Mark and his staff are incredible, they say what they do and do what they say! They always provide excellent customer service! We have used their services several times in the near past, and we are always not only satisfied but very pleased with the quality of their work and the attitude and demeanor of the entire staff at ABC. We highly recommend ABC Body Shop for any and all automotive body repairs.

Stopped by to have a door handle issue looked at. The owner was able to address the issue immediately and did a great job! I'll be back if I need further body repair or painting services.

That was a very troubled and ignorant man.I agreed the price was ok,I paid him a compliment and he blew a gasket. When you try to do business with rude,ignorant people, YOU GO ELSEWHERE. He thinks they're the only cold beer in Ocala. DON'T GO THERE!!!! I got a reply saying there's no record of me being at the shop. The way that man behaved,of course I didn't proceed,I left. I wouldn't be writing this if I wasn't there.,

I went to this place to checkout cost for 2 small touch up spots,this guy stopped what he was doing and looked at my truck and gave a quote to paint both doors 1000.00 each ,then he said I could us touchup paint because they were so small and save money before I could say anything he asked me if I had the touchup paint from Toyota with me I had used it and it was supposed to match but really didnt match good he then cleaned off the place where I had put the paint on and added something to my paint and touched up both spots and now they are hard to see ,you have to look for them but 100% better then it was when I asked how much he wanted He said nothing left him something to buy a beer what a great guy to stop what he was doing and take time to do mine thanks again

Such great customer service, real genuine people who actually help you out and finish the job. I would recommend them always as I was in a situation and they came and provided service above and beyond when no one else would! They are so helpful and know what they are doing for sure! Brought my Highlander in because I ve been dealing with flooding in the front driver and passenger floor due to the sunroof drains being clogged. Mark was so kind and helpful. He helped me to troubleshoot the problem and clear out the lines, and gave me some really helpful advice on how to take better care of my vehicle and avoid this problem. Highly recommend going to ABC Body Shop!

They worked on my car after it got hit by a tornado. It had dents and broken parts all around. I received my car back looking better than before. Amazing job!!Mark and his team went above and beyond to take care of everything. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this shop.

Mark was unable to service my car before June. He showed me how to remove the paint flexs on my windows and on the body. Suggested the products and where to buy what I needed. He was very helpful and patient. Thanks Mark.

Got My Car Towed here literally almost 4 months ago NOTHING has been done on my vehicle, they DONT communicate with customers regarding any delays! But will get on the phone as if they are concerned to what your issue is. I obviously see I am not the only one who has felt that they obviously are beside they re self! My vehicle is a high end vehicle and unless I said something they had my car sitting outside uncovered and even towed it off the facility WITHOUT informing me or asking todo so. Remind you my vehicle had been there since JUNE! Tried to have they re mechanic do work on my vehicle when I specifically requested ONLY DODGE do any mechanic work! I am beyond furious. My vehicle had some front end damage that happen on June 5th, and to this day they have not even put one new part on my vehicle. Still have it sitting, Everytime I call nobody can give me a straight answer, they always have to call you back & when doing so your still gonna get the run around. They definitely make it sound GREAT. If I would of known better, I definitely wouldn t of got stuck in this situation and definitely wouldn t recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Mark and the crew are awesome. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. The repair took longer than expected due to COVID-19 causing parts shortages, but was well worth the wait. The car is perfect.It took 2 months, and ended up having a dead battery from sitting so long. They got it started, but I didn't make it home. I called them and asked if they could help jump start the car. 5 minutes later, Josh was there, started the car. But then went above and beyond, and they bought a new battery to put in the car. I didn't expect that, but that is the kind of people they are. Kuddos to Mark and the crew. They have my business for life.

Lower front bumper damaged on our new car. Not too bad but still..... ABC had us bring it in one morning at 9:00 picked it up early afternoon the same day. The work was perfect, you could not tell the car had ever been damaged. Great work!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I am very surprised with this business i will definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a body shop repair, i went in the morning worried that the paint in my trunk was messed up from me scratching it really bad around it i asked for an estimate and when he checked my car the gentlemen who attended me was so professional and caring enough to figure out the problem right away and told me it didnt need a repaint , it only needed a good polish around that area and he did it for me and did not charge me anything!! I was so surprised because other businesses were asking big money for them to fix it when it only needed a little bit of polish, these people are very honest and caring for their customers you should definitely check them out!!!

I took my truck to Mark awhile back to get a price to have the old racing stripe removed and repainted. Instead of giving me a quote, Mark ripped off the racing stripes and polished away the marks. For free! Straight shooter who tells you like it is. This is the place to go for an honest answer about what your car needs.

After having my 2014 Mustang repaired at Jenkins Collision Center bringing it back to them SEVERAL times and being told that my car was within specs , I finally got fed up and requested that I get another opinion. Can I say, thank goodness I was persistent and found ABC Body Shop!! Mark and his staff were AMAZING!! At first glance they confirmed that yes there was something still wrong with my car!! One of the items that I was told was replaced - never was replaced, one a part -and of course my insurance company was charged for the whole item. ABC put the entire part ( a rear axle) in my car, they also fixed a few other items that were fixed . I am thoroughly impressed with ABC Body Shop and will HIGHLY recommend them!! They kept me informed, returned my phone calls and even detailed my car!! I can t say THANK YOU enough to the entire staff!! Thank you for listening to me and taking the time to get my car fixed right!! Mark and staff you guys rock!!!

ABC Body Shop did a great job on my vehicle. After getting a couple of different estimates, I went and talked to Mark. He provided an estimate that was lower and he guaranteed satisfaction. I was extremely satisfied with the completed repair and I would recommend this repair shop to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle.

I came during my lunch break I accidentally scratched my car I spoke to mark the owner to get a quote on how much it would cost to repair, he came out to look and immediately started to work on it and didn t charge me. It s small businesses like these that are the best place to go I 10/10 recommend he s a very nice guy and runs a GREAT business. ABC Body Shop has treated well both times I have been there. You could not tell my car had ever been involved in an accident. My second trip was for a window that would not roll up or down and a broken door handle. They did not charge much to fix these items and do a great job on them.

Excellent locally owned family business. The friendly and efficient staff are excellent communicators, always keeping you up to date on what is being done with your vehicle. The only body shop I have used for 20+ years.

Estimates ONLY done on specifc days and times. Called to schedule something .. told to call the enxt day because they stop estimates at 400pm. Called again at 340 pm told the estimates person is laready gone and they can only schedule before 4 pm. Uhmm ppl work during the day! What kind of hours are these! Lawd.
