We received our car back yesterday from Rachel's. They did a great job on the work. I initially had some issues with communication. Once Joanna got involved, the communication was fantastic. She kept me up to date on everything. I brought my experience to their attention and the owner immediately responded to my concerns. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future if needed.

Communication could have been better. I was never notified about my vehicle been ready a certain date. Your vehicle will never be the same after an accident, obviously.

This place was great! They took my truck in and started working on it right away. They got it done a week earlier than it was supposed to be and it looked brand new. Staff were super friendly! They called me periodically if they had questions and updated me with progress.

I got rear-ended and just wanted someone to make sure nothing serious was wrong with my car. I took it here, Chris looked it over for me and just quoted me for a paint on my bumper. He made it quick and easy. I had a great experience! Thank you!

It is nearly impossible to find a good, honest paint and repair place in Orlando. Rachel's quality of work can be summed up in one word, Perfection. If you use this conpany take pictures inside and out of your car with the utmost detail. They will charge your insurance for repairs not completed. Make sure to ask them and check every single repair done by this place. They do not take pride in the work.Heres the short version. Came for hail claim. My experience was not great and I was lied to about some repairs done and also caused $800+ in damages that I had to have repaired by Caliber Collision through my insurance. They also charged my insurance for repairs not completed. I have all paperwork and detailed receipts from both companies on the completed repairs just in case the owner wants to play games.All glory to God.

What a great experience I had getting my car fixed here! From the estimate to dropping off to the actual work and paint everything was 100% perfect! They were not interested in doing work on my vehicle. The woman I spoke to would not even get up from behind her desk and look at pictures. I was in the lobby and she was in another office. Very lazy. Could have cared less. I encouraged her to at least look at pictures. Nope.

My car was recently in an accident that left alot of damage to the front end.Thank you so much to the entire team at Rachel 's for all of your hard work. My car looks brand new! They found high quality parts at very reasonable prices . A special thank you to Joanna. She was always so kind, professional and kept me up to date on the progress, Rachel's isa wonderful collision center and I would highly recommend them!

Do not have your car repaired here. This business is shady and shoddy. My wife and I dropped our car off to have some exterior body work done and came back to the body work being completed but the shop damaged the interior of the car. When we addressed the damage and presented pictures, they continually denied that they did the damage and refused to fix it.If you make the mistake of having work done here, you need to photograph every inch of your car, inside and outside before you leave it with them. Even with pictures, you can rest assured they will deny any liability and leave you with a damaged vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was hit and it was per my insurance recommendation to take it to Rachel's Collision Center to get repaired. Everyone from the front office to the few other staff that I've seen was friendly. The workers were also ethic and honest. They told me exactly exactly what was needed to get my car fixed; the work was clean and quick and they kept me updated of the progress on my car.Prior to taking my car to Rachel's I did a price check and I saved around $1300 doing the work through Rachel's Colision Center than taking somewhere else.It's difficult to find a good and honest body shop place in the car industry and im glad that I've found them through my car insurance.

This collision center is amazing!! My car was in an accident that left a lot of front end damage. They fixed it and it looks better than new. They had excellent care, communication and the car was ready as promised! I would highly recommend them. I will never use anyone else besides them. Hopefully I won't need to anytime soon, but if I do I will go back to them!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Pros: I value honesty and convenience. They were both. I found this shop to be very responsive to my calls. They made things easy by allowing my wife to pick her car up and just leave the rental for Rachel's staff to return to Enterprise.Cons: It took a long time to get my car back. I'm not sure if the delay had something to do with it involving my insurer or not, but I'd have expected them to have that procedure worked out. To their credit, when I was told about the delays I lost my cool, but Joanna was able to keep hers.

The professionalism and kindness of the staff was amazing. Especially for the front desk clerk named Joanne. She was amazing to me and my children, not to mention how she was able to diagnose my problem quickly and get me in and out in record time :-). Rachel's Collision Center is fantastic! They took great care of my Jeep and the turn around was so fast! I was able to pick up my car the very next day and it was even vacuumed and wiped down, as well. What excellent service!

Someone sideswiped my vehicle with what looked look like a concrete block and they repaired it and did an outstanding job. There is no way to tell where the damage was after they finished with it. I unfortunately recommend this business to my son in law to have his stolen tailgate replaced. Not only has it been OVER a month, but also the completion date has changed 3 times as of today.He works on the road, out of state. He has paid someone to bring him the tailgate once. However, with the constant excuses and delays, he has lost that money.When asked to speak with a manager, was told no one available, and owner does not handle these kind of problems...I would NOT recommend this company! They already have most of the money from insurance company and have the worst attitude! They don't care about their customers and it shows... I am more than happy to verify all I have stated here; feel free to contact me

DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS BUSINESS!!! My boyfriend took his truck to Rachel's after an accident. A week later he was notified that it was ready for pickup. Upon inspection there many things still not fixed and believe it or not new things were wrong with the vehicle that weren't caused by the accident. The A/C was working when the vehicle was dropped off but now was only blowing through the defrost vents. The right tire was still rubbing the wheel well, which was originally caused by the frontend accident. The ABS light was on, which wasn't before, and the speedometer didn't work, but it did when dropped off. There was a multitude of other things still wrong with the vehicle but after having it for six weeks my bf finally had enough of their lies and deceit and took it home to finish fixing it himself. This is the worst place to get your vehicle repaired, thank goodness my bf is very mechanically inclined because if you're not you are going to get ripped off! Make sure you ask for the replaced parts back to ensure they really did replace them.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Excellent quality of work, very nice and patient staff (they helped me deal with a super annoying insurance company from a guy who hit my truck), and great pricing when you want work done on your own. Strongly recommend having them do your body repairs!

Great service and expert repair. My car looks great again. The did a great job repairing a dent and repainting the rear liftgate spoiler.
