Traveling through town, Check Engine, and anti skid lights come on, Transmission shifts down, I don't know what's Happening.Stop in to Avanced Auto, Ed greets me, I explained what happened, Pulls the code, it's the Cam Sensor.Get the part, Ed gives me the number to a Mechanic, Mango comes to me, Installs it, 20 minutes later, I'm on the road.I can't say Thank you enough.God Nless you Both.Congratulations Advanced Auto for having Ed represent your company.Much Appreciation for Ed and Mango.

Came into The store yesterday for what I was was my alternator going out. Mr Ed suggested we check my battery as my car wasn't stalling out or doing any of the other things he had asked. He came outside in the rain to check the battery. Sure enough it was my battery. He was very helpful and kind. He was able to get me a new battery and even installed it in the freezing rain with no hesitation what so ever! I couldn't think him enough foot going out his way.

The manager and crew at this establishment is very knowledgeable and experienced. If you have car issues and need your parts fast, try them out. Ask for Ed

I will never use this company ever again got a battery from them for my gate it lasted three months they tested it them selves and it was no good and wouldn't warranty it 79 buck f them I went to royal king got same battery with 12 month warranty lol they just sent me a message saying hope to see you soon lmao they will never get another dollar for me they got a better chance seeing hell free over

I want to say the that I have mixed reviews. The attendant was female very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She did need help from a stranger not on staff. My battery needed replacing. The gentleman known to her was helpful and stronger. There were only two employees, and one must be left in the store, a bit of a safety issue for those on duty,left not causing a stir. I don't live in that neighborhood and really just wanted to leave.I was really happy she was in attendance and did a wonderful job. I'll admit I'm a bit opinionated.

THANK YOU to Allen & Gina for the spectacular service and assistance provided during a crucial time of need!We somehow lost a tire while driving between the FL welcome center & Ocala, we didn't feel nor noticed while driving at all, when we stopped to refuel in Ocala about 3 miles from this store is when we noticed the issue.The wheel studs apparently snapped off and well there went the tire.When we slowly crept from gas station to this store we were greeted by Allen and Gina. Allen was incredibly helpful and instrumental in helping us get back on the road.Usually you go to auto parts stores and the employees don't know left from right so it was an absolute blessing to have dealt with 2 knowledgeable employees.They were genuinely expedient, helpful, caring and even took the time to help find the parts we needed that weren't easily found nor in their computer system.Please give these folks raise.Thanks again for your help in getting our family back on the road, a million THANKS!

If I could rate no stars, I would. I am taking the time today to make public what this store and company did to me. What started off as a simple battery change, turned into a 3 day nightmare. The employees at this store are so incompetent, to the point where they put the battery on backwards and fried all of the electronics in my car. I was driving back home to South Carolina from Tampa, alone, and was stranded in Ocala for 3 days while the Volkswagen dealership fixed my car. No offer from Advance Auto to put me up in a hotel or anything. I missed work, my family was scared, and it caused me great stress. Please, avoid this store at all costs. Shame on Advance Auto Parts.

Store employee Ed helped me with my dead battery and another women in the parking lot with her dead battery in between customers even though it was fairly busy. He helped me figure out what battery to buy and was very welcoming and approachable. Best service ever, thanks Ed.

I have had the best experience here. I dealt with Hubert and he listened and didn't treat me different just because I'm a woman. His customer service was great. He found the part that I needed and was able to price match to help. I can tell you that this is the first time in a long time that I wasn't treated differently just because I was a woman looking for auto parts. Thank you Hubert for making my experience in your store the best I have had in a long time.

I came in looking for oil but honestly I didn't even know what kind of oil to get. The staff were so nice and helpful. They looked up my car info and told me what I needed. I also appreciated that they asked me if they could help me before I even asked for help

They have all sorts of supplies here.. flashlights and pocket knives and small tools that are unique to the job that needs to be completed.Knowledgeable friendly staff and clean environment.Public access to restroom as well.If they don't have the part you need, they'll order it and get it for you!

All went well, we needed license plate hardware and this location has a good selection on hand.The staff members were very nice and polite as well as professional acting as they should be.This store was filled with lots of inventory.I wish I could say more than a thank you for a good experience.

Best customer service for me. I've watched Hubert help countless people in need. Driving by yesterday i saw him lifting a 33in tire onto the back rack of a jeep look like he helped flip the tire. The young man has alot of knowledge. And It sure is enjoyable experience in the store at that!.

The store itself was good. Guys in location did everything they could. They found the spark plugs we needed, ordered them and gave us great customer service. The problem was the parts got lost in transit, so they did not show up. When staff at location called to find out why they weren't delivered or where they were now, they got no answers. There was no paper trail or documentation filled on it. This was incredibly frustrating as we had other options to order these but because we didn't place our order through other venue, we are now stuck waiting until Monday to place order and will not receive them for up to three days after that. As this is not the first time this has happened with this company, Autozone is clearly becoming my front runner.I am so sorry to have possibly given the store a low score when clearly it was not them. In fact the two stars I did give was 100% for them. If the other location in question and or the driver had followed protocol, this would have been a 5 star.

Great service people who actually know what you're talking about however I would like to say all the other places open up at 7:30 am as well. Let's beat the other competitors by opening up at 7 AM Or even earlier There was a guy there trying to get spark plugs for His tractor this morning trying to beat the heat well advanced auto let's speak to heat For the people

I work there I'm employed by Richard the best boss on Earth not only that but it's like you're part of their family I love the dogs love him love his wife happy to be employed there been towing for a long time you don't find a place like this to work very often cuz when I go into work feels like I'm going to hang out with my buddies and whenever calls come in it feels like they're broke down and I'm just helping them out the money is great too happy and proud to be part of the family

This is a very helpful auto parts place in an area that has lots of competition. The folks here are knowledgeable and helpful they'll actually help you with installations and answering questions as well. I found them very easy to work with even when I have accidentally gotten and had to return Parts which didn't fit quite as I thought they might. Check into their Rewards program and come with your questions and all your Auto Parts needs. You can even order online and have your selection waiting for pick up there at the store. Recommended.

Dont buy anything from here that comes with a warranty because they ll do and say everything they can to avoid giving you a replacement until your warranty is out of date. I got a battery thats still in warranty thats no good that I can smell acid inside the car leaking from it and they re telling me the battery is good and they can t give me another one. So if it blows up/catches fire thats a lawsuit right? Only good workers in there is Edd and Lou. These two are always helpful.

The door says 7:30-9. I arrive at 8:50, and the door's locked. Sorry for trying to inconvenience you, Advanced. You need to change your damn hours sign if you're going to close before 9.

When trying to find a headlight switch the fellow on the phone kekp having to ask me for information I had already given him several times because of all the background noise instead of taking me off speaker phone.then I asked if it was factory plug or did I have to wire it in and his response was that it's the only one I have at my store instead of answering my question.
