 new tires serviced to my vehicle. I was impressed with the quality and professionalism. This was in September 2020. I went back here last week for an oil change. That was it. No one was friendly at all and everyone seemed to be having a bad day. I waited for about 45 minutes for my oil change. The man with the birthmark rung me up and couldn't even bother to hand me my car keys he just kind of dropped it on the clip board on top of my receipt. No one told me to have a good day. It's already difficult getting into the area with the heavy traffic and traffic light right next to it. I had to turn all the way back after driving down the road because they didn't even bother to put my next oil change sticker on my windshield. The hassle of having to get back in from the opposite side of the road was stressful. At least the young woman offered to put the sticker in my car. I declined and just did it myself. Again, no sorry for the trouble or have a nice day. All it takes is one bad experience. I won't be coming back here again. I mentioned this place to the other nurses and doctors I work with but I will now mention my 2nd visit experience.

Unbelievably tolerant and willing to go that extra mile to help someone out. Anthony is super personable and has done more for me ( someone he doesn't know closely) than any mechanic I've ever dealt with. I'm grateful that this team takes into account the circumstances involved with every situation and help out wherever they can. You can depend on Advanced Tire to take care of your automotive needs and to treat you and yours with respect and kindness. You are not just a dollar bill to them. Thank you Anthony, Lauren, and the rest of the team.

Very courteous and excellent customer service. I needed new tires before my vacation. My tech Chris was very courteous and made sure my vehicle was road - ready. I would highly recommend these guys!

Took my Ford Focus in on a Friday at 4:15 pm in search of some new tires. Loren was super efficient in checking if they could help me on the fly before they closed at 5 pm. Both my family vehicles had somewhat failed me that day, one was in the shop and this one was leaking air in the back tires. My thinking was that I needed 4 new tires but the super pro shop dude took a look and apparently I only needed two new front tires and 1 tire repair. I had my two young children with me and they got me in and out of there before 5 pm, just in time to feed hungry wildlings. Super Professional, helpful, Under $400 and last minute service on a Friday! I am grateful, thank you all!

i brought my truck into advanced tire on silver springs last week. anthony got me in and out in less than 20mins with perfect service. quite frankly i cant say enough good things about the staff and service here. if you need anything car related don't hesitate to come see these guys. amazing work at a great price.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Anthony at advance tire was AMAZING!!! I took my 240sx there for an alignment and he went above and beyond to make sure my alignment came out exactly how I wanted and it did!! The car drives amazing and they have a customer for life!!!

This is the only place i trust to bring my car. The staff is super friendly and doesn t beat around the bush about what you need done on your vehicles. Anthony is the GM and will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. Great service!

Had an appointment for 8:30. I got there at 8:28. They didn't start taking off the lug nuts till a quarter after 9. No reason to come back

A family member recommended this place, and they are now my mechanics. First, they had my truck in twice within a week or two; both times were for the same issue, and they dealt very fairly with me. Both times they got me back on the road FAST. Like, same day. Second, my cousin took my recommendation and brought his truck in. It was making a weird noise, so we dropped it off and came back later that day. They hadn't found anything after half an hour or so of looking, listening, and driving. Finding nothing, they waived their diagnostic fee, and won a couple of dedicated customers.

I have been using advanced tire for several years now, for my personal and company vehicle. They are local, professional, nice, prompt and the list goes on. Every time I come in I am greeted with kindness and knowledge, the entire staff is great and they know what they are doing. Excellent and professional service. We were on our way to our vacation site and discovered we were having trouble once we hit the interstate. Advanced Tire got us in quickly, diagnosed and resolved the issue and got us back on the road in just a few hours.
