I have been twice and I have to say they have gone above and beyond! The first time my starter wasn't working and I was going to miss a whole day of work. But they offered to drive me to work! The second time I came in was months layer and once again I had no way of getting home. They drove me. They where kind, respectful, efficient, and always ready to help. Even with the things they don't get payed too!

Their service is really good I just wish they would keep a better record of what they've worked on because they replaced a wheel bearing that did not need to be replaced and the guy that replaced the wheel bearing on my car today not even a month ago he had replaced the same one and I was charged for it and they charged me for something that they didn't need to work on

I m HIGHLY UPSET!! For one I am a single mother In a new city with no family or friends. I was recommended to these people by good men so I was under the impression that they were also professional people.. I called and set up an appointment on Tuesday for them to work on my car Friday (Today) I called the day before (Yesterday) to inform them that I would drop my car off before they opened because I needed to go to work early and they told me Ok just leave name/ number in car.. I called around LUNCH time to check on the progress and the guy had NO CLUE what I was talking about / what kinda car I had or the job that needed to be done to it He then began to state that he can t keep up with everything because they are too BUSY.. well what s the point of making an appointment and calling ahead of time I find them to be disrespectful and very unprofessional A waste of time and money

Once again these guys took care of my car quickly and correctly. I found a window regulator out around 10 AM, called them and Justin had it replaced by 1:30 PM. I also had a few other symptoms going on, so they scanned it and said the code gives them 3 different possibilities. They went with the most conservative one and said to keep an eye on it. No more symptoms since I left. Thanks guys!

Small place but always loaded down with cars to fix. Call ahead as parking can be tricky. Outstanding work.

This guy vandalized my car kept my car for 6 months didn't work on it tried to charge me a bill and didn't even fix the car very unprofessional do not ever go to this shop he does not know what he's doing Make sure you ask for credentials I don't think he's even certified as a mechanic

These folks are super mechanics with excellent customer service. They pick up my rider, fix it quicker than ANY other place I've used, and deliver back; of course, they charge for that... gotta pay for the bidenomics error.

Very reasonable, and understanding for the needs of my vehicle. Had one small hiccup on my side but they were nice enough to accommodate me with it. I would recommend, but just know they stay jam packed. Try to schedule in advance if you can.

You might not want to wait for your repair. No free popcorn like the dealer. But if you are looking for good honest repairs auto or lawn mower? Call and setup an appointment! I did and definitely will again!

Shop owner Steve Berry is a class act. He and his team do amazing work! In my experience, it's the best shop in Ocala hands down! There doesn't seem to be much of anything they can't do, and you won't walk away broke afterwards either. I will only take my vehicles to Steve and his team!!

Business can be seen from flow of traffic with an easy entry and exit. Upon arrival was met by owner Steve and reported vehicle concerns. After his inspection and test drive presented with solutions and options for repairs. A plan of action was agreed and all costs were given in advance including replacement parts, labor and taxes all inclusive. Appointments are not required but recommended day before drop off. My vehicle was brought in at 8:30a and I drove out by 5pm. I was more than pleased with the work done and price point was more than fair and well below what I have experienced in the Ocala area. It is easy to do business here and you will get a honest and very fair price for the work performed. Imagine that a honest mechanic with good pricing, very hard to find these days and I am happy to recommend this business. In addition to car repairs they also service small engines as well. I will be a repeat customer at A&b and think you will as well when you need your vehicle serviced. They do it all here, oil changes, a/c service and repair, transmission, tune UPS, etc. Stop by and see Steve and his staff, you will be happy that you did.......

Highly recommended thesmall engine repair in the back. Just brought in my pressure washer Gentleman had time to work on it immediately 45min later I was out the door other places I called were a month out Price was very Fair I will Definitely be back whenever need

I've been to quite a few different auto shops but I've never been to one where the mechanics stand behind their work so well. Very honest people very honest business they're very good at what they do and they wont replace stuff they don't need to in order to find out what's wrong. They charge you for what needs done and that's it they replace anything that goes wrong or is defective with their work and wont charge you for it. This shop is all about helping others out been here multiple times and I've never had a problem. They replaced just the coils in my truck not the spark plugs, a coil went bad and they went ahead and replaced the coil and the plug without charge. If you bring them a task and they give you a price for it they charge the same price even if it was harder than they expected. I love this shop and will continue to bring my projects here.

Once again we are extremely satisfied with your professional staff and great service. If you need any help with a lawnmower especially one that needs to be picked up because of the size don't bother calling anyone else as you will only be wasting your time. Great professional service at a great price.

Worst mechanic in this state. Kept truck over a month. Demanded paid in full before starting. Started and using profanity demanded I tow truck when I question why it was taking so long. $1100 total and they kept $200 for the labor they supposedly did. Worst treatment I've ever had. DO NOT USE THIS DESPICABLE MECHANIC. DISHONEST PEOPLE.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Very bad, if I could put ZERO stars thats what they deserve. They did not fix my truck. My husband complained. They charged me for unnecessary things that did NOT happen! Called the owner several times before taking my Atv in, said he d do an oil change for free because we know him though a family member (my first time here) called him several more times after to make sure cause I had no money on me. We brought it in and he says you won t leave out of here spending more than 30$ I promise ya . Guy works on the Atv for 30 mins maybe I brought my own oil, and filters. He drained and flushed the oil system and changed it. Ended up paying almost 70$. Mind you I told him before I even came in, I didn t want to push this Atv a mile down the road cause I had no way of towing it just to end up having to pay because I have no money at all. Just sucked.Service: Oil change

A very rare gem to find!!! This is owned and operated by a local man and he has a couple of men that work for him. I have a 2007 Expedition and it has never given me any problems until recently. You know how expensive most dealerships or repair shops are. I took my car to this shop and was told exactly what he thought he could and the amount it would cost unless he had to do more intensive repairs. Usually it always ends up being the latter, but he in one day repaired my car and it was the cheaper problem that I had hoped for!! Great place and I would highly recommended them. They also do oil changes, etc.
