Had another nail in my run flats, luckily I was close by to this location. Dominic was awesome. He got me in and out in a timely manner. Was able to get me a fantastic price on a new tire. I always worry whenever I go to a third party for my BMW that I might get ripped off. Dominic was the consummate professional. I will most certainly go out of my way to come back if I ever have another other needs in the future as Dominic was a fantastic employee of Tire Kingdom.

Dominic took care of us in a great way. Communicated everything clearly. Gave us another option to get our truck back on the road quicker. Called us and updated us. And was very nice and understanding. He has the business for our 3 van fleet now.

Will only bring my cars to Percy at this location. Percy and his crew are the best. They never overcharge me and get me in and out quickly. I appreciate their great communication and not forcing me to get services I don't need. Great customer service.

Dominic is the best along with his crew. They really help you out and make sure you don t feel like you re being taken advantage of. He has a kind heart and will treat you with all respect. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family and I will be back here for a new set of tires in two months since I only came in for a patch today. Thank you

We had a rental car and were on our way out of town when the tire pressure light came on. Dominick went above and beyond to discover a nail in the tire, and fixed it even though the store was busy and it was near closing. Everyone was so helpful! Five star service!

Stopped in on a Sunday for wiper blades. I was surprised they were open but also pleased with the service. Lajaun had the blades and did not hesitate to assist by installing them. Good price, great service and a pleasant staffer. He's an asset to Tire Kingdom.

I had scheduled a brake job on a Saturday for 12pm and I ended up leaving the shop after closing time. Never did I except to get such a run around and be at a tire shop all day. The manager Percy was very unbothered and proceeded to tell me that they ordered the wrong parts completely wasting my time. Save the aggravation and headache this place is a mess and certainly highly unprofessional.

I caught a flat after picking up my child from school. I saw that tire kingdom was still open. I looked at the hours and they were already closing up it was after six but they were really nice and courteous. They took me in and took care of my tire for me. I really appreciate the sensitivity That they showed me these days not everybody wants to work or work past their schedule time. These guys are awesome.

Worst experience ever. Took over 1.5 hours from start to finish to get a tire patched. I ve had 4 new tires changes in that time before. Would not recommend this place if you value your time.

Everyone was amazing!!! And the store itself was clean. I came for an oil change and they got me in and out as soon as possible. Elsira saw I had a tire with low air and took it upon himself to add air for me. I appreciate it! Thank youuu

It s hard to find a good auto place in the area but I ve been going to this Tire Kingdom for a while now & everytime I go, everyone is very pleasant, honest & they always do a good job. Dominic is very friendly & professional, I highly recommend this location.

This place was amazing!! I got tires else where and they couldn t install them for me so I called tire kingdom and Kemo helped out and told me they could put them on as long as they were brand new and they had some time today what amazing customer service!! I brought my car in and I seen Kemo he was super friendly and helpful. He got me all set up with paper work and pricing and it only took maybe an hour and a half it was super fast for a last minute appointment. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know!!!!

My spouse brought his car to this Tire Kingdom location on Saturday, August 12, 2023, for an oil change. Upon dropping off the vehicle, no printout was provided to confirm the cost, oil type, etc. Additionally, when we were advised to return to come pick up the vehicle, we were shocked to learn they had used a $76.00 synthetic without contacting us to confirm the cost. We received NO consultation as to what type they would use nor pricing as is the standard with any vehicle service. The disturbing and potentially hazardous/costly issue was discovered today. We noticed that there was an oil leak underneath the engine. The car has never leaked a drop of oil until servicing at this location. Due to our concern, we were able to check under the car and discovered the oil pan s screw/nut was loose. It was so loose that when the screw was manually turned by hand it loosened and oil began spewing out. We were required to tighten the screw with a socket wrench which solved the problem. With that being said, we are astounded at the carelessness for this expensive service! Please be aware that this was a terrible irresponsible service, negligence and could have caused severe damage to the engine if the screw had come loose completely while driving. Secondly, had the screw come loose while driving and the oil was completely drained from the engine, not only could the engine had irreparable damage, but this issue could have caused an accident. Please be aware of the services provided at this location. UNACCEPTABLE!
